This was our second visit at the resort. We stayed on the nude side and enjoyed going back "home". Weather was perfect. Food and drinks were amazing. Staff was generally courteous and friendly (with some minor exceptions at the bar).
Property is immaculate, and the maintenance is continuously ongoing which is great for the property. Gas powered lawn care equipment, pressure washers,etc make it extremely difficult to relax and enjoy the tranquility. The resort should invest in some decent cordless mowers, trimmers, etc to reduce the noise level, be more eco friendly and increase guest comfort and enjoyment.
Rooms are spacious and clean. However, beds are extremely firm and uncomfortable for sleep. They are more designed for play than anything else. Combine that with the lack of blackout curtains and it is very difficult to recover from a late night and start the next day refreshed.
Seems like many people we had crossed paths with during our stay had developed a hacking cough and congestion within the first few nights at the resort (including ourselves). We suspect that the AC units in the rooms might need a good disinfecting to remove the mold/bacteria that would hide in there and contaminate guests while they sleep. That definitely took away from our enjoyment at the resort.
We used the gym a few times during the week. Great facility compared to other resorts. Only thing we would like to see is the addition of a few fans facing the cardio equipment. That place gets hot and stuffy pretty quickly while working out.
One suggestion we would like to make is that the resort should give guests a reusable plastic glass with lid and straw upon checking in to the hotel. By having guests reuse their glasses, this would save the resort a tremendous amount of resources (water, cardboard straw, etc). This one simple gesture would show the world how eco friendly this resort has become. We did notice improvements with the addition of water bottle filling stations which was welcome.
Although our stay was far from being perfect, we will definitely return to enjoy fun in the sun at this unique resort.

I have read other reviews that complain about the travel and how it is not convenient. We live in the western us, it is a pain in the butt to get there, long day of travel, but we know that ahead of time, we love Jamacia so we deal with it. The food is good, if you get something and you do not like it, get something else. Breakfast is pretty much the same, but there are different options at home I pretty much eat the same breakfast every morning, at the resort I change it up...well except for bacon. If you eat at the nude grill for lunch, it is food, if you want a better meal just go to the dining room or the flame. There are 3 restaurants and the buffet that you can choose from, we change it up, they have different food at each place. As we all know, COVID sucks. The resort is doing they best they can do to protect the guests. Yes some of the things do suck, but the restrictions are in place for everyone’s safety. I went to the gift shop, they require a mask to enter, I forgot to bring one, back to the room to get it. My fault, I knew the rules. The bars were stocked, all employees were friendly, entertainment staff was great with good shows at night, beach was clean, dive staff awesome, the staff consistently sanitationing everything, pools were clean. Maid service was not regular, but if you hung a sign on your door they would clean your room. Not a big deal. Overall the trip was great, better than expected, yes a little different, but if you go with the idea that this is 2020 and everything is different, hedo did great. Cannot wait till our next trip!

SOOOOOOOO first things first I love Jamaica and I love Hedonism 2 as a resort and as a way of life . I feel like I'm at home when there . This was the 7th year in a row for the wife and I . This December trip was a make up trip for one cancelled for May of 2020 (we had an august 2020 trip to Hedo also pushed to august of 2021) so the pandemic almost broke our yearly streak. We had to both take covid test prior and submit to the Jamaican health department which was fine. We had to print all the documents to show before boarding the plane in US to go to Jamaica and that was fine . Wearing a Mask for that extended time in the airport and on the plane was difficult but we survived . As usual we got the CLUB MOBAY service at the airport in Jamaica and it was more than worth it . They whisked us thru the airport at lightning speed. The shuttle ride was quick and we arrived at Hedo 2 :) Masks were require and hands were sanitized in the Lobby during check in. Since the resort wasn't at full capacity we were upgraded to Nude side Ocean View instead of our booked prude side ocean view which worked out well . I notice even more cleaning on an normally clean already resort which was comforting . Mask were to be worn in gift shop and when getting food other than that they were optional . In the main dinning area the food was placed on the plates instead of self serve which was ok . Some hungry mornings I didn't get my plate fast enough FOR ME but that is more a personal issue of mine. Hedo was Hedo which is Awesome . All the trouble to get there was more than worth it. The staff is amazing , the food is incredible (thanks Chef Anthony for the Mannish Water) , the entertainment is top notch ( Winston is a Superstar). Miss Paulette is the best Bartender in the World!!!!! I Just Love the place . Going Back May and August 2021 I suggest you find the group that suits you and go and enjoy your life .....If Nothing else 2020 has proven that tomorrow isn't promised so enjoy today.

