If you are broke and don’t plan on saying on the hotel, this hotel is perfect for you. We’re do I start, the room is so small, it wasn’t meant for two people. The air conditioning was right above the bed, so we were so cold, most night we choose to sleep without the AC. The direct tv had 2 channels, so we never used that. The internet wasn’t worth anything. Most days it didn’t work, we used our cellar data. The plastic cups had stains on them and was obviously used. One day, the toilet stop working, the front desk staff handed me a plunger, lol. There was no refrigerator or laundry. So if you plan on staying for more then 3 days, you need to buy out ever day. The on-site restaurant wasn’t open every day. And the vending machine only have soda and water ( no food). I don’t think I would ever stay here again. But Puerto Rico was amazing. …
Well. Will start to say that this hotel is a very small hotel and is by the beach in a very crowded area. Ms Vargas were the manager at the time we went there. They do not have parking and if you leave your rental car in the parking next door one day to another will be $75 or more a day. They do not offers any kind of help about that. They give you the restaurants around but do not have any agreement with parkings around to help you with the charge. If you go without a car to Condado and do not mind then thats your place!!!! Rooms are standard. Manager do not cares about anything or willing to train properly any of the workers. For 1 night stay they even take a picture of you and makes you signed more papers than a lease even when the room have been paid through a booking company. Hope they change this because other in the staff even the untrained ones are very attentive and helpful way more than management particularly Ms. Vargas. But I even thanks her...…
I too was fooled by the photos that do not represent the hotel at all. .i was put in an ILLEGAL Room on the first floor that has been constructed in the lobby next to the elevator, with NO WINDOW and thus no second exit as required by law. nite.}
The location of this hotel was the reason we booked here. It was great being so close to the beach. Raphael at the front desk was very helpful when we arrived and answered all our questions. Beyond this, this hotel was disappointing. The rooms and bedding were dirty or stained and the bed sagged badly in the middle. Would not return to this hotel
This hotel is rated 2 to 2.5 stars depending on the site. The rate is half what other properties in the beach are charging. You are still warmly greeted and the rooms are amazingly clean. If you can realize you are in an older hotel that's at least 20 years from the last renovation then you will certainly be satisfied. They do need to include breakfast on every reservation to avoid confusion. That's my only complaint.
