We visited Jamaica from the UK in August. We had a really lovely time, very relaxing and chilled. The hotel was lovely, beautiful beach, nice pool, great restaurants and the bedrooms had everything you needed. The only down side was although the staff were always cleaning the standard of cleaning was not 5*. The bedroom rug needed a good hoover, the bathroom had someone elses hairs in it, the main restaurant floor was always dirty and the main pool was dirty with sand and bits of tree in it every day. The beach was beautiful but it said it was supposed to be private but it wasn't! There were vendors all day long trying to sell everything. The staff at the hotel were amazing and so friendly and polite always checking if you were ok or needed anything. A massive thank you to the entertainment team who were amazing! They worked so hard day and night to keep you entertained and they were so attentive they were absolutely fantastic. On the first day we met Delly and Shannae (Nae Nae) and they asked our names and remembered us the entire two weeks of our stay. The other amazing guys that kept our teenage boys entertained the whole time were Kevaughn, David and Richard. Luca in the restaurant remembered us every day and made sure we had a good table and always asked how we were. There were pool and beach towels available every day and no fight for sunbeds. The restaurants were nice with self service at The Mill and a choice of restaurants offering alternative cuisine such as Italian, Mexican etc. As a 5* resort I did expect a bit more choice and quality of the food and would have preferred more Caribbean food to be available every day. We did have an amazing time but wouldn't return as didn't feel that it was a true 5* resort.…
This is our first visit to Beaches Negril. It is a gorgeous resort with A+ service. We are also very pleased with Covid protocols in place- we feel very safe here. We’ve met many employees and they have made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We’re looking forward to meeting back up with Camille and Willie in the Loyalty Travel department tomorrow to rebook for 2022. It was a pleasure chatting with them tonight!

This is my very first trip to Jamaica, it is a very lovely country. The food is fantastic, the presentation and the taste is out of this world. I highly recommend the buffet and mariachi restaurant, their my favorite. The hospitality is amazing, people are awesome here. I think it's a great place to bring your children, they have this great Waterpark area to bring your kids. Shout out to Cadesha, Dershea, Delly, Ajago, dj fabby, Adrian from the entertainment team, these people are the life of the resort.
Room# 506 T-Beckford & D-Stone We had a wonderful time at Beaches Negril! My husband and I work in the hospitality industry, so we had high expectations. The first impression was excellent! Luta and Donovan gave us a warm, pleasant welcome. Donovan constantly checked on the readiness of our room, brought us beverages and cold washcloths, and spent a few minutes getting to know us while informing us of the many activities and features of the hotel. Luta was prompt, proactive, and eager to get us settled in. Luta also spends a few minutes detailing the room's features and the hotel. Throughout our stay, we met some fantastic staff. The hotel and we must recognize these individuals' efforts and energy daily to ensure guest satisfaction and a memorable stay. The entire entertainment staff was tremendous! Delly – genuine, fun, charismatic, quickly liked. Adrian – made sure we were part of the fun in many activities, dancing, swimming, etc.; Cadesha & Dershea – these girls had high energy, were fun to be around, and taught a few dance moves. Shanice – service was spot on. She took our food and drank order promptly and efficiently while indulging us in cheerful conversation. Cassara and Noozy – We kept some good vibes, making our drinks, refilling our glasses, and paying attention to details. They knew exactly what we wanted as soon as we approached the bar. Leon – is pleasant, proactive, and very aware. We felt safe when our kids were at the pool. Cavine – We did not partake in any watersport activities, but Cavine was surprisingly Awesome! She randomly approached us and indulged in some upbeat, fun conversations. She cared about our stay. She asked helpful questions and took our dishes and glass when we got done eating. She is always smiling and greeting us. Chevel and Shanakaye – After a long day of fun and activities, we always want to return to a clean and refreshed room. These housekeepers made sure of that. They were awesome! An adverse event left a bad taste in our mouths, and we would like to share as well. Upon checkout, I mistakenly left an entire bottle of patron on the ground while arranging my bags into the car. Twenty minutes into our trip home, we realized it was missing and returned to the hotel to retrieve it. The item was nowhere to be found. The Security team worked quickly and diligently to resolve the issue. A grounds man found the bottle of patron and disguised it. He did not turn it in to lost and found. Security initially found the culprit and retrieved the bottle of patron. We were happy, but the happiness turned into sadness and anger a few hours later when we found out he had replaced the alcohol content with water. My family and I had an amazing time. We will recommend this resort to friends and families.…
The room was nice, I received exceptional service from Sheldon in Weddings, he was great. The staff were nice, other guest, not so much. This was the fist time our children and grandchildren vacationed with us and they had a great time. The bus ride was long, upon leaving, the driver was extremely rude. The woman at Island Routes desk was borderline rude and not forthcoming with information about the tours.
when i got off the bus the first question i asked the lady that handed me towel was does nickesha still work here? then headed to the kids camp to see her it was great seeing her after a year. i has so mush fun hanging out with Nickesha Claudia& Shanice can’t wait to come no next year.
We visited from the UK in July. We had a lovely time, very relaxing and chilled. There were good and bad from our experience. The bad:- The hotel was being renovated, there were huge boards covering the work that was being carried out. Just outside our balcony so we had zero view and I was hugely disappointed as I do like to chill on the balcony in the evening before we head out. The beach was not private so there are vendors all day long trying to sell everything from weed to a Jamaican boyfriend! Blind man, one legged man, buskers, cigars, coconuts, bracelets you name it they tried to sell it. They cannot approach the beds but they can sit right in front of it and play their guitar or warble out of tune. The trick is to put your pods in and you can ignore them…. Spa staff - wow they were relentless. You could guarantee that you were asked at least 3 times before 10.00am if you wanted spa treatment. Asleep at the pool - they would wake you to try and persuade you to have a treatment. We were there for two weeks and I think the record was 8 times in one day of trying to politely say no. A little tip for the resort, if people want treatment, they will book it stop trying to upsell, it’s annoying. The good:- The entertainment team. They were absolutely fantastic. On the first day we met Shannae (Nae Nae) she asked my daughter’s name and she remembered her the entire two weeks of our stay and went out of her way to find her and make sure she was joining in with the activities. The other amazing lady that needs a mention was Cadesha (Cadewah!) she was absolutely amazing, my daughter loved her. She also went out of her way to find us. She even joined us for dinner one night and then brought us to the show. She took my daughter to the shop for a bracelet when she won a game. The entertainment team definitely make this resort. I also need to mention Shaun, the towel man, he was so lovely. Never fear the towel man is here! He brought the towels every day and was part of the life guard team. He came to find us on our last day to come and say bye when he went on his break. Sunbeds - no fight for them, plenty of beds available. Towels collected after the rain when they have been abandoned so its kept free if there are no belongings there. Fresh towels handed out after the rain so you are not sat on damp ones. Cafe de Paris - lovely for a coffee in the morning watching the sun rise. The staff called me the cappuccino lady and knew what I wanted when I walked in. Overall we had a lovely holiday. Would we return? Probably not. The rooms are dated, the food is fine but limited choices. As a 5* resort I did expect a bit more. We have stayed at nicer resorts in the Caribbean for less money. The new buildings with swim ups look like they are going to be lovely but it could do with another restaurant to go with them.…
I’d say this is one of my favorite vacations ever, met some awesome people on this trip. sShout out to Cadesha, Delly, Dershea,Calantha, Richard and Roneve from the entertainment team.
