Was a ok place. Had the possibly to be a hidden gem but need alot of work. Parking is a major issue. The owner he was good to deal with but the front desk agent needed some training. The breakfast served needed addictive than what offered and certain practices could be improved. Chill area as me and my lady made the most of it. The pool was ok but couldn't get down to the beach.

This boutique hotel was so cute! We had two rooms on the main floor so it was so convenient if we needed anything from our rooms. The rooms were clean, towels were clean and new. Wifi worked inside and as well by the pool! The hotel is presently undergoing renovations, but the staff was accommodating in all our needs. We were offered a complimentary welcome drink when we checked in. The breakfast that is included consisted of the fluffiest pancakes I have had as well as scrambled eggs and sausage. Cereal, coffee, tea and hot chocolate was also included. There is also a choice of other breakfast choices at a cost. Supper/dinner is also available at a cost as well as other drinks overlooking the water. We used the pool quite a bit as we had a little 6 year old boy with us. We also swam in the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I stayed at Ocean Palm to celebrate my Mother Birthday……WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! The first disappointment…the Hotel was absolutely nothing like the pictures. The employees attitude, The Breakfast, The Towels….were the worst. My mum & I left the hotel forget our Identification Cards for our home country……2months now and yet these people don’t see it fit to mail us our ids…and everytime I call concerning my id is an attitude. I can go on and on….BUT what I can tell you….OCEAN PALMS I will not refer one soul to your hotel. I am beyond disappointed.

Stayed here for 1 night with my Mrs on the 18th day of a 20 holiday. We spent as much time as we possibly could outside the hotel. The room had an awful stench, kinda smelt like a wet dog, shower was tiny and the water pressure was beyond awful. Best part was the complimentary cocktail that we received. After staying in two supposed 5 star resorts and having minimal mosquito bites throughout the first 17 days of the holiday, I must have received about 30 mosquito bites spread across my back, arms and legs of the back of spending no more than 12 hours in this place (sleep time included). Wouldn’t recommend or return for the life of me

Positive 1. The AC worked. 2. The room was clean. 3. Some of the staff tried. Specifically a lady who was helpful at the breakfast area. Negative 1. Booked online and submitted credit card information. When we got to the hotel we were told we had to pay cash because the credit card machine was down. We were advised after a long trip to go to an ATM to get cash and come back. Not sure why we needed to submit the credit card information online. 2. The wifi only worked in the lobby. 3. When we got into the room the shower wasn't working and water was all over the bathroom floor. We informed the front desk and the Maintenance person came, looked at it, mopped up the water and said he couldn't fix it now but he would come back in the morning to fix it....I'm still waiting. 4. The cable on the TV's didn't work. I informed the front desk. I was informed that the internet was down so the cable doesn't work...it was suggested that I should try and connect the TV to the internet. Seems the only way I could connect to the internet was if I brought the TV to the lobby. 5. Communication is poor. Requested late check out for 2 of the room we booked. This request was granted via phone call prior to arrival. Late checkout was again confirmed verbally upon arrival. The following day we were informed another guest was coming so we would have to be out of the room...so no late checkout. 6. Parking is limited. We were told to park infront of a hardware store a few feet away. A truck came in the morning to deliver lumber and we had to move the car to facilitate the delivery.

The television does not work in the rooms , there was no Internet The staff was rude and did not want to talk to you when you wanted to ask them a questions. They are not good at customer service they need help to improve .

This is a ok Hotel, I guess my expectations were too high, however I won't lament on the negative but there are lots of room for improvement. Big thanks to the staff who did their best to ensure our say was comfortable. Andrew you are the star, continue doing what you do. Isha at the front desk was very polite and professional, thank you for showing us that you care. Junior in the kitchen, thank you for cutting up my fruits in the mornings, our stay at ocean plans would not be the same without each of you. The room was ok and we had a great few of the ocean from our balcony. Ashlei I know it's a lot to operate a hotel and I'm sure you are doing the best you can, so thank you. I hope next time if we return things will be different. One love! Netto & Bambi
