We had a wonderful time. As someone who can’t walk a lot, the elevator came in handy. Did have to take one set of stairs from the third floor to the rooftop. Pools were clean. Used the pool at this hotel and the sister hotel across the street. Staff attentive. Room was clean. Food was delicious. Did the floating champagne deck experience in the lagoon and spotted several turtles. We had an amazing time. The city can be loud at night, but that is beyond the control of the hotel. Overall a relaxing experience.

With the amount of money we paid for it, we got a great return on all of our services. Our room was clean, beautiful, and quite spacious, and we always felt comfortable and safe in this hotel. If I were to come back, I would love to stay here again. If you have any doubts, don’t.

From the moment we arrived (at the sister location which was a bit confusing) and we’re greeted warmly by the front desk staff who were more than happy to assist us with bringing our luggage to our room at the correct property while we went up to the rooftop for a bite to eat after a long flight. I was very impressed with the overall experience here and highly recommend this unique hotel with great amenities!

We stayed in a Mediterranean Oasis room on the third floor for two nights. Queen bed was comfy. Main room was fairly small and also includes the indoor bathroom. Outdoor verandah area included a small fridge and lounge chairs. Had cocktails on the roof, service and staff were excellent, thank you! Enjoyed dinner at Raya in the sister hotel.

The entrance is very quaint. Always welcomed by the staff here. Everyone very friendly and willing to assist with anything. Room was just perfect with some outdoor space as well. Just a very smart design.

We stayed at this wonderful boutique hotel for our honeymoon, and it just continued to amaze us. The aesthetics, the recreational areas like the pool were beautiful, and the food was exquisite. O:Live is a beautiful boutique hotel with clean guest rooms and bathrooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Located in the Condado area you can’t ask for more. I would highly recommend this quaint hotel and look forward to visiting again.

We are locals and stayed at the hotel. To us it seemed we have taken a plane and went to Europe on vacation. Room was excellent— we enjoyed its amenities and had a good rest. Hotel staff, friendly, accommodating and super service oriented. In property restaurant Sage was super good. Would definitely repeat.
