Hotel from the beginning was advertised on booking as having kitchenette in all rooms. Clearly wasn't so. After stressing inconvenience to mngr. She kindly changed that. Receptionist were all horrible. Very unfriendly and rude!!!They acted as if anyone asking questions was a problem. Those girls need to be fired or just quit if they don't like their jobs.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. Located in the center of the town, so in walking distance to shopping plazas or craft market, the beach and restaurants. (Locals are willing to show you cookshops and bars to hang out.) There is a club near the hotel, I could hear the music from inside the room most nights, especially Friday/Saturday nights. The music was different every time,...

I had to go down to Jamaica one day early and only needed to stay in a hotel for one night so I read the reviews for this and thought it would be okay...I was mistaken. This is a hotel for locals and it doesn't seem like they take too kindly to other people. I was given my room key...

Rooms are poor, customer service is poor. The pool needs to clean, roaches running around in the 2 rooms that I have rented, the maids were very nice, friendly, kind & helpful. The continental breakfast is not bad, but they water down the orange juice with water. The ceiling fans need cleaning, very messy.

Our mission team stayed here last year for 1 week, staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms weren't spectacular but they were adequate for what we needed. The hotel prepared breakfast and dinner for our team daily and food and service was always excellent. WIFI did not pick up in our rooms, but was available in the deck and pool...
