The Trident’s thirteen oceanfront villas are seductive, cloistered retreats that blend modernist design with an inspired take on 50s and 60s era décor. Residential in feel, the spacious, airy interiors flow organically between bedroom, bathroom, and living areas, while private terraces with soaking pools complete an environment of clean, conscious and luxurious living. Each villa is appointed with hand-selected furnishings and accent pieces complemented by a contemporary tropical aesthetic. An elegant simplicity and harmonized balance make the villas an ideal home-and-away habitat.Room amenities include king bed, room phone, cell phone with own dedicated number (inclusive of 20 minutes free local/international calls), mini-bar/wet bar (at a cost), 500 thread count sheets, mini fridge, 46” LED Smart TV, cable and online movie archive, iPod cradle, home theatre system, walk-in closet, bathrobe and slippers, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, full maid service including evening turndown service, safe, shower, private terrace, heated plunge pool (except Studio Villa), indoor or outdoor bathtub (except Junior Villa A), outdoor shower (1 Shiprock Villa only), swimming pool (1 main pool), air conditioning, ceiling fan and WiFi indoor and outdoor (complimentary). All rooms enjoy ocean view and room service.

I just finished one of the best vacations of my life. I've traveled the world and The Trident Hotel is one of the only places I'd truly consider coming back to and it's mostly because of the staff. They are absolutely fantastic. To give a few shoutouts, Kaneisha, Trudy, Linton, Emil, Paul, Chef Mun and many more (apologies to anyone who I forgot to mention). They all made us feel like we were at home, with friends, except we were actually in paradise. They literally went the extra mile to make sure we had some of our favorite foods and were keen on receiving feedback to help improve the meals. However, no improvement was necessary. The food is 100% representative of a 5-star hotel. It's incredible and I'm still craving it. The rooms and the scenery were excactly what my wife and I had hoped for. We were just looking to relax and catch up on sleep and how better to do it than in your private backyard with your own pool with a fanstatic view of the ocean or a private, calm, white sand beach. 5/5 stars! Highly recommended.

I have been a gold-level member staying at least 12-18 nights per year at Trident Nariman points for the last 5 years. Here are some of the issues I have faced in the last 2 years proving their customer service has gotten worst than a one-star hotel. 1. Their website says you can convert their points to airline mileage. Not true tried converting to United airlines now told no you can only use it for trident meals, upgrade, etc. 2. Been trying to get a membership card for the last 12 months by requesting online from their website and speaking to customer service with no luck. 3. Rates OMG all over the place from 6000 to 15000 RS. per night same level room same week depending on who you make the reservation with. The central site is the worst in Delhi no clue how to make a reservation or change it. For gold and Platinum member should have preferred rates and a preferred reservation number like other major hotel chains. I am so disappointed wanted to spend over 30 days in APRIL/MAY 2023 but thinking it over to changing to another major chain. Used to love the place so sorry to see it go down the drain. Also, the hotel doesn't allow you to make any collect calls overseas and International call rates are outrageous. Be careful.

The only negative is that we haven't stayed before! Positives: 1. the rooms are stunning, the housekeeping prompt and on point, private pool and sea view to die for. 2. the food is delicious, again on point and delivered professionally 3. the private cinema area is simply awesome - if you have a young family then you're in for a treat 4. the walks along the coast are beautiful with friendly couple of dogs and a castle 5. the live band at dinner were awesome and played authentic music during dinner under the stars 6. Private beach like a scene from a movie 7. covid protocols felt well managed and felt very clean throughout The only constructive criticism would be the need for some maintenance around the property, some wood dropped off fence in the villa one day - but with the other positives and covid, this must be forgiven thanks again for a great stay and big up the hotel staff.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying there for 4 days and it was the most relaxing vacation we ever had! From the moment you walk in the views are captivating! Our villa was AMAZING! It was private, with stunning views, private plunge pool and the perfect spot to order wine and unwind! We visited the beach one day but it was a bit noisy so we preferred the complete quiet of the villa pool. The Jamaican dishes were probably the best hotel food we ever had. If I had to think of one area of improvement it would be the spa and changing the menu for the speakeasy night. Special thanks to our driver Raymond and all the staff. They helped to make this trip memorable. We will be back!!!

Everyone who sees our pictures says our wedding looked like a fairytale and everyone who attended continues to heap praises. We stayed at the hotel and got married at the castle. The staff at Trident are unmatched in their level of service. I cannot express in words how fabulous they all were. And the property! It's truly paradise. The only area of improvement from our perspective would be the food. Breakfast every morning was delicious with fresh ingredients and fabulous coffee, but the lunch and dinner menus could use a boost.

What a great boutique hotel. Just 14 really good suites. Very attentive staff, as it is so small the chef can cook whatever you want (wonderfully well). Lobster cooked as you like. Fresh fish of course. Breakfasts in front of the ocean were stunning. Private screening room with huge and very current film library. Pool table. Gym is just great - better equipped than most mega hotels.

This is a beautifull property!!! We had a Junior Villa that was great, loved the design, great bathroom, plenty of space for a family of 4. We had a big splash pool on our patio and beautiful view over a Rocky ocean with big waves!! They have a small, man made beach with calm crystal clear water. We had the beach for ourselves during our whole stay. Akeem was there to teach our kids to kayak and paddle board! They also have a nice pool overlooking a Rocky ocean!! Staff was very friendly and helpful, house keeping was very efficient!! A lot of great positives!! Con's: It's a long tough drive from bigger airports, 3 hrs from Kingston and 4 hrs from MB. Menu is very limited but food is good. Highly recommended!!

This is definitely a very exclusive and luxury place. We loved it. The staff is simple amazing and make you feel very comfortable. The room in unbelievable. So big, has everything you need, beautiful private pool just by the ocean, so silent and calm. The food is very good also, the dinner with the Jazz Band was amazing. It has been one of the most exclusive stays we ever had in our lifes. We loved every single part of it. Special thanks for the notice by the front desk of the turtles being released at Frenchmans Cove, it was such a nice experience to watch. I would love to come back some time in my life. Thanks for everything Trident Hotel!!!
