The rooms were very clean and the amenities were up to date. The bed was very comfortable and even though this was not an inclusive hotel, they made sure to provide you with two bottles of water. The staff were all very professional and friendly from when you entered the gate until you left. The receptionists were also very knowledgeable and professional The dining was actually very nice. The food was good, however, it took a bit long to be served but once you start eating you forget about that Keeping a Hotel in white color is not easy but the staff seem to be the experts at that. The entire grounds were immaculate. For a business trip or pleasure, this hotel is ideal as they boast a reasonable price in the Portland region The hotel has a unique architecture, with a hint of age but modern facilities. The artwork inside the hotel was also very interesting, especially the metalwork art. This place doesn't get enough credit. I did see some bad reviews but luckily I took the chance and it was lovely. The staff, food great and most importantly we felt comfortable. Beautiful place easy to find...The road to get there is a little rough lol but still..get there!

Very nice and clean hotel. All the staff were friendly and professional with the exception of one ,the lady that check is in when we first arrived. Chandler the waitress along with another young lady that attended to us at breakfast was great I had my birthday dinner in the restaurant the staff on Monday night March 27th was great also not to mention our dinner 🥘 tasty and well presented.We had two suits they were immaculately clean. This property is well groom I definitely will stay here again and I’ll be referring my friends and colleagues to stay at Jamaica palace. I must mention even though our first impression was a bit off at check-in the other staff members made up for it.Hopefully she was just having a bad day.

Excelent service staff was friendly! Driving from Kingston to Portland took me 2 hours. Clean room, clean and beautiful ground Very well kept hotel, restaurant provides a variety of dishes and caters to special needs, Had a nice time! 10 of 10 starts

Excellent service from the staff and big compliments to chef Mullings for going the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed the true Jamaican experience. Whether it was Jamaican chocolate tea, plaintain porridge or jerk chicken. The art and sculptures are a sight to behold. Will definitely recommend and visit more in the future.

Lovely ambiance, dinner menu limited, food was not good , what kind of potatoes do you serve? , the service was great bar menu is also a good choice for mix drink. The idea of standing at the front desk to run your card for food doesn’t look good, overall it’s a great place to chill but not for food.

The Jamaica Palace is absolutely amazing. The property is incredible. The staff caters to your each and every need and desire. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The rooms all have AC, WiFi, TV and telephone. The food was impeccable with a wide variety of international cuisines to choose from every day. The location is a slice of paradise. Port Antonio is not a cruise port so there are very little tourists which makes it a true paradise. We could not say enough about this hotel to do it justice. We went to the Palace for our 28 year anniversary. We have stayed at this hotel 15 times over the past 25 years. The hotel has been updated and provides a wide array of amenities to choose from to make it a perfect vacation spot. We can not say enough about this hotel and the individual service that the staff provides on a daily basis. The management team ensures that each and every wish is fulfilled. There is a variety of very diverse excursions to choose from every day. This is the true Jamaica. You will get to know the real Jamaica and not an overcrowded tourist destination. Not many people know about Port Antonio or this resort. You will truly feel like you are the King and Queen of the Palace. The resort is family friendly but also makes for the perfect romantic get away. Hats off to the entire staff for making this a perfect vacation. You will get to know all the staff on a personal basis. You are not just another number at an overcrowded resort. They have several packages available for any budget. Whether you have traveled to Jamaica before or this is your first time, this is a property that is an absolute must see and must stay. We could not have asked for anything more from the staff. They do an incredible job to make this a memorable vacation. We will absolutely be back and be bringing our daughters and grandchildren. We have read all the reviews and can not emphasize enough how absolutely perfect this resort is for a vacation, wedding, romantic get away or a family vacation. You will not be disappointed . We highly recommend this property to be put on your bucket list. Trust us, you will want to go back time and time again. We would like to offer a very special thanks to the management team for providing us with an exceptional experience. We were treated like family. The initial reception was average at the Jamaica Palace Hotel. However, we were most Fortunate to meet the Manager (Most Pleasant Gentlemen) who invited us to feel free to Explorecthe grounds inclusiveof the Breathtaking Panoramic Views. Excellent Restaurant Provision of a Variety of foods inclusive of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks. Absolutely and Overall an Outstanding Establishment Managed to a Highly Commendable Standard.
