We had an overnight stay here, wished it had been longer. Great hosts lovely room, very well furnished.super breakfast. Very quiet location, and beautiful surroundings. Sandrine rang the Miners Arms in the village and booked us a table for our evening meal which was delicious, with some very good choices. All in all a lovely stay.

The room was very spacious with a separate area with easy chairs to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and there is also the use of a private garden area to the side of the room. Dominic, Sandrine and their family made me feel at home and cooked me...

My wife and I just spent two nights at Hafen Deg and loved every minute. Our hosts were a delightful family that made our stay that "something special". Hafen Deg has a rustic feel and charm that works well. Our bedroom was quite large and private - we even had access to our own garden space. Breakfast was terrific. Recommend...

We stayed recently while walking the Offa's Dyke Trail and loved this place. The rooms are large, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. A real bonus what the king sized double bed. I'd only more hotel rooms were this good! And that's ignoring all the benefits of this place being a B&B, the friendly welcome and care, (including picking us...

If you looked this b&b up but choose another then you missed out.the hafin deg is in a small village in a gorge and surrounded by trees and rock faces. there is an excellent pub in the village called the miners arms and can also be recommended.

I booked a nights stay here for my boyfriends birthday and we were blessed with beautiful weather which meant we could enjoy the lovely Welsh countryside. The B&B is located in a quiet pretty village and is homely and welcoming. The owners were more than willing to make our stay perfect and the room we were given was ideal. We...

Lovely hosts. Very peaceful surroundings. Nicely laid out room with good facilities. Great breakfast and even veggie sausages as we are vegetarian (request in extra info at time of booking). Nice pub just up the road with great food. Lovely hosts. Would definitely go back.
