We have been to CSS three times now. It is one of our favorite places in Jamaica. We stayed in A Block so we didn't have to climb all the stairs associated with C to G blocks and were close to our preferred beach. Although our room was on the third floor so we had some stairs, but it was not too bad. We like the buffet restaurant, Palazzina, and do not like Casanova. We were sat outside at Casanova but I guess they forgot to pay the lighting bill as it was pitch dark! We had to use our cell phones to read the menu. The menu at the Beach Grill is too limited for me (I am a vegetarian) so we would go over to the main restaurant each day for lunch. The one drawback to CSS is the water sports. I love to sail in Negril, but here it is either too placid inside the reef or too frightening outside.

Room Tip: D and G have the best views, but the most stairs. The hot tub at Sunset Beach is open at night...

Awesome resort for couples that want to come and bask in the hot sun in their birthday suit. The nude beach pool is big and staff awesome. Book blocks A or B unless you like stairs. Food, Staff, room all great Carol the breakfast chef in the Pallizina restaurant can whip up the best island omelette. Sandie our cleaning lady was great. Julia, and the poolside staff at Sunset Beach kept everyone full of their favorite drinks.

Memorable not only because it was the first visit to Jamaica, but also because it was beyond wonderful. The setting was like somebody's luxury beach house, with lots of space, no need to run to get a chair and of course, excellent service. The mineral pool/jacuzzi was my personal favourite spot. Casanova is one of the best restaurants I have tried. Too bad that we had to leave earlier than the plan due to the covid 19 situation, but we will definitely visit there again, like so many other repeat customers.

Overall very good experience. We were first offered a room near the martini bar, but I asked for something more private. They changed it with a bit of an attitude, but that’s ok. Got a room in D(ahlia) block with a veranda and the most beautiful view ever! Absolutely amazing! Nothing beats the view in D19! Very clean as well. Yes, needs updating, but that will happen soon. Food is good for a resort. Casanova is not bad, but if you are used to good restaurants, nothing spectacular, unless you are seated outside. I highly recommend dining at the beach. No reservations necessary, and the best scenery. I loved the music/bone fire at the beach on Thursday, so romantic. A Great musician. Loved the violin playing during breakfast - another great musician, real gentleman. Loved all inclusive room service and fridge always full of drinks (add some orange juice as well:). One suggestion for the resort: try to organize a shuttle from the Kingston airport as well. We were not happy when we figured out in Kingston that we are responsible for our own transportation to the resort ($180 one way). Service was mostly good. Some supervisors need an attitude adjustment. However, I really want to thank one person: Ricardo. He provided superb service. Our luggage was damaged on the way there and we decided to buy a new one. Unfortunately, the one we got was such a poor quality that it broke on our last day while transported from our room to the lobby (never buy a luggage at those souvenir shops during shopping trips, in particular when the shopping tour guy recommends a particular spot). It really stressed me out. The bell man, Ricardo, very calmly and so politely and professionally helped us, literarily took a big needle and thread and stitched my old luggage together! 30min before our cab arrived! He advised we shouldn’t have had to buy a new luggage, we should have just called the bell man and they would have properly fixed it for us. Thank you Ricardo! Our luggage arrived in one piece all the way to the West Coast of Canada! I would definitely return to this resort, if I can stay in the same room, with the best view ever: D19 😀.

This resort is beautiful! Everyone is super nice! Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a nice, relaxing, carefree vacation. There's also plenty of options for activities on and off the resort.
