Visited CC March 2019 , due to Negril Treehouse being sold out; rented a standard room with double beds...beds were a tiny twin size and I mean tiny twin size, if not smaller. Bed Was as HARD as the floor. Thought I was in prison, I could not sleep, first night. IT was awful. The breakfast was included, and was very good, and just enough. Good security. Service was good. I would not stay here again, until this bed situation is FIXED.

This place is special. I've now stayed here twice, and it was just as delightful as the last time I remember it. This time around, they built a pool, a wifi lounge, and expanded their seating area for dinner and breakfast. On Friday now they have surf & turf for dinner, and Saturday's, traditional jerk. SO good! Monique, the manager, is so sweet and caring and really wants to get to know her guests. It truly is a home away from home. Very small, private cottages just steps from the beach, which I might add almost feels like a private beach because you'll always have a beach chair, and your section of the water will not be crowded! There's also 24 hour security on the beach to help you with any pesky hecklers. The entire staff is so kind, helpful, and want to make your stay the best. Their banana pancakes are famous! Make sure you get them for breakfast. There's no such thing as a bad room. They're all shrowded in beautiful greenery, have a private balcony, and feel like your own little home. Listening to the rain from your porch is so peaceful. This is the perfect place for R&R. Right on the beach, best people, best food, best rooms, best water, best beach. This is where you want to go to get your mind rested. Than you to Monique and the entire staff for an unforgettable stay, I'll be coming back soon <3

I wasn't expecting so much from this place. The staff at the front desk was very nice when we checked in. We scheduled our drive back to the airport right then. Also, always schedule it 1 hour before you actually need it. Jamaicans are not on our time table. They make the best rum punch. I tried it everywhere I went and there's was the best! Also the cost are pretty good for being at a hotel.Breakfast is included. We also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant. Very good and reasonable. The staff was very friendly and are there to help you in anyway they can. The security staff is very impressive. George was on his game and never faltered the whole time we were on the beach. He did allow the locals to hawk their wears but also keep a keen eye when they had overstayed their welcome and asked them to move on. Our room was right next to Margaritaville and we didn't find it very loud. We did go there for drinks and dinner one night and I was not impressed! We did take the hotels recommendation and did the catamaran tour with snorkeling. It was reasonable and nice because there wasn't a huge amount of people on the boat. The did have food which was decent but the rum punch tasted like soap. YUCK. There is a bank across the street so you can take money from the ATM. I had read on here before to use American money. I dont suggest that unless you enjoying over paying for everything.

I was able to book a last minute deal at Country Country and just wanted a place that I could relax on the beach, go for long walks and enjoy the ocean. This resort checked all of those boxes. It is not super luxury but more of a casual, relaxed homey atomosphere. The rooms are clean and the free breakfast was good. I would say that they have one of the best spots on the beach in terms of space and there are lots of areas for shade. I really enjoy that I didn't have to move all day from the beach if I didn't want to as food come to you. Jerk Pork that was AMAZING and I think cost $7-8. Patties, fresh fruit and lobster. I felt safe walking alone in the morning and early evening. If you don't want to be bothered you can just wear your headphones and no one really bothers you. There are vendors along the beach but most are fine if you say No thank you and have a nice day. I booked a premium room which was close to the beach as promised but also backed onto the restaurant. I sleep well so the noise didn't bother me but might bother others. If I had stayed longer I would have asked to move. The room was large though and clean. I used the small fridge for my beer and snacks. The Room I was in was 516. I absolutely loved the wifi lounge above the restaurant. Most mornings and evenings I had it to myself and it has a great view of the beach. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone just looking for a chill vacation with no activities and is ok with more of a cottage/rustic accomadations.

I really love the Country Country. It's right on the beach where you can get fresh lobsters, jamaican patties and coco bead. The location is ideal for shopping and the clubs are nearby. This hotel also has a swimming pool and bar/lounge where you can get a drink and delicious food. If you want to relax during the day and party at night check this place out. I would rate this hotel a 5-Star.
