We stayed here on our last night in San Juan. It was relatively close to the airport and in a nice part of town. Andalucia was clean, comfortable, quaint and had very friendly service. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Not fancy but didn't stretch the budget. Would definitely stay again.

this is a cheap option, but you get what you pay for. the rooms and compound are pretty ugly, and if you have a room to the Main Street you get traffic noise. no breakfast and only limited free parking with 4 spots. wifi is free but patchy. location is good, 3 blocks from beach and within walking distance of... I had a wonderful few days at Andalucia Guest House. The hosts were very welcoming and offered up suggestions for food places nearby as well as helpful items to make my beach day comfortable like extra sunscreen and blankets/chairs. The room was clean and spacious and the guest house quiet. I really enjoyed my stay there away from the hustle... More

I had the family studio and it was great. I had plenty of space for my family. I was able to put away food in the fridge to save a little on eating out if I wanted. I enjoyed the beach nearby and the accessibility to Isla Verde and El Viejo Sand Juan. I was also happy to be near... More

This was our 3rd times staying here. New owners were very accommodating. Love the Jacuzzi and being close to the beach. New restaurant Pirilo's 2 blks away was great. Love not being in thick of the tourist

I had a pleasant stay at this modest guest house. Located on the fringe of the Condado tourist area, the property is a short walk from the beach, and conveniently located across the street from Kasalta (the immensely popular local family restaurant). The property's website is very up front about making sure that guests have the right expectations. This is... More

We booked this last minute, so maybe our room location was a result of that. Room #2 is right off the jacuzzi courtyard and therefore we could hear everything that was said out there when we didn't have the TV on - and since it was a Friday night people were coming and going into the wee hours. Otherwise, Roberto... More

I hate writing this, but I have to be honest. While the owners were above and beyond friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived (Roberto gave us laminated maps and answered all our questions about things to do and places to eat), we stayed in a room in the back patio area that was a little disappointing. We are... More

Andalucia Guest House was exactly what we were looking for. It's a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, pharmacies, bus stops, everything. It's in a part of town that has less tourists, which I personally love. You can hop on a bus or taxi to get to Old San Juan. If you're adventurous, you could definitely walk there. We... More
