This was my second experience staying at At Wind Chimes Inn. The first time it was a nice experience but this trip was horrible. Upon contacting the Inn, they apologized but didn't offer to help at all. Here were some of our problems from our stay: -On night one, there was a loud commotion in the lobby and the door...

We spent a week at the Inn and were very happy with the room, the service, the staff, the location and the on site restaurant (The Boat Bar). The room was medium size with a comfortable queen bed, quiet, and the bathroom had good water pressure in the shower with no shortage of hot water. Located one block from a...

Wind Chimes had all the charm and warmth we were looking for in San Juan and was a good jumping off place for other island destinations. Located in a quiet Condado neighborhood just a block from the beach and a few minutes walk to restaurants and shopping, Wind Chimes is an excellent alternative to the noise and glitz of the...

The staff is nice and the place is close to the beach, well maintained and clean, but I found several things that I disliked: a) On arrival they charged our credit card for the eight days we were staying there. It felt like we were prisoners and could not change our minds if we did not like the place. I...

Enjoyed 3 days here before going to Culebra. The Condado location is very manageable, I took the bus into old San Juan my first day there. Condado Beach is a close block away. There are numerous restaurants in the area. The property itself is a nice little gem, very non-commercial in appearance and feeling. The boat bar is a nice...

My husband and I just returned from a week long stay at the Wind Chimes Inn in San Juan , Condado area and we loved it. The service there was spectacular. Everyone was so pleasant and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Ginny and Evelyn were great. A special thanks to Ginny who was exceptional....

The hotel room was small but clean. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything from everywhere. We were shocked at the taxes and fees - 9% sales tax, 5% Energy surcharge and $2 per night per person charge. None of these were disclosed ahead of time, so the $90 night a room was over $106. Also parking would...

Had a small room, nothing fancy, but wasn't in it much anyways. Bar area is noisy, especially with people using the ice machine, but it is what it is. Front desk staff are pretty helpful and friendly. Inn itself is pretty with lots of flowers, hidden corners and a real Spanish feel. Beach just a block away and has a...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in early October. The staff was friendly. The biggest problem we had was that the parking was ridiculous. Not only is the parking limited, but you have to park 4 cars by stacking them and parking as close to the wall as possible. I am very surpised our rental was not completely...

My husband and I stayed At Wind Chime Inn on Oct 4-8th. It was a very beautiful cozy little Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The boat bar was great. We had a standard size king room (127). The room was one floor above the boat bar. The bathroom was ok but I think the shower should have...
