Teaching the staff English at least at the basic level of a first grade elementary school child. Unfortunately, reception and customer service are not enough, because as a customer I need to communicate primarily with the regular staff who serve, clean, and more. And your entertainment team is the most amateur team I have ever experienced. Even 17 years ago in Egypt 4* they were at a higher level. Above all, if the staff is not doing guided activities at the given times, they don't even greet you and act like you don't exist. This really doesn't belong in such a hotel. One could have more reservations, unfortunately, for me to return to the hotel, just cleanliness and average food are not enough. The whole hotel is in perfect order, nothing is lying around anywhere, the air conditioning in the room is weaker but with the propeller above the bed it is fully sufficient. Cleaning is okay. The rooms are very old and there was a malfunction a few times but everything was resolved immediately, even the room change took place the next day without any problems. The food was perfect for the first few days, then repetitive, but in the al Carte restaurants 5 times free per stay makes this much more pleasant. Unfortunately, they can't prepare some basic dishes, but overcooked, tough chicken is probably to someone's taste. Alcoholic drinks are European, so you're completely satisfied. The beach is constantly being cleaned, the sea is perfect. Compared to other hotels, the activity tour promoters are not so intrusive. Nobody wants a tip, they'll tell you about it elsewhere. There were a few bad situations, but the hotel probably can't be held responsible for the individual.

The cleaning of the first rooms upon arrival was a disaster. There was dirt and spider webs all over the room. The smell of humidity was shocking and the damp stains were on all the walls. The management staff very kindly moved us to another room that had better cleaning conditions but the toiletries such as shampoo and soap were empty. Fruits do not vary on the menu, they do not offer natural juices. The bananas were bruised and rotten, the melon and pineapple lacked color or flavor. The staff at the buffet table were very friendly. The desserts do not vary and the spoon to scoop the ice cream constantly falls into the water, everyone puts their hands in which does not seem hygienic. The activities of the training staff are enjoyable and add a touch of difference to the day. The general staff is attentive. I also do not recommend making a reservation on the screen outside to eat at a restaurant since it is not saved after the process. Joining the club is not a cost saving. Choosing an All-Inclusive can be cheaper, as well as save you the hassle of putting a package together for yourself (finding a reasonable flight & ground transfer).
Secondly, what is claimed to be offered to club members at the time of the sales presentation, is not what you actually get. The rooms that were promised during the presentation are a far cry from the rooms we were assigned. During the tour, you are led to believe that as a club member you will be assigned to a room with specific amenities. Wrong. In terms of room assignment, there is no distinction between members and non-members. Same room.
Members Privilege: As a member, you do have some perks (if you are made aware, and/or choose to use them) like dedicated transport around the resort (not really necessary since the regular trams are pretty frequent), access to multiple hotel restaurants and use of a members’ lounge. As an example, I detail my first (and only) experience below.
Our journey to the DR from Toronto began at 1:00am. Travelled approximately 12 hours (door to door, including 3 hr pre check-in arrival at airport and short stop over in the US). We arrived at the resort at approximately 3pm (between lunch and dinner service hours), got checked in and directed to the only available food service (the beach bar) while our rooms were being prepared (party of 5, with 3 rooms). Long story short, our order was never made so our first meal for the day was dinner and one of our rooms not accessible until after dinner. Unfortunate start to our vacation, but it happens. The rest of our stay was good, sun, sand and sea in the middle of winter! Who could complain?
Where the hotel failed us: i) As guests, our rooms should have been ready before we arrived. ii) The refrigerator in our room was broken and we had to bang our door several times in order for it to close (must have been really loved by our neighbours 😬). iii) As new BPPC members on location, we were not made aware of the facilities available to club members.
Redemption: On day four of our vacation, we met Stephania who interrupted her day to make our stay better. She took us to the members’ lounge, assigned someone to fix our room issues and had a lovely bottle of champagne delivered to my room for my birthday! Thanks Stephania!
Note: We were told she is IT, not CS (imagine that!).

In the rooms there is only soap, shampoo and conditioner, there is no body cream, shower cap, etc. The buffet is very poor. Breakfast until 10.30 then no one serves you or tells you where to have a coffee There are staff who serve VERY BADLY, some are even rude The rest a la carte you can only use it twice, so it is all inclusive with LIMITATIONS. They offer 12 resto on the website but you can only book 2 times! In the beach bars only beer and basic drinks. Food in beach bars only hotdog hamburgers. At reception they don't know how to explain. I do not recommend this hotel. A disaster! The worst all inclusive!

