The hotel overlooks the beautiful Morne Rouge beach which is just a few steps away from any of the rooms at the Kalinago. Absolute Paradise - the sea is clear and warm and the sand is soft and white. The hotel is really pretty low key. It wasn't full during our stay and at full capacity probably holds about 30...

Stayed with friends at Kalinago about three weeks ago. The hotel is dated but the grounds are well kept. Amazing ocean view rooms, room were spacious. Food was just ok. It seemed to be "low season" as the establishment was empty! Staff was very welcoming and overall nice. Grenada is not a party island but great to relax and enjoy...

A bit out of the way but makes up for it by being right on one of the nicer beaches. Staff were always friendly, room clean, food fine with good variety all day. Quiet when I went in early October so there were always plenty of space, towels, sun loungers and equipment to borrow. Occasionally loudish music from the pool...

This beach hotel is a secret gem - 4 poster bed with sea view rooms was amazing. The staff were friendly, polite and very attentive. Only down side is that there is a steep hill to negotiate when coming and going from the hotel which can take you between 15-30 minutes to walk depending on your fitness level. The hotel...

We have chosen Kalinago whenever we stay in Grenada, usually before or after our trips on Sail Windjammer's Mandalay. You can book directly for the Windjammer discount. It is a nice quiet beach hotel, with excellent staff. The rooms are comfortable, and fully equipped with mini-fridge safe and so on. There is also a TV in the room, which we...

The rooms were very Caribbean/tropical in decor, the hotel staff was very nice and helpful, the food was yummy, you couldn't beat the views, and the beach was unbelievable. This will be my go-to whenever I am back no doubt about it!

Hubby and I were due to stay at the Flamboyant which closed down 4wks before our holiday. Our Travel Agent called saying that she was booking us into the Kalinago - reluctantly we agreed not really wanting to stay there but what a Blessing in Disguise! The property is a lovely small beach front hotel, on the beautiful BBC beach...

I live in Grenada but I often go to Morne Rouge Beach for the day on my days off. The bar staff are incredibly polite and welcoming here. I saw the sign for smoothies outside the bar and the bartender proceeded to tell me that the choices were strawberry, mango and banana however they were not fresh fruit, only syrups....

Its difficult to put a star rating on this place. There are aspects such as the location which are better than average and some things which are 'good' but not very good and things that are, well, not good.. We stayed here for 10 nights in July. We booked a deluxe room which was on the top floor. The room...

This property is right on the beach which I loved. We stayed on the bottom floor and had a table and chairs on the patio outside of our room. The beach, pool and bar are just a few steps away. The room was clean and comfortable with two beds, a good sized bathroom and an area with a small refrigerator...
