I had PHENOMENAL experience at this resort! The 1st 2 days I was disappointed that some of it was Closed due to COVID-19.. But they won us over with their great customer service! The attentiveness of the waiters & waitresses was Fantastic.. Especially Nicole! Nicole and Kenroy made sure that we were always happy & satisfied with all services! The personal touch made us feel very special! The Housekeepers kept the room nice and Clean. Milton, the entertainment coordinator was very professional and ready to take care of any issues we had! Milton did an Impromptu dance routine that was memorable ☺️ Overall our experience was a Good one!
Very very happy with our stay here. Went for 5 nights. Not the fanciest, but for sure the best all inclusive I have ever been to. Did yoga, snorkeling on glass bottom boat trip, excursion to Dunn’s river falls.
Despite the the situation we are facing globally, there staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Customer service was exceptional and the bell hops were excellent as well. Big up to Lakeisha, MVP and also Moesha, Kelia and Donavan!!
Originally we had a week booked at jewel Dunn’s River, but due to that being sold to Sandals, we were transferred to Paradise Cove with a room upgrade. The covid protocols onsite were great, with all employees wearing masks, cleaning and sanitizing and making sure we were doing the same, although not in a pushy way. Upon arrival we were treated with a warm welcome and quick check in, however we weren’t given a welcome drink like we’ve received at most other AI resorts I’ve visited. Not the end of the world because it didn’t take long for us to check in and be escorted to our room. We stayed in a ocean front concierge room and while it wasn’t the nicest room I’ve stayed in, it was fine and the view was beautiful. Due to the whole covid fiasco, the resort was operating well below their normal occupancy, which caused a lot of the resort to be closed or limited. The pizza place was only open once during our stay but it was delicious. Platinum was open twice although one of the times they were operating out of the buffet with a limited menu. Moonstone Italian restaurant was open the most and thank god we got a reservation for the hibachi upon arrival because that was closed a good chunk of the week as well. The jerk chicken but was closed our whole stay but they were serving the jerk chicken and pork at the grill, which was open until 2am and offered take our or room service as well. The sunset bar above the moonstone was never open and neither was the pool bar at the emerald lagoon pool. The club and piano bar never opened once during our stay but they did have a dj every night at the main pool bar. Coming into the trip I did my research and was expecting things to be operating on a limited schedule, but it would’ve been nice to get a schedule of what was open and closed upon arrival so we could have planned better. All in all it was a very relaxing vacation and the staff went above and beyond. They remembered our names which made us feel right at home. I wash I could remember all their names but there were so many exceptional employees, so I will name a few. Marlon, Ron J, Antonette, Harlon, Shavon are just a fraction of the people we we had the pleasure of meeting. I wish I could remember the woman bartender who was pregnants name as well. She was amazing and her and my wife hit it off instantly! The beach was so so but the water was beautiful and they kept in spotless. We would prob look elsewhere for our next trip but loved our stay here in paradise…
The staff is warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is simply amazing! Shandapaul served us at the Moonstone restaurant and it was breathtaking! Tricia and Lanea from the Coral Cafe really made us feel welcomed in the space! Marlon from the bar makes the best mixes! - Loved the stay!
