After staying at another hotel nearby for the last couple of years, we were curious to try something different. Tensing Pen is a beautiful property with plenty of 'hiding spots' for relaxing! Check-in was friendly and fast and we were escorted to our room in no-time. We stayed in the Garden Cabin and while the room was beautiful and comfortable,... More

Tensing Pen Wild little place on the cliffs We got treated with a fruit punch, a cold refreshing wet towel and directed to the room we reserved , the “Grape House 1” , this is not a room with the charm we expected as it is at the end and felt a bit lonely on the property so we asked... More

Unfortunately, we only got to stay one night. We stayed in Middle Pillar and had a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. Service was good (not great), and we enjoyed the location within walking distance of Rick's and Ivans Restaurant. I liked the "hut" feeling of Middle Pillar, but I would have preferred to have an indoor shower (the only shower... More

I had the pleasure of staying at Tensing Pen over the summer for a girls' getaway trip which was 100% worth it! I stayed here a week before a major project to relax and unwind, it was great for stepping away from the usual hustle and bustle of the city and office life. Property I loved the peace and serendipity... More

step away from your typical sandy beach experience and trade it in for an adventurous cliff experience.Ocean is beautiful and blue, crystal clear with some fish so one can snorkel right there. Snorkel equipment available at lobby or better book an ocean snorkel trip for 35.00 with Vincent. Book in lobby, catch book at bridge in resort and go. Afterwards,... More

A family holiday brought us to this breath-taking resort where the blue-green waters and stony cliff-faces were brought into natural play with accommodation facilities. So many nooks and crannies to relax in with ajoupa style huts and hammocks, beautifully landscaped gardening and of course the breath-taking views from every room. Food was always tasty and other restaurants are within close... More

Loved this hotel, with its large rooms, bed, bathroom and balconies. Not forgetting the amazing views. The room and bathroom etc was very clean and I'm quite picky. Hotel and restaurant staff were excellent too. My only complaint would be about the bad service and high costs of drivers and taxis but that's probably a trend in Jamaica. I only... More

We stayed here on a family trip this year at the end of July. The resort is amazing beyond words! So beautiful.. The service was exceptional and everyone was so friendly.. These pictures don't do it justice but you can get a glimpse! We have already booked our trip here again next year! Can't wait!

This non-inclusive resort (just breakfast) is located on the cliffs with easy access by ladders directly to the open ocean (no actual sand beach) in quiet protective coves which was refreshing and worked very well with us. The grounds are immaculate and full of local folliage and the rooms are nicely spread out for maximum privacy. We stayed in Seagrape... More
