Great spot for the well travelled. Very basic accommodations across the street from the beach in an old establishment with large rooms (some with kitchenets), very nice pool in a lush tropical garden. Very clean and well maintained. For approx $50/night with full breakfast included, this is a real steal in Punta Cana. The adjoining restaurant offers a full menu and the best spaghetti bolognaise we've had in a long time ($10). Many other nearby restaurants as well. First room we had had issues with the toilet and AC but was promply replaced. Suggested improvements... A smile costs nothing and can make a world of difference in the perception of service levels. Also glasses in the rooms would be an inexpensive bonus.

Please do not and I repeat do not stay here! I am incredibly disappointed that JetBlue would even have this establishment as a business partner at some high rates!!! It’s a literal hokey in the wall where taxis or tour pick ups could not find Upon check in the ONLY bright spot was a young man named Jimmy who was also the only staff that spoke English greeted up with a smile and maintained that energy throughout our stay. Jimmy seemed to be the only one who cared and listed to the multitude of problems that presented throughout our stay I was asked to give a government issued id for them to hold on to which I’ve never ever had to do before staying anywhere . Walking by the pool to our room I saw the pool which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years Our room conditions had me floored. It looked like and smelled like a room from centuries ago. Everything was aged. The fridge had rust on the inside (disgusting). The balcony door was difficult to open and when I told staff there was no sense of urgency with ANYTHING. The AC did not work and we were in smothering heat Now the bathroom… ha!! The tub was filthy. NO HOT WATER during our five day visit! Like NONE! I was told to have the water run for minutes which I tried to no avail. They also had no wash cloths NONE. We had to use bar soap smh horrible!! The view from the balcony was OK however within minutes i was swarmed by mosquitos. The breakfast is VERY basic. The neighborhood is not tourist friendly at all be very careful. There are some great restaurants surrounding though! The Wi-Fi did NOT work. Please do not stay here…

Stayed 10 nights after having moved from a rather dreadful "hotel" in Bavaro that cost almost as much as this one. Fine pool area surrounded by attractive buildings. Large well-furnished room with balcony. Cleaned every day. Good breakfast. Close to the beach. Unbeatable room price for this good hotel.

We have stayed here multiple times. It's a fantastic budget friendly option. The rooms have a fridge, safe and air conditioning. A very limited breakfast is included with your room. Pool and grounds are safe and very beautiful. There's security at the entrances. We would absolutely stay here again. The only con is there's no hot water or water pressure in the morning and around dinner time when everyone is getting ready. We adjusted our schedule to accommodate but it was kind of an inconvenience.

Horrible state of everything, criminal behavior of the manager and later - from the owner. Leaks form fridges with huge puddles on the floor. Old furniture, bad keys. It could not be good even if it were FREE. Stir clear, go elsewhere, there is a large selection of better places. I left and switched to Paradisus Melia. More expensive, but really excellent. The closest beach is not good, either.

Huge mistake to book a holiday at this place. Breakfast was a joke, the rooms torn and broken, full of moskitos and not cleaned every day. Staff was unfriendly. Wifi didn't work. One night it was pouring water from the roof and the staff didn't act on it. Unfortunately all people stay at all inclusive so its not a good idea to stay outside because there are few other restaurants and people are harassing women on the streets so Its not safe. Staff at breakfast was lovely though.

Horrible management, shady and deceptive business practices. Manager Jose pretended to not see our prepaid reservation to get us to pay again. Wanted to keep our passports not copy them. Rude and condescending, told us to go find another hotel if we didn’t like it. I wanted to immediately leave Punta Cana because of this hotel but my wife wanted to try another hotel. Well we did, we spent double their rate but worth every penny. Don’t go cheap in Punta Cana, the hotel will make a HUGE difference here.

I stayed here a little while back. My first time to Punta Cana and I stumbled across this gem! It's hidden but in the perfect location, beach is across the street, shops everywhere, dining options close by or you could take the short drive to the city centre, there's also clubs close! Everything you need within the proximity of the hotel. The hotel was very easy to navigate and wasn't very big for those travelers looking for a quiet resort. Just remember the rooms are a bit outdated! Only complaint was the front desk staff, he wasn't friendly whatsoever.

If you are not looking for a vacation in a resort in this beautiful Caribbean Island then this hotel is for you! Its 200 meters from the beach, you just have to walk out of the hotel and cross the street and through a gift-shop and you’re at the beach, the room was only 40€ max per night what is a great value for the money considering the location, the room was basic, they had a pool and a basketball court and they served breakfast next to the pool, there were many restaurants near the hotel and you could book activities at the reception and they were awesome, I went everyday to a new activities because i wanted to see the island and I went to a boat trip to the beautiful Saona Island and I also went to the city to see the local life and then i went buggy riding in the wild and after that we went to an underground cave pool to cool off, basically if you want a Caribbean getaway and lay on the white sandy beaches on a budget then this is the place to go!…
