the worst experience of my live. Old, rusty, smells, very bad attitude of the staff. Very noisy (you can hear people on the other room) , the elevator looks like a dead trap, when its work, room extremely small and the bathroom worst, no hot...More
Recent reviews very accurate. This place is way over priced and is run down. I have stayed at better motels.
Run down-and the hurricane had nothing to do with it
Rooms had insufficient lock on door. Could be easily breached.
We were displaced from a 5 star hotel in San Juan and taken to this hole. We were charged 1300 US for three nights. Limited power, a/c rarely worked, no soap, no shampoo, doors don't close, wifi was useless, can't eat in the reception area,...More

This place is truly a pit! Rooms are incredibly small, elevators not working and front staff was miserable. This is a blatant case of ownership/management taking advantage of the current situation in PR.

Hotel first, no luck then call the credit card call company and tell them about the situation, if you made reservations through Expedia/or other website, call as soon as possible. Throw as big of a fit if killing them with kindness doesn't work. Cheaper hotels, you should never expect much, but take a chance, some of the most expensive hotels (5 stars) we have stayed in were dumps and had wonderful reviews. We have had the best times at the nastiest hotels/ hostels all over the world, with rotten reviews. Go with the travel Gods and drink lots of rum to numb your sorrows if you are stuck there and it is TRULY a horrible experience, make the best out of it.
