This was our second stay at Negril Palms (first stay was January 2015) and the hotel met our expectations (if not exceeded them). The ladies at the front desk (Stacy Ann) were great to work with and helped answer any questions we had about our upcoming stay. Our rooms were nicer than what we had 2 years ago. One of...

Stayed at negril palms between 30 Jan - 5 Feb. We were 2 persons who booked a deluxe room with a king size bed. We came to the hotel late at night when the reception was closed but there was a security guard who waited for us. Good: The location of the hotel is just perfect! Right on the beach...

Spent two nights at Negril Palms. The good - location and literally on the beach. My room was a good size though sparsely furnished. Lovely plants and flowers everywhere gave the hotel a true tropical feel. The not so good - my room was overlooking the main road so very noisy at night even with ear plugs. If you do...

Our room was super clean, the staff was friendly, and the beach was AMAZING! I loved the fact that there was a security guard in the front and the back of the property all night long. I felt very safe and comfortable.

Check-in/out was smooth, no surprises. The room was a nice size and clean. There was only a top sheet on the bed, which I found unusual, so I had to ask for a blanket, but the bed was otherwise comfortable. The bathroom was okay overall. It lacked some basic finishes like the covers over the outlets and the hot water...
