This was in an excellent location. We had a private room on both the 5th and 6th floor (we stayed at different times). At first I was skeptical about the shared bathroom because I have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom. However, they were always clean and there were enough bathrooms that I never waited to use...

Hotels in Isla Verde and Condado don't offer the views you get from this awesome Hostel in Old San Juan. The rooms are relatively large, with a closet and small fridge. The bathrooms are shared, but there are about 3 on every floor and you're never waiting or fighting for one. There is a kitchen that allows you to cook....

This place is fabulous! It's very affordable compared to the surrounding lodging and it's smack dab in the middle of all the action. We rented a car and got to the hostel very easy. We parked at Dona Fela parking lot and it's just a short 5-10 minute walk away. We had no struggles walking with our carryon luggage from...

I only stayed here for one night, but my night here was pleasant. It was clean and comfortable. The hostel seemed very social as there were several community areas filled with fellow travelers hanging out with one another.

We stayed here during the San Sebastian festival and there was an absolutely amazing location for the price. The hostel however gave me and my buddy one bed which was on the smaller side for the both of us which was a little awkward for two dudes but we made do. The views from the balcony were absolutely amazing and...

My girl friend and I stayed here for 3 days. It is a great place if your are looking for a comfortable clean space close to old San Juan. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. The hostess is great and the atmosphere very friendly. No complains at all. This place is for quiet...

This was a great place to stay in Old San Juan, if you like the hostel experience. It was no frills, simple and convenient. We had a basic room for 2 with one bed (nothing else much in the room except an AC and fridge). Not really any way to hang up clothes, just shelves and a chair. Shared bathrooms...

If you are looking for a nice upscale property with elegant amenities don't come here. If you are looking for a bargain with the bare minimums and friendly service look no further. My husband and I stayed here the night before our cruise and one night after to save money. First time in a Hostel. It was great for the...

If you are more concerned with the locations, than the accommodations, and the Posada can't be beat, especially before a cruise from the old port for those on a budget. We are of retirement age and stay in hostels and dorms around the world, we are low maintenance. That said, It is a lot of luggage hauling through tiny slow...

We stayed here for five nights in a double private room on the 6th floor. The room was simple, clean, comfortable and air conditioned. We never had any trouble with the shared bathrooms being 'busy' when we needed them. The view from the balcony was awesome. The location is excellent for those who enjoy exploring on foot, as it is...
