I hate to write a negative review ever, but I'm afraid I can't recommend the Palms. I brought my family here and we had two rooms. When we got up to the room, the AC was not on, so first impression was the room was rather hot. We also had ants by the door and in the bathroom. I told... More

Amazing courtyard rooms. Big clean beds. Clean and nice. Pool on, but separate from the beach, a little separation helped. Amazing value. A long walk to the cliffs so take a cab. Would select this over any other. Great sunsets. Best grounds.

This was mine and my husbands second time staying at Negril Palms & we love it. Let me start off by setting things straight ... most of these reviews are absurd. This is by no means an all inclusive, fancy or posh resort. If you are expecting to be waited on hand and foot and be fanned with a palm... More

Plenty of noise! Poor service ! Deteriorated since my last visit. Rooms are very poorly furnished . There is no phone in the rooms. Poor wi fi reception. Horrible street noise. Needs updating and repairs.

Lobby open at 7am closed at 9pm so before or after that you get a security agent. He was nice, but made us go through the balcony because it was faster...and there is security only at day time beach side. At night anyone can easily access it If you need hot water when you shower, pick a different hotel. Rooms... More

This review isn't to bash the hotel, but instead to manage expectations. It's definitely on a Motel 6/Super 8 level for those who are familiar. If you're not spending much time in the room and amenities are of no importance to you, you'll be fine. However, if you plan on doing more than sleeping in the room (i.e., pregaming, relaxing,... I will begin with saying the customer service was top notch, and I was well taken care of. Staceyann and the other ladies at the front desk are very friendly, accommodating, and exceptional at their jobs. The rooms were basic, but very clean and perfect for our needs(sleep, shower, store clothes),and included a safe. The food in the restaurant was good and our waitresses Delores and... More

I decided to stay at this hotel with my sisters because the price was reasonable. Turns out it was fun for the two days. The lobby will fool you because it's grossly under budgeted but the Receptionist tries to make it professional. The grounds is really awesome especially the walkway, it's lined with flowers in a long stretched garden. They... More

This was my very first trip to Jamaica and I must say it was one of the best vacations I had. Before I venture out. I always like to see what others have to say. First of all, if you are going to a Caribbean island at least be open to a different experience than you're used to. For people... More

I spent a week in this hotel with my family and we were really disappointed at how we were treated. To start with the food and cocktails are by far the worst in Negril! Next, we thought it could be helpful to have Jamaican dollars but what a mistake! At the bar they would make up the exchange rate and... More
