This resort offers a nice refined and laid back atmosphere taking you back to a time when simple Elegance prevailed. The rooms are well appointed and the staff are very professional cater to your every need. The uncrowned and low key environment lens itself to total relaxation. The spa is to die for as they offer massages from a cliff overlooking the ocean. You are lulled to rest by the sounds of the waves lapping against the rocks - this with the smell of the crisp oven air is more than you could ask for! Indulge yourself and go for the full 80 minute massage - you will not regret it. When I arrived I really did not know what to expect and and thought that it it may be warm at night. Each night I had the shutters open and the fan going which allowed me to have the best rest ever. This is a must visit place!

Absolutely incredible experience, from the impeccable service, to breathtaking amenities, this hotel is an absolute dream. The rooms are spectacular and the views breathtaking (every single corner of the hotel has an incredible view). The entire hotel team was incredible, extremely helpful and full of wonderful recommendations. Also big shoutout to the live reggae band each evening. Will be going back very soon!

We have been to Jamaica Inn many times over the past several years and they never disappoint. Their commitment to excellence in all that they do is consistent with every visit. We love their staff, most of which have worked there for many years - Georgia, Patrice, Jevan, Patrick, Carter, Kemar, and all of the others who make this place so special. The service and attention to detail is simply the best we have ever seen! All of their rooms are beautifully furnished and have great ocean views, and the food and drinks are always delicious! Our days are usually spent paddle boarding, playing croquet with the staff, hanging out on the beach enjoying a good book and sipping drinks from Teddy's Beach Bar. Dinner on the terrace each evening while watching the sunset is an unforgettable way to end each day. We look forward to our next visit in August!

Dear Steve M, We are delighted that you have found the Jamaica Inn to be a "home away from home" and always gives us joy to welcome you home. Our aim is always to provide excellent service and we have a wonderful team working with who ensures that attention is paid to, even the minutest of detail. We will agree with you that the beach and Teddy's Beach Bar are the two favourite places to be for reading a book or sipping a cocktail then bringing the evening to a close with dinner on the Terrace. We wish you all the very best and look forward to welcoming you again in August. Regards, Sherlene Hickling Guest Services

When I tell you, you need to go here. You need to go here. My family has traveled to many islands, turks, bahamas, DC, Aruba and much more and this was by far our favorite. We stayed in COT2 which walks right out to the beach and also has its own pool, it was amazing. The food here is superior, you don’t have one bad meal. I would call this hotel “old-style” no tvs in rooms. But this service is as high class as high class gets. Charlene was the most kind General Manager, she wants to make a difference in your stay. Todd, Patrick and Georgia were some of the greatest people to hang out with by the beach— they are all so funny and truly great people. The meals for dinner change every night so there was so reason for us to go off property, you can snorkel right off the beach, there’s many fish to see. For dinner you should dress nice every night unless staying in for room service. They have live bands at dinner every night that are all GREAT! My family and I have NEVER once repeated a destination for a vacation but I can tell you this is one that we will be back to.

Nancy and Bill Gearhart of Classic Travel and Tours in our home town of Metuchen, NJ, used their extensive travel experience to find Jamaica Inn: the perfect place for our 53-years-late honeymoon. Their attention to detail, included a scrumptious picnic Classic Travel had ordered for us: fruit, sandwiches and orange juice from a wicker picnic basket during the 1.5 hour drive from the airport to the Jamaica Inn in Ochos Rios, as Brian, our driver told us of Jamaica's geography and history. They provided chilled Prosecco in our lovely room overlooking the ocean which we sipped before enjoying an elegant dinner and dancing overlooking the ocean, entertained by versatile musicians singing and playing songs from Ray Charles to Reggae. All this set the stage for a perfect honeymoon--well worth the wait! Through the years, Nancy and Bill at Classic Travel and Tours have booked safaris, an 80-day world tour that thrilled us with many exotic adventures and an extraordinary bed and breakfast driving tour through Maine, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Gaspe Peninsula and North and South banks of the St Lawrence River including Quebec and Montreal! Classic Travel and Tours have the experience and capacity to make every journey totally delightful for us and their choice of the Jamaica Inn wit its calm, warm ocean was perfect for our long-awaited honeymoon!