We went with all the excitement in the world and when we arrived we met Darwin at the reception, a young man who attended to us and helped us with all our questions, a 10 for that guy. The organization of the cleaning of the bedroom, to call it organization... disastrous, having to request and program it in the application which was of no use, during our stay they cleaned our room on 5 occasions, of which I called and requested 3 of them On 2 other occasions I had to ask for clean towels since when the room was not cleaned they did not change them and I had to ask 3 times for the minibar to be replenished so that I could have water, all of this in 11 nights. To make matters worse, one of the nights there was an electrical failure and we had no electricity for 5 hours, without being able to shower, without dinner and all this with a 1 year old and 8 month old baby. That night we had a reservation at a hotel restaurant which we lost because we couldn't have dinner and they didn't change the date since there was no more availability. At another scheduled dinner we went to the Greek restaurant which we could have saved, the dinner was very very slow, and my wife was served some squid from who knows what day that caused her a terrible decomposition. For transportation from the hotel to the airport, according to them, because it was shared, they took us at 3:45 p.m., with the flight at 8:15 p.m., that is, 4 and a half hours before. The manager Genaro recommended some excursions since going with a baby we didn't know which ones to do and he recommended Saona Island and Monkeyland, the first was canceled due to the weather on 2 occasions, which was not their fault but the second was disastrous. Because we spoke Spanish, they changed our group 5 times, no one knew who we had to go with, all this to see them for 15 minutes in a group of more than 20 people, that is, less than 1 minute with the monkeys. To make matters worse, they didn't know who we were going back with and they had us 1 hour in the sun to look for a place to return and after finding us a bus, they made a route for us through all the hotels in the area, leaving all the clients since it was the bus designated for them, it is say 2 hours of route. In total an excursion of more than 6 hours. I would like to refer to the young man at the reception, DARWIN, who was super friendly, to WILLY, the young waiter at dinner and lunch, and to RODOLFO, waiter at the pool bar, for his skill. In conclusion, I would not return to the hotel and I do not think I will return to any of the chain. What was going to be an unforgettable vacation has been, but for the worse.

We have decided to travel to Punta Cana as a family to the BahÃa PrÃncipe hotel chain, an unfortunate decision. We had visited the BahÃa PrÃncipe Gran Bávaro hotel on a previous occasion, an unforgettable experience. When we arrived at the hotel, they didn't even welcome us with a welcome cocktail. After collecting the room cards we went to it and when we entered there was a lot of humidity in the room. When we turned on the air conditioning it improved a little, but whenever we removed it so as not to spending unnecessarily returned the humidity, so we decided not to remove it again and improve our stay. We had the right to 4 dinners in specialized restaurants, another big disappointment, the food was very poorly served, little quantity and quality, the waiters ignore you, you order something and it takes more than 10 minutes to bring it, they are more attentive to birthdays to sing and that they leave tips rather than the work they actually have to do, which is to serve all customers well in general and not expect them to give them some tips to do something. Drinks in general, but especially house wines are the worst you can drink, beer cannot be drunk, in general very bad in all aspects. In the buffet restaurants, it was the best, the food was acceptable, nothing out of this world, the drinks were terrible, we bought two bottles of wine on two occasions, a Mar de Frades that was served to us hot and a Ribera del Duero that I don't remember the name without the necessary ambient temperature, that is, a disaster. I don't know how many waiters and supposed captains or station managers there were who did not fulfill any function, just walking around and trying to find the customer who left tips to attract them to their work station, a shame. The best of all the animation team, always doing their job well, what the client really needs to be able to enjoy a good vacation. I think that the Spanish bosses I asked about and who never knew how to tell me anything about them, should be more aware of these problems and not disappear. I recommend no one to any excursion, an armed robbery, if you go out to an excursion it is a lot of waste of time, very poor quality and terrible service, as well as food and drinks of very very very poor quality, it never corresponds to what that they offer you and you pay. On the excursion to Saona, upon arriving at the island, my wife needed to go to the toilet and when she arrived there was a young girl and in a very bad manner she kicked the bucket where she supposedly had to get the water to flush the toilet and told her yes. I wanted her to do it because she was cleaning someone else and couldn't, this was already out of place in my opinion. I would have liked this vacation, the ones we talked about with my family and friends who joined us, to have been wonderful, but they, my family and I have ended up with a lot of disappointment and we have felt cheated. Some traveled from the United States and we from Spain to meet here, a place to which I advised them to come, the trip in general has been very expensive for the month we are in and they have paid us with this great disappointment. I would not recommend it to anyone and I do not think I will return to this hotel chain.

Let's start with the assistance of the tour operator... non-existent. He dropped us off at the hotel at 7pm in full blackout and didn't care. Staff at the reception are rude and only want tips, cleanliness in the rooms is disgusting, they never change sheets in a week and you have to insist on towels. Small balcony with putrid water and mosquitoes. Soiaggia full of algae to cross if you want to swim or go on a paid excursion. ALPITOUR gave us a crappy holiday. You only "pass" the restaurant. Go to Cuba, the place and the people are better.