Ok so we did the clothing optional resort . We knew before hand and had another 6 nights to follow at couples negril just down the block ! So heres what we got at hedonism a au natural garden room with an excellent bathroom, rooms are small and most rooms have no balcony/ patio - we missed that ! However the room has a newer a/c and flat screen tv 3 porn channels. Our room was serviced every day by 12:00 pm , the food most of time is good not great , the buffet has the stage and nightly shows that are very good , the Asian restaurant was pretty good the Italian also pretty good no reservations needed , the beach is raked daily it is nice sand and ample shade areas the beach floor is patchy in areas with seaweed, they brought us a drink at beach only 1 time so i say no drink service/ thats a joke ! It was the prude side now about 85 % of guests are on the nude side which we spent our last 2 days , people are fully nude everywhere even topless at dinner etc so this is what you will see not everyone but some , I would not recommend if this is an issue , we had no problem with guests there they were nice friendly some a bit crazy and naked lol we mostly laughed daily , the nude side is where the party atmosphere is at and if you cant get naked this isn’t likely for you ! Actually its a must to be naked if you’re on that side of beach and its easy to get comfortable naked just need a few drinks and say what the heck ! And so we did and it was a time i will never forget , all in all good property that has reviews by the thousands that over praise in all areas of this resort its. 3.5 all in all your paying a lot to meet swingers and nudists please keep in mind otherwise you will feel financially cheated there

This was the worse place I have ever stayed. the all inclusive resort does not include double occupancy with 2 beds, good customer service and new/renovated accommodations as advertised. the front desk staff was vey rude and without empathy when I discussed my room furniture falling apart and the fact that i had one bed in a double occupancy (2 women) room. in a part of the resort I did not book. They claim they upgraded me and when I saw the room they switched me to, it was just as bad as the first room. Although they switched the room, the bed frame was coming off the wall. The pool towels were dirty with bleach stains. I was incensed. the resort bar did not open until 10 am which I learned from a server who screamed at me when asked. We had a group of 21 people and was not allowed to swm in the varous pools when we wanted because all the pools were closed a the same time for cleaning. This was the worst vacation ever!!! This place is a no no if you want to relax , sit poolside or even lay on the beach. the beach was just a small piece of land unless you went to the nude side. The nude side offered activities and entertainment guides with music. The rest of the resort had to suffer without entertainment and music which is not typical of a resort. When going t get food, we were accosted by security to remove or clothes even though that was the only side offering food during the day at any time. I will NEVER stay here again nor will I EVER recommend this place.

This was my sixth trip to Hedo and every time I go my stay gets better and better. The employees and management used the time during the COVID shutdown to upgrade many of the resort facilities. My only wish is that Hedo had a page on their website entitled "Things to bring". Recommend bringing re-usable straws, Water bottles (since water dispensers were installed).

Went with a travel group of about 30+ people. I didn't know what to expect but was quickly put at ease by the friendly staff and the amazing amenities. The food was always fresh, the other patrons were friendly and great to mingle with if you wanted to meet new people (while minding their own business), and the facilities were constantly being cleaned/refreshed. They even have on-site COVID testing for your return travel back. The buffet areas were handled strictly by the staff stationed conveniently in place. I think this was due to COVID but since I hadn't visited before, maybe they always handle all the food. Everyone was so helpful, the live shows every night were so entertaining and very well prepared. There is always food available somewhere on the property. The drinks weren't super strong which was great because who wants to be drunk on such a great vacation. Just the perfect level of tipsy. The water activities were amazing and everything on the resort flowed from one activity or meal to the next with the perfect amount of down time in between. Can't speak highly enough about this great getaway. We've already started planning our trip back in 2022.

