Loved the unique feel to Tres Palmas. Our room was quite small but very clean. I didn't care about a small room as I wasn't planning on staying in there much. The staff was GREAT and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no shuttle service in the metropolitan area due to an ordinance from the Puerto Rico Tourism Association but there are taxis readily available just outside of the airport terminals. There will be a taxi line and they will pre-quote you the price for the ride. It should be approximately $18 plus an additional $1 for each piece of luggage. You can also have the front desk agent call you a taxi at any time. Taxis run 24 hrs a day and usually arrive within 3 to 7 minutes of being called. They are very efficient. I estimate that it should cost about the same to get to the cruise port since the taxis run on a flat rate. I hope this answers all of your questions.