Very large hotel with very beautiful gardens, a lot of work needs to be done with the attention, kindness and attitude of the general service of the staff, there are very few who smile at you, there is no genuine concern for the needs of the guests, if you are going to have dinner To a specialty restaurant I recommend wearing thick pants, and putting on lots and lots of repellent, the amount of mosquitoes inside the restaurant is incredible, there is a lack of variety in the buffet breakfast, the same dishes at breakfast every day, quality in the drinks They are not constant in flavor, some are very loaded, others are tasteless. If you are going to eat at the restaurant next to the beach, go with a lot of time and patience and pay attention to your dishes. If they run out, they will not warn you that there is no and They will simply leave you without eating, however not everything is bad without a doubt within the complex in terms of the animation, excellent work team, highlighting Dahiomi and Ledy from the team, and as for the Las Dalias restaurant, Pamela and Carolina stood out for always having a smile and caring beyond the details, Antony and Juan are always attentive.

The experience overall was horrible! If you are a tourist with a darker skin complexion you are absolutely not welcomed here! The quality of customer service by some of the people is absolutely disgusting! One of them refused to serve me at the meat station and sucked her teeth and called me a little girl in her language. I had to bring it up to management. Do NOT waste your money here it is not a 4 star hotel! The rooms are outdated the mosquitoes are relentless my room leaked and they did nothing had to line up towels on the floor for my families safety. My parents couldn't come because my mom was ill and they refused to reimburse me or give some kind of credit to use. Instead they gave me the run around I sent an email to reservations and still no response. It's highly disorganized and even unsafe! They even communicate amongst themselves about the price of taxis. I already had a previous arrangement with a taxi company and they nearly screamed at me because I refused to take their provided taxi for three times the price for a 15min trip. Please be careful and take this review seriously!! Shout out to Analise and her friend at the pool restaurant, Yolanda, Mitor, Nickenson, Orlando, and Yaceline they were amazing individuals and interacted with my family every single time we came to the restaurant.

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We deeply regret that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you encountered unacceptable situations, especially regarding the treatment received and the room conditions. We want to assure you that this is not the standard of service we strive to provide to our guests. Bad experience. The hotel has an old structure, but even then, if the rest were good, it would pass... We entered the room and it was dark, with a smell of mold and dust mites, the bed linen had holes in it, pillows with misshapen foam, a leaking minibar and no freeze. An absurd amount of mosquitoes, I had to buy expensive repellent and insecticide (all in dollars) from the hotel stores, because it was impossible to sleep there with the amount of mosquitoes. The buffet food has a wide variety, but it is not of good quality and is poorly prepared, there are no dishes, the staff who served us were always in a bad mood. Sweets are impossible to eat, really bad, I only ate fruit. Of the alcoholic drinks, you can drink beer, which is not very good, nor cold, but at least I didn't feel sick, the drinks are disgusting, sweet...it gives me goosebumps just remembering them. There is no entertainment…casino, sports bar, shops are a total disgrace! My boyfriend and brother-in-law bought a regular ball to play volleyball on the beach, 30 dollars. One day I was in the lobby and a girl was singing very well, I stopped to listen, she sang about 5 songs and that was it, that was the highlight of the week. The pool is beautiful, pleasant, but there are not enough seats for everyone, guests put towels and belongings to reserve and leave, they are empty for most of the day and the staff doesn't do anything...that goes for the beach chairs too, I went early to get a place and spend the day there, it was nice but the number of vendors was large and the whole time I was thanking them and refusing tours, cigars, fake bags, jewelry, taking photos with animals and so on. The pool bar doesn't have all the drinks on the menu, but they're all bad too, you can't drink them. I went to two themed restaurants, the first all-you-can-eat, tough, strange meat and the same accompaniments as the buffet… the second grilled one was a little better, the meat was cooked to order, it was the best meal of the week. The last stress was at check out, they didn't let the uber into the hotel (you can only enter if they ask you to) we asked for a cart to take us to the exit with our bags, then the receptionist said that only from 10 am, Then we were angry because this was not specified anywhere and we demanded that something be done, a cart came but the driver took us at a speed, almost stopping on purpose, but we managed to get out and catch the Uber! It may seem like an exaggeration, I have never complained about any hotel, I am not an extremely demanding person, believe me, this hotel is not worth it.

Within the hotel you’ll have good sign .
By the pool in TURQUESA or by the lobby or/and your room
The strongest sign I got was actually by the lobby
I guess their main is there
But once you leave the front lobby
It is gone your signal