We were at Hedo in December of 19. We would have never gone back however we purchased this trip prior to going in August 19. We were there in Jan 2014 for 14 nights while my bride spent 4 nights out of 14 in the room due to a man being allowed to smoke a cigar in the hot tub a no smoking area while Harry the owner allowed this to happen; at $850 per night. This is just one thing out of many things over the years we put up with. We thought we would never o back but we tried one more time in August in hopes of a better experience. Being that August again was horrific for safety we spoke to Donna Grant the manager and she said on our visit in Dec she would give us an upgrade to a premium nude suite (we have emails to prove) which we did not get, hence zero accountability. So the 13 of Dec I found out my father died so I was in the gym early in the morning and was kicked out for no shirt so when I returned there was Donna who refused to stand accountable for the upgrade. So I went down the beach to find Azul where we spent the remainder of our holiday. In our last post of this vacation Randy who we never met rebutted that I was drunk in the gym, guest complaining all lies and he was never present in what he was saying where I was and will stand accountable for my actions, however they never do. Even Sarina runs a business on gifts and tips which others get fired for, go figure. Please take what the resort will rebut, Please know it is a toxic resort. What does Randy's rebut say??

This was our 27th trip and the 2nd in 2022. Check in did not go well. We had requested any room across from the Spa ahead of time. We do realize there are no guarantees, but we were told this was a different category than what we had booked. After pushing back on this (rates for the rooms across from the Spa go up January 2023) we were then told non were available, even though we said we would wait if one needed to be cleaned. Again told no. We were then given a OV room atop the Flame/Dive Shack. This area was under construction at the time and wasn't really an upgrade. Our friends who checked in a couple hours later the same day, who had also requested a room from the Spa were given one. Food was disappointing this trip after several years of improvement. The buffet especially was so spicey hot, most dishes were not edible. Pastafari and Harry San were inconsistent with service and quality. We didn't try Flame as we had a bad experience back in February. The nude bar tenders were always a delight. I wish I could remember everyone's name. Alicia and Michelle come to mind, but the others always had a smile. We missed Eldon, but understood he had a hand injury. The piano bartender did a great job. The nightly shows were fantastic. Winston and crew have upped their game. Casino night was fun. I would suggest an additional blackjack table and a dealer with a little more experience. We will be back for Hedoween and while we don't come for the food, we hope it will be better.

From day one of my stay at Hedonism 2 was absolutely outstanding. With Covid 19 still being present in our world. She reassures everyone entering the property that the resort is thoroughly sanitized to CDC standards and mask must be worn along with social distancing. The other staff members, such as Nicole, Paulette, James, Chantell, Teniesha, Kamar, at the bar and the head Chef and the other cooks and servers in the dining hall, to the night staff are simply amazing. Special thanks to Winston who bar none is the best Musical Staff director and coordinator in the world, along with the entertainment staff were simply incredible. Special Thanks to the new General Manager Mr. Dermot De Loughry who is doing and amazing job considering the on going challenges of Covid 19. Thank you to all of you for making this one of the best vacations in my life. I am Truly Grateful

You will love it! Some of the friendliest guests I've talked to. Made several new friends while there. Staff is also very friendly. And something we noticed; the staff are actually happy! They seem to love working there.
As for the beach, I haven't been to many beaches so I don't know how this compares, but I do hear it's a rather famous beach, so a little research online may answer your questions.
Be sure to check out the Kamasutra Palace! The have free Tantric classes and offer a wonderful Tantric massage that is a must do!
I would say based on our trips to H2 you will not be in the minority. We feel there is not a lot of pressure to swap, but have had plenty of opportunities.
