This place is a great base to explore the beautiful North East coast of Jamaica - which is much more unspoilt than other parts of the coast (so we’re told!) Located 30 mins from Port Antonio by taxi or route taxi (we took route taxis everywhere and they were great), it’s walking distance to beautiful Frenchman’s Cove, and just a short route taxi ride to Blue Lagoon and Winnifred Beach (150JMD pp). The guesthouse is on a hill so there are lovely views of the sea and there’s a small cove at the bottom of the hill where you can join the locals in a swim - bliss! You can have breakfast and dinner on the terrace and the waiting and reception staff are very friendly. The pool is refreshing and the rooms comfy (big beds, good aircon and hot water). It would have been nice to have more of a communal vibe but it may just be a quiet time. Not loads of eating places around unless you are happy to eat in or at nearby hotels which are a little pricier. Otherwise Boston Beach and Port Antonio are the best bets - not too far in taxis and again easy with a route taxi.

Freda and Alex run a great guesthouse and ensured my stay was amazing. They went the extra mile and decorated my room with Happy Birthday wishes and balloons which meant a lot to me and made me feel so special. This is a true hidden treasure. The kitchen staff was great and the prepared meals (breakfast and dinner) were delicious. At night it was so serene, I could have slept outdoors. This was a truly amazing place with great hospitality and the view and landscaping made it even more special! I can't say enough good about my stay with Freda and Alex. It truly felt like home. Thanks so much!

This is a very well kept place. The environment is clean both inside and outside. The rules are followed as it relates to no shoes inside and wearing of masks because of the coronavirus pandemic. Speaking to the manager Alex was very easy. He is friendly. And makes booking very easy. I appreciated. The price was very good as well. The room was big. The beds clean and soft! All the persons I went with enjoyed their room. WiFi was strong. Available all around the guesthouse. I'd recommend this for a nice get away. I liked that it wasn't on the main road so no horns woke us up. The view of the sea is breath taking...

Friendly staff and very clean and safe villa.
The cook is great serving 3 meals a day for an extra cost but I only had the Jamaican breakfast everyday which was very good.
The AC works great and the wifi was fixed and works much better.
I feel safe that there is security through the night as well.
The only minus is that the toilet seat was old and chipped and should be replaced.

Fantastic place to stay in Port Antonio. Handy for all activities with bars/restaurants and beach all within walking distance and regular route taxis only 100 Jamaican for anything further afield. Alex and Frida were fantastic hosts and advised on everything to do locally and were happy to book trips and restaurants. Fabulous rooms and communal terrace with breathtaking views. Breakfasts and dinner were amazing and loved the freedom that the kitchen and fridge offered. Pool and grounds were fabulous and just thank you for a lovely stay.

Where do we start? First of all, a big thank you to all the staff as well as Alex and Frieda, the multinational owners, for ensuring we had such a great stay,. Most of the receptionists were amazing but we send a special thanks to Dakota.
The property is a short distance away from the main road, so there is little traffic going past. The gardens are not huge but there is greenery all around. The pool area is clean and has sufficient loungers and chairs.
What we really liked was the communal tables for meals and the shared large balcony on the first floor of the villa where our room was. The fridge and cupboard shelves available in the kitchen for each room was a great idea! All the breakfasts and dinners we ordered were fantastic, so much so that we did not bother cooking meals ourselves. It was also nice to see good quality wine (by the glass or bottle) on offer.
We were initially disappointed that our room (Sahara) was behind reception and on the ground floor, but it was absolutely fine, the room was great and it was always very quiet after 10pm. We slept well.
Ask the guesthouse to organise a bamboo rafting trip - it was one of our best days in Jamaica. The "raft captain", Mark, was a very experienced rafter and a lovely man.
All Nations is unusual in that it has a relaxed vibe combined with high efficiency service..
We were here for four nights and wished it could have been longer. Alex is very hands on, fun and great to talk to. We will highly recommend All Nations to all our friends!

