I visited in June of 2020 & was staying at another resort and found the boardwalk restaurant. Tayvor cooked the best lobsters for me and my friend. We ended up leaving our resort everyday just to come have lunch with Tayvor five days in a row. The food was amazing, when you come here please ask for him.

First let me tell you that this is a place I visited on a tour and loved it so much I go back to every visit. You can stop in and just have drinks and food on the beach. They have the Firemans lobster pit at this location and the cooks. Tavar & Farri are amazing cooks... OMG the grilled lobster is to die for. They cook it for you right in front of you if you want to watch and can also serve it on the beach or at the restaurant tables. The drinks are really good :) .... Also I can not miss mentioning that the lifeguard ONEIKE... Excellent service - always ready to help and makes your visit special. I have had a few waitresses help me but Shanoy goes out her way! The staff all good but just had to point out the ones that go above and beyond.

Loved our stay at the Boardwalk Village. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. What really impressed me was how well maintained and clean the entire property is. It is located at the far end of 7 mile beach and getting to town will require a short cab ride. The on-site restaurant is quite good. I recommend the grilled lobster, and the Pina Colada’s were the best we tried (and we tried several:)) There is not much in the way of nightlife, unless you take a cab further down the beach and catch some live music or head out to one of many fabulous restaurants or beach bars. The location does get you away from the crowds and there is significantly less soliciting which Oneike, the lifeguard keeps a close eye on to ensure any unwelcome solicitation is quickly dealt with. It really is a great spot. I’d definitely stay again.

Took my friend to Jamaica for the first time; this was the second hotel for our trip and the experience was amazing. We relaxed on the beach, got our massage, had our meals at the restaurant- everyone was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here AGAIN!!!

I'll start off with the good things about this hotel. My room was immaculate and surprisingly spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The front desk lady made check in and check out very quick. Now for the cons. There really isn't much to do at the Boardwalk. I guess if all you want to do in Jamaica is just sit on the beach and go into the water a bit then this place is for you. But as far as activities, the Boardwalk is really lacking. If you're staying at the Boardwalk it's a good idea to book excursions with free hotel pick-up. You can find some on TripAdvisor easily. :) There's a restaurant on site but it's kind of expensive and service can be very slow at times. I remember one night I waited for almost an hour for curried chicken. It was very good once I got it but wow, they made me wait for it. The location is not really the best but on the plus side, taxis are cheap. As long as you're not going too far, a taxi from the Boardwalk will cost only $2 USD. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Hedonism (Mwhahaha.....) which is where I really wanted to stay but let's face it I'm too poor. Would I stay at the Boardwalk again? Well....maybe.
