I stayed here with my families. The rooms kept clean. Staff was friendly and most importantly the food was great i will give it 10/10. The pool kept clean and the drink at the bar was okay for me. I feel welcome here and I’ll definitely will be returning back to this resort.
Another amazing stay at Travellers Negril. They are a home away from home for so many visitors to Jamaica and Negril. I always see guests who are returning again and again just like my wife and I. The restaurant is even better than ever. You could eat all your meals there for the week and love each selection. Romeo at the bar will always take care of you. Oratia will greet you in the lobby when you arrive and help you get settled into your room. Enjoy the amazing pool with waterfall and swim up bar. They have a huge fitness room and gym on site. They have scuba on site as well. So much is at your fingertips or a short walk along the gorgeous 7 Mile Beach. You won't regret booking here. Maybe I'll see you next time.
My brother and I recently stayed at Travelers Beach resort in Negril and we had the most wonderful time. The staff is genuine and makes you feel welcome. Germain will always find you a beach chair. Orashia will always make your arrival pleasant and easy and Romeo, Ramone, Ricky and Kadie will always make sure your dining service is perfect. I can’t wait to visit again. This has become my second home and the staff has become my family. They truly mean it when they say welcome home. Lisa Tufariello
The hotels slogan is 'Welcome Home' and it's true. This place has it all - wonderful staff, clean rooms, a beach, a pool and a restaurant and bar. What more do you need? The only caveat is that the bungalows do not have AC but the website is very clear about that. Very quiet with a good location: walking distance to downtown Negril, shopping, bars and restaurants. Short cab rides to places like Catch a Falling Star for dinner. Food in the restaurant is excellent! We can't say enough about the staff: there were more than helpful even before we arrived. The rooms have a mini fridge which is wonderful. If you don't like the all-inclusive mega resorts, this is the place for you!!!
This place is truly a gem! For our family's first time visiting Jamaica, we opted to avoid the all-inclusive big fancy hotel and find something a bit more 'local' and I'm so glad we did. The breakfast was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two kids - 5 & 3) since it accommodated all of our preferences - either the local Jamaican breakfast or eggs and pancakes/waffles/french toast - with delicious coffee and juices. We also ended up eating at the restaurant each night throughout our 5 night stay since the kids were done after a full day of swimming in the most beautiful beach and pool area. This came in handy since we still have a toddler to manage :) The food was good but I also didn't eat anywhere else so I truly couldn't compare. The entertainment each night was also a really extra special touch to it all. All of the staff we interacted with really made our stay that much more special. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful, especially the beach security guard who always found me towels after hours - thank you so much! The restaurant staff was also very patient and kind. Our room was nice but nothing over the top. We didn't spend too much time here but it could use a bit of updating. But these small details didn't make or break our stay. The A/C worked fine and we actually ended up more cold than hot! The hotel grounds are beautiful and the beach is truly perfection. It's maybe 3 feet deep for about 50 yards and clear blue. There are shaded areas on the beach because of the trees but the hotell will also set up umbrellas for you. The beach itself was worth it all. Top 5 momst beautiful Caribbean beaches I've seen!…
We have just returned from an amazing 2 weeks stay at this lovely hotel It’s 5 star service all the way and every staff member was polite and friendly and genuinely seemed happy within their jobs .. All areas we’re kept clean and tidy how the lovely maid managed to get rid of the sand in our room ! We had a little bungalow which was very sweet and the fridge was a bonus . I did worry about not having air con but the fan was enough . His hotel is in an ideal area as it was towards the end of the stunning 7 mile beach and walkable to the small town . The lifeguards and security was Great and all the restaurant staff were friendly and happy x We opted for the meal plan and paid on arrival . The choice was very good and all food was lovely . We found the bar prices reasonable as well It wa a lovely to sit having our breakfast / meal ont he lovely terrace over looking the beautiful beach . The only negative thing i would say is , a shower to wash of the sand befor you go back to your room would really help and we did seem to have sand everywhere This hotel was like a 5 star and we load a lovely time Thank you all at the travellers and we hope to return one day . As cat lovers We also loved the cats that looked well cared for…
This is a lovely, small Jamaican owned hotel on the 7 mile Negril beach. Outstanding staff, clean, secure rooms, nice ocean side restaurant and beach steps from your room! They give back immensely to the community and we will continue to support this gem!
The staff is incredible, any problem we had or anything we needed the staff solved it within minutes. The location is perfect, it is quiet but with many options for things to do and people to talk to. The resort has nightly events with live music and DJs to keep the guests entertained. I will be returning to Travellers ASAP!
I have just arrived home, and I am already missing the team that work at Travellers Beach Resort. They really know how to make sure each guest is looked after personally, as they genuinely care about every guest. I was a lone traveller, but was never short of people to talk to. The banter from the staff was great, I enjoyed their company. So a big thanks to Tasheca, Kereen, Antoinette, Marva, and bar staff Romeo, Ricky, Ramon, housekeeping, security, front desk staff, and those whose names I didn't get, you are all a credit to the hotel. The hotel is small, but the location and views out to the beach are breathtakingly beautiful, I felt I was in paradise. The food was amazing, I ate and drank like a King, big up the Chef/s. The Jamaican food night with the escoveitch fish was sensational, that I ordered it again the following day, even though it wasn't on the menu the Chef still prepared it for me. I often asked for my food to be changed slightly and my requests was always carried out, nothing was too much trouble, and I appreciated that. The nightly entertainment was great, love the reggae band. The security/beach attendant entertained us with music, whilst the guests sunbathed, he put out the loungers and umbrellas. He even went and washed my water cup when it fell in the sand, and refilled it. I enjoyed my time sitting at the bar laughing with the staff, or chatting to other guests, who all had nothing but great things to say about the hotel and the staff. There was only one negative, but it didn't spoil my holiday, I had a standard queen room, very happy with that, the bed was so comfortable. My only concern was room 36, is at the back, not much sun light coming in the room, due to a high fence blocking the light. It wasn't inviting to sit on the terrace. Next time I will book a garden view room, as the garden is immaculate, and so well kept. I urge everyone to give this hotel a try, as I had the best holiday, and I credit that to the staff. Management, if you are reading this, do what you need to hold onto your staff, as I want to see them when I'm back.…
Everyone was so kind and professional! They variety of rooms are great and clean! The beach is wonderful and the amenities are great! An awesome location! I loved being able to bounce back and forth between my room and the beach so easily. Eddie was my taxi driver to and from the airport and he was just great!
