Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are serious about this matter, and did everything we could to resolve this issue as we faced with a broken pipe and were forced to close the water lines. I’m sorry that we haven’t been able to resolve this earlier. As you may see in other reviews we took pride in our customer service. We wish we could have known about your particular situation while you were staying in the hotel to take care immediately. Thank you for your patience and have a great new year!

Breakfast expensive, but lots of other places to eat nearby. Run by a family who cares, not like your international chains! Has a wonderful deck and pool Close to the ocean. Very quite neighbourhood. Walk to downtown takes about 10 minutes. Safe area.
