Stayed here for two nights. Price is right and hotel rooms are comfortable and clean with the option to service the room each day. Rooms are air conditioned and have new TVs. The halls are narrow and not air conditioned but have automatic lights which are nice especially in the evenings. The staff here is very friendly. They were helpful... More

Stayed in this hotel for two nights after coming from a resort. It's definitely what you pay for. Clean rooms, working AC and wifi that works within the rooms. Elevator is in working order with a nice jolt to get you on your floor. Security is tight in that they need to buzz you in and out. The staff was... More

We stayed at Hotel San Jorge hotel on Jan 15-16 -24. We arrived with out all of luggage delayed from airline. Raul and the staff was extremely helpful on helping trying to recover the missing luggage. We did receive it a day or two later. Overall the service was 5 Star. The hotel it self has unique feel to it.... More

Stayed here overnight on a business trip. Under $100, utilitarian but very clean and more than adequate. Quiet. Narrow hallways. Staff fluent in English; very nice but slightly pricey fine dining on the corner. My meal with 3 drinks just under $100 but worth it!! Felt safe here. $20 plus tip to the airport.

At check-in I asked for a late check out the following day. I was told by the attendant not a problem. The following day the phone began to ring at eleven o'clock no stopping and no one was at the other end. It was very annoying. Then at eleven thirty a.m. the door was being knock and it was the... I'm sorry that this guest is upset with out late check-out policy - which they apparently assumed was for a much later hour than our standard policy. This guest did request a late check-out and the night manager did extend his check-out until 12 noon. This was made very clear to the guest - but it was late at night... More

Not bad for price...rooms are descent...wifi deff works in the rooms...cold AC...customer service is okay could be better...not a great spot to walk at night only in the day...but good location for the clubs, walking distance to Walmart, movies, restaurant and you can take the bus to old San Juan...I would stay again only because of the great price!

first let me start off by saying Raul was great Romone and the other front desk gentleman with the brown eyes were really helpful also. This was a last minute trip (12/24-12/31) and a lot of other hotels were either sold out or were too expensive and we came across this one that only had one bad review so we... More

I can't really say that this hotel is anything other than "okay". It is located in the Santurce part of San Juan directly opposite a bus stop that'll take you to Old San Juan. There's no hotel parking but the staff informed me to park on the street anyways since there's rarely parking enforcement. True enough, I never received a... More

I have stayed everywhere from Five star resorts to creepy, dirty hostels, and this place REALLY impressed me. Here are some of the things that I appreciated: - Cozy comforters on the beds (you would be surprised how many hotels in Puerto Rico only have sheets or thin blankets) - Ice cold AC that you can control yourself and doesn't...
