This hotel is top of the line. The property is well kept and has a boutique feel. The staff members are all amazing. Big shout out to the restaurant and front office team. Stayed in June and back again in July.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, very beautiful property, and the cliff side offered a great view on the sunsets. The Resturant had a nice variety of dishes and again the staff was very attentive cant stress that enough. I would not try jumping the Cliff if you aren’t comfortable swimming, however the pool is a great alternative. Ohhh and Don’t miss out on the bar, their mixologist are very well trained, their mixes are well balanced, each drink was a journey.

My wife and I visited in July for 10 nights. We loved the hotel, rooms were (we had a one bedroom suite) very nice, all of the food was great and the option to spend your day poolside or on the cliffs was good as well. All of the staff was extremely helpful and we felt good about their Covid precautions as well. It is worth noting that there isn't much in the area within walking distance but if you do venture out, everything is within 5 (Rick's, Rockhouse, etc) to 15 (7 mile beach) minutes by taxi. It was a bit slow while we were there and mostly felt like we almost had the place to ourselves. If you're looking for a lively atmosphere at your hotel/resort, this may be too quiet for your liking. If you're good with a chill hotel with plenty of options to venture out by taxi, then you're good. We'd definitely return!

My wife and I stayed at The Cliff Hotel in 2018 and enjoyed it so much we returned in June. This most recent vacation only solidified our feelings that The Cliff is one of the best, if not THE best hotel in Negril. Everything about our stay was just perfect . . . we honestly can't find a single thing that we would change or improve upon. We have spent time over the last 30 years at a variety of different resorts in Jamaica, from Ocho Rios to Runaway Bay to MoBay to Lucea to Negril. They all have something a little different to offer and I respect each of them for that. In Negril, the debate is often . . ."Do we want to stay at a place on the beach (Bloody Bay or Seven Mile Beach) or on 'the cliffs'?" It's a tough call, because the beach in Negril is awesome, but if you really want peace and tranquility, The Cliff can't be beat. Located at the farthest point in the West End, The Cliff is so quiet and serene . . . no beach vendors, no parasailing/waterskiing/motorboat activity and no street noise from Norman Manley Boulevard. It just pure rest and relaxation, but we were never bored. We loved jumping off the cliff into the beautiful water, swimming around in the large, multi-level pool, hanging out at the bar and dining at Zest. Taji and all of her staff are wonderful people who are well-trained in customer service. We can't wait to come back to The Cliff Hotel as soon as possible. We have found our home-away-from-home in Jamaica!
