Spent 4 nights in a deluxe room with a partial ocean view on the beach side of the property. Can't beat the location as you can walk up and down the beach to check out restaurants, bars, etc. Security at the beach was top notch, but none of the vendors walking by were very pushy. A super chill environment. Beach itself was fantastic, and Jeffery the lifeguard helped us set up a snorkeling trip. One day we asked for a driver to take us to YS Falls and the hotel set us up with Marlon, who was amazing in every way. I HIGHLY recommend asking for him if you need a driver. The bar makes great pina coladas and also breakfast, but the rest of the food was just okay. The room itself was clean and the patio was nice and relaxing overlooking a lovely garden with a partial view of the ocean. The only issue was that the walls of the rooms are paper thin, and no toiletries other than soap were provided. If you bring your own shampoo/conditioner, etc. as well as earplugs, you'll be just fine. All the staff were helpful and very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Great property at great value for money. On the best part of the beach. Near every nice restaurant in the area. If you stay here make sure to check Vinnies Grill and best of west across the road. And for a night cap Rogers one love bar also across. This hotel is nice yet basic. The rooms are lovely. Due to a mix up on our booking we tried three rooms. And due to the mix up we got an upgrade to make up for moving rooms. So thanks to the owner for that. The standard room is very small yet new and nice. I loved the room with the kitchen and lounge and the little outside porche. No beach towels or any ammenities are provided besides soap. But you can buy here down the beach at tge sea and sand gift shop. But I never had trouble getting a beach chair. Speaking of beach. My favorite staff member is Vincent the beach day security. Took great care of us always making sure nobody was trying to sell us bad stuff or rip us off. He was amazing and super friendly. Others here could learn. Also Henry snd Cisene were very nice upon arrival. You get plenty for what you pay. The staff at their restaurant Indies was a let down after two tries. It felt almost like we were bothering them from their chatting time. Gave us nasty looks... i get you cant always smile but this was something else. Then we started exploring the area. Hope the owner looks into this as I am not the only one who got the worst service there. Was sad to see the place empty at dinner time with staff seating around talking to each other. Such a nice place should be full. But despite that I had a nice time. Thanks to that bad service we found great food and super cheap around. The five stars are because thr property is very nice and leaving aside the bad restaurant experience and the mix up on our reservatiob we still had the best time in beautiful Negril. I would be back. Just never eat in Indies again.

My stay was very good. Professional staff and peaceful environment. I would have hoped that all rooms should have a tv. The restaurant was good and the beach was well kept. Definitely a place i would revisit

The resort is split into two tiles by a street, which is no problem. I stayed at the garden part, which was very quiet, and had a nice walk to the beach (~5 mins). Perfect was the coffee machine in my room with kitchen, so I could brew every morning my own Blue Mountain. The beach is very nice and the bar nearby invites to a short drink or snack.

I have been going back to White Sands Negril with family each time over the past 11 years and it never disappoints. It’s an affordable stay with a hospital staff and the best beach area. Home away from home. Please don’t change a thing.
