One of the very best on the west end in Negril that remains reasonably priced. Beautifully maintained tropical grounds, diverse charming rooms and large villas, one of the finest restaurants in town, a great, large bar, dramatic oceanviews and multi level cliff side ocean access,...More
Just returned from an awesome first time visit at Catcha Falling Star. Wanted to stay many times in the past and so very glad we finally did! Stayed in the sun suite but honestly almost any room on property would be heaven. Property was mostly...More

Depending on the vibe you are going for, I did celebrate my 40th in negril last spring and we split the trip. The later half was at catcha, which in my opinion is more of a romantic hotel than a girls trip. At night the restaurant would be the only thing to do on property, you can obviously go to outside venue- the ltu pub is a 5 min walk but we usually went in the day not sure how hopping it is at night. If you are more of a party crowd i would recommend staying on the beach, if you are more casual, dinner and a couple drinks in the evening than it would be ok.

It depends on how severe your partners disability is, if they are in a wheel chair or walker I would think twice about the property, if it is just limited walking then you may be ok. I too have mobility issues, i just cant walk long distances or alot of stairs at a time due to heart/breathing issues and I did ok. The pathway from the room to the restaurant is pretty short- maybe 50 feet and from my room there were only about 4 stairs. the path is going on a slight decline, i brought a small flashlight for the evenings so I didnt trip. let me know if you need further info
