Very clean botique! No elevators! Close to beach ! Too far from old San Juan and cruise ports! It's a botique! We only stayed one night before our cruise! The pool was up the block! Small little cups for coffee up the block terrible! The staff were very nice ! The best was the bar with pizza at their sister... More

I don't give them 0 stars because it won't allow me. I made a reservation for acacia boutique hotel seven months ago, I called a week in advance to say our flight was going to arrive late right it in our account so our room would still be available. When arriving Thursday night the wind chime said we had to... More

The property itself is very nice and just steps from the beach. They also offered beach/pool towels, which was very convenient. We didn't use the impressive hot tub much because it was a warm week, but we did make use of the pool at their sister property across the street. The restaurant was quite expensive, so we also ate at... More

Just spent two nights there and it was not worth what we payed. We had to wait 25 minutes to check in cause the guy at the desk was on his break. Very small rooms. There was blood smeared on one of the bathroom walls. They claimed they offered beach towels, but ironically they were out of them both days... More

The rooms at this hotel are unclean. Be prepared to bring your own cleaning supplies if you decide to stay. There is no parking, you have to find parking on the side streets if you can. Sometimes there is no parking for miles so be prepared to walk through unsafe neighborhood to get to your hotel. The staff is very... More

Thank you for you review. We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. Quaint, old feel of a property...the room was basic and in need of some color. The bathroom was nice but needed better lighting. The facility MUST update the linen and should add the same flair of decorating excitement that is seen in the lobby (which is beautiful). I also feel the rooms should be equipped with a microwave OR have... More

This hotel is near the condo we leased. It is charming and has a wonderful restaurant that my family and I dined at. Perfect for special occasions, romantic dinners. The staff at Acacia are wonderful and friendly. Seriously, just a half block to the beach!

I absolutely loved staying at this quaint hotel during my first visit to San Juan. The view from my 3rd floor balcony was beautiful. The location was perfect for walks along the beach. It was close to restaurants and the neighborhood was safe and friendly. Only street parking available. I recommend this hotel for solo travelers or couples.
