When I stay at a hotel oozing with mediocrity, I want the staff to be rude, so I don't feel so guilty criticizing the place. Unfortunately this was not the case at Hotel Iberia. The staff was exceptionally nice. The owner Christopher was a complete gentleman. He was kind, helpful, and spent a significant amount of time giving me directions... More

The staff was very friendly. We got first class service when it came to getting directions or restaurant recommendation, extra pillows, ice, and a replacement shower knob. The parking lot fits 3.5 cars. Do not park in the side street unless you want your tires stolen in the middle of the night. If you can't park in the parking lot,... More

First impression I was a little concerned...The staff put me at ease right away, they go way above the top to help with whatever you need, for example I forgot the charger for my cellphone, without hesitation I was handed his charger "use it as long as you need" with directions to the local radioshack. Sure as other reviews go... More

This definitely is not your Ritz. But its the best you can get in under 100 bucks. The rooms are small and they do a really good job of promptly cleaning up every day. The shower was really tiny but u get hot water. I traveled alone at that time. This actually worked out great. Its extremely cheap ($80 -$90)... More

We had to go to Puerto Rico on an emergency trip and this hotel was close enough to the airport and some of the comments on trip advisor were positive, so we booked it. Mistake. The hotel has seen better days. It is worn and needs updates all around. The room was small, the bed uncomfortable. The shower is old... More

The good things about this lil place were: - the owner, Christopher, who is hospitable and helpful, and - the proximity to the 24 hr supermarket. The room itself was average and good for crashing in at nite. But not the kind u wld want to spend an extra minute in. The worse part of my stay was the bathroom,... More

It is close to a beach, but the beach is not facilitated, and dirty. There is a big supermarket nearby and you can have cheap breakfast there. The room is big, but the facility is a little old and dirty. And the towel is not clean. In our room the the hot water and cold water for shower is switched,... More

I checked into this hotel because it was the cheapest available for the dates I was travelling. Though the owner Christopher went out of the way to be helpful, the place itself is run down and cries for some help. The sheets were washed but had stains all over them (some had red stains aggg). The bathroom was dirty and... More

Charged me and my family $135 a night for a place with stained sheets disgusting bathroom with soap scum. No elevator to accomadate someone traveling with a small child and most of all no sense of customer service. My flight arrrived at 2am and the front desk agent had a nerve to tell me he was waiting and that the... More
