I come to Montego Bay once a year and this was the place i would choose. Unfortunately this will be my last time. The food options are horrible. They had 2 restaurants and now, one of the restaurants are closed and only open on certain days and when it is finally open, it is the same menu from the other restaurant. You will eat the same things just about every day. There are no other options unless you leave the resort. There will be some moments when you are hungry and there will be no food available. It will be closed until dinner which is 630pm and when the other restaurant is closed, there will be a wait and line to get in and at the bar. There are really no activities during the day except the same few water sports in which those workers are not friendly and always seem frustrated to be at work. The night entertainment is the same dancing show. At other resorts, there are dancers, actual singers with bands, and variety a of shows. Here you will get the same tired dancers every night. The customer service is horrible. If you are not a pretty women, you will not get friendly service. I have watched many of the male staff befriend the women and exchange numbers and walk right pass and not speak to the men. The equality treatment here is nonexistent. NEVER AGAIN will i come back or refer anyone here! Avoid here like you would avoid Covid-19.

I recently booked a reservation at the Decameron Hotel Montego Bay Resort on August 21, 2021. Originally, I was planning on staying for 5 nights. After check-in, instantly I had to change my plans. There were quite a few things wrong with the hotel and the room, why i couldn’t stay there. The bed in the room seemed like it wasn’t made from the previous guess, the door to the room was coming off, and you could see outside through it. The bathroom was very disgusting, a lot of things are needing replacement. Even the roof seemed like it was going to cave in. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe in the room or the hotel . I am requesting a refund of my money $872.77 This problem should have been resolved before I left the property, but the manager was very nice and staff to try to help me about the problems and understand my concerns. . And peoples was on the front deck hanging out and  SMOKING WEED I

The resort was absolutely beautiful, there was so much to do and the staff members were amazing. Would definitely come back ! Gave it a 4 because the food wasn’t the best. I went solo and the staff was so catering to me, I felt safe and taken care of!