My family had the opportunity, despite COVID, to have and enjoyed our very first and the best family reunion, to date. All Nations provided the gorgeous place, the atmosphere, the food, the services and we had a ball. Thanks to Alex, Frieda, Sarah, Omar, Fitzroy and the rest of the very friendly staff. The villas are very clean and safe. Alex helped us make arrangements for our daily adventures outside the villas. We could not have asked for a better time. We were well fed with delicious food. We were very happy that we paid for a chef, Sarah, who made our taste buds very happy. We are not a very easy family to take care of and with all our diverse needs such as allergies and different taste, Alex, Frieda and the staff worked with us and we can’t say enough about the wonderful treatment we received. Thank you all from my family to All Nations. We miss you all. Many blessings and nuff LOVE.

We chose All Nations as we were looking for accommodation close to most of the attractions and especially the beaches. Overall they did not disappoint. The staff overall were great. There was a water issue which delayed our check in by about an hour and a half but while we sat by the pool, we were offered complimentary cocktails. The rate we chose included breakfast each morning and that was a good value as it helped us to get an early start as we set out each morning to see the sights and hit the beaches. The location is spot on with some of the rooms offering sea views .
We would highly recommend AN if you are on a modest budget and especially if you are a foodie, as All Nations is located directly across from Geejam, a high end boutique hotel with one of the best restaurants on the entire island. As a guest of AN you will receive a 15% discount on your dining bill at Bushbar, Geejam’s pricey restaurant and bar.
Nonetheless, great ambiance and great place to spend an evening.
Other than some minor improvements that would enhance your overall experience, our stay at AN was worth every penny!

Dear Angela, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience at All Nations. We are thrilled to hear that our location, close to the attractions and beaches, met your expectations and that our staff made your stay pleasant. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the water issue and the delayed check-in. It was an unforeseen incident where a pipe was accidentally burst during routine maintenance. We're glad that the complimentary cocktails by the pool added a bit of comfort during this wait. Your kind words about the value of our included breakfast and its contribution to your early starts for sightseeing and beach visits are greatly appreciated. It's wonderful to know that you found our location and the option of rooms with sea views to be perfect for your needs. We're especially delighted that you took advantage of our partnership with Geejam. The 15% discount at Bushbar and the opportunity to use their private beach are benefits we love to offer our guests, enhancing their culinary and beach experiences. Your suggestion for minor improvements is noted, and we are constantly working on enhancing the overall guest experience. Knowing that your stay with us was "worth every penny" is the highest compliment we can receive. Thank you again for your recommendation and for highlighting the value we offer to guests with a modest budget. We look forward to welcoming you back to All Nations for another memorable stay in the luxurious San San neighborhood of Port Antonio. Warm regards, The All Nations Team

All Nations Guest House provided us with the beat, most relaxing vacation we could ever hope for. The villa was impeccable and most tastefully decorated, the surroundings were serene and the owner Alex and staff Dakota, Tyrik and Akeem gave us the most friendly heart warming treatment. We were treated to delicious personally prepared breakfast, lunches and dinners with enough variety that we could choose something different each day, which we were served, at a time of our choosing, on our private patio looking out on the sea, (or in the dining room if we chose to do so). It was such a relaxed, familial experience. We took trips to San San beach (which was close by), Winifred’s beach and to Boston, (which was a short drive away), for Jerk dinners. It was also relaxing to sit back and enjoy the free Wi-Fi and Netflix after a day out, or relax by the pool or hot tub.
Hopefully the main road will be better for our next trip

Very nice and cozy guesthouse with wide, clean and well-equipped rooms, located in two different buildings surrounded by a wonderful garden. The guesthouse also offers the possibility to have breakfast and dinner upon order (we tried both ... very tasty!).
The house is in a quiet area of Jamaica, with not so many tourists, and you can easily reach beautiful beaches in few minutes drive, really an amazing area!
At the time we were there, the main road from Port Antonio to San San (approx. 6 km) was under maintenance so unpaved and with holes, so it's better to drive carefully with the daylight.
