This seems to be one hotel with two names: Bávaro Green and Punta Cana Seven Beaches. If that’s not confusing enough, it’s nowhere near Bávaro nor central Punta Cana nor ANY beaches. It’s located in a residential community in the Verón area (which is in the general Punta Cana region of the country). However, it is pleasant, reasonably priced accommodation near a large supermarket (department store really), a Pizza Hut, and fast food chicken restaurant. My room was actually more of a suite with a nice kitchen, dining area, living area, and good air condition in the separate bedroom. It was all spotless. The pool was cold but clean and there were plenty of places to lounge around it. I moved to much cheaper accommodation that was just as nice (without a kitchen) a few blocks from the beach. However, this might be fine if you just want a place to lounge around in the sun and cook your own meals.…

Air conditioner didn’t work, WiFi either. Towels were stained. Didn’t give us clean towels every day. Staff didn’t clean the rooms even once for the whole stay. Staff wasn’t helpful. Worse customer services .

I recently stayed at Bavaro green for 6 days. This is actually my first time staying in a condo apartment for vacation. I am more a resort person. My experience there was not bad at all. I met some great staff there, especially Loulou. He is ready to do anything for you. I felt like I saved a great amount of money while I enjoyed my stay at this place. I recommend it to anyone who's looking forward to save money and enjoy Punta Cana at the same time. Don't be so picky, be grateful.

Great apartment! We have nothing but good things to say about Bavaro Green Apartments. The apartment was very nice and the management and help were very nice as well. If we ever return to the Dominican Republic, we will stay there.

We are wedding photographers and choose to stay at Bavaro Green given its proximity to the venue where the wedding we photographed took place. We loved the apartment! The customer service and communication was excellent as well. We highly recommend it. I noticed another person commented that the beach was not great. From what I understand, Bavaro Green does not present itself as a beach front property and I'm pretty sure it therefore has no control over the beach. So, if you are looking for a beach front property, look for a beach front property, and if you are looking for a certain type of beach, look for that certain type of beach when booking your accommodations. If you are looking for a nice, quite, safe place to stay, Bavaro Green is a great option.

Not a bad stay if you stay for an extended period of time, but this is not your dream punta cana resort. It is as cheap as the price. But more than anything this place is not safe. Here are the issues ranked from 1-5: 1. None of the windows locked, including the large french window -- sliding porch door. Anybody could have jumped into our porch walking straight into our rooms. The doors slide outside so it is not like we could have put some blocks on the railings. There was a security sitting on a chair looking at one of the doors, but this is an open community, any crime can happen. We called the apartment mgmt, talked to that lady in charge. She woudl not check the windows and doors, or replace, but kept repeating like a broken record how safe the apartment was. We spent the nights blocking the doors with furniture. May be I am being voer careful, but I cant help but feel vulnerable with kids 2. We found bugs crawling in the second bedroom floor. So all four of spent the night awake in one bedroom, 1 queen bed, blocking the doors and windows with furniture. What a worst nightmare! 3. There was no bath soap, conditioner or anything. It was an empty apartment. We asked the lady (a couple times for which she gave my kids a very sharp rude sharp response), and sent a cleanign aldy wtih soap. She asked us how much we need. poured like 23 table spoons of everything into the dispenser. That soap smelled and worked like a dishwasher soap . This was a bare minimum apartment. Nothing fancy. cheap place for a cheap price. Might work for some if you are looking for some cheap place and have nothing to be mugged. But dont expect more.…

nice area but too many things just went wrong...No internet. TV did not have HDMI access. Not many nice shops in the area Great friendly staff but only one spoke English which was not good. Nice pool but not much to do in that area and you have to catch a bus to get to the beach although the pool was very nice

Recent stayed here with my sister and our partners , picked up from airport in a battered old car with broken wind screen , given a apartment with single beds , no toilet seat no microwave hardly any untensils had a power cut whilst we were complaining about room so got locked out for over an hour in a thunderstorm, got moved to another room the following day again we ended up having to buy utensils there was never any hot water in the showers bad sewer smell just not good , on our final night there in the middle of cooking we had a storm and our apartment got flooded both bathrooms water came up from the drains sewage all through the apartment, we had to move yet again for the 3 rd time all our belongings stop cooking and take to new apartment to re unpack and re start cooking it was gone 10 pm before we sat down on our final night to eat and relax the hotel just didn’t care , there was meant to be a gym which didn’t exist only a concrete room with broken equipment, the spa pool never worked, no sun umbrellas, only 9 sun beds of which only 3 were unbroken , badly fitted plug sockets no hot water in showers ever wash facilities everything washed in cold water and was located in car park and was also used by cleaners , shower never worked in 3 rd property the 2 Nd property we were given flooded bathroom from the sink leaking and new sink and taps had to be replaced that was before the sewage flood , Definitely would not recommend this place the management just didn’t care and we asked for a partial refund due to all the inconvenience, and they would not give they spoke hardly any English and just said they didn’t understand bang out of order , worked out very expensive to stay after having to pay out for things not supplied never again ruined our holiday and our last night with our partners for sure , no apology was given and still waiting for a refund , Allison Ahearn stayed with Ginette and 2 others…

WiFi - only a few of my emails went thru. The emails to others in Punta Cana went thru most of the time. My emails to u.s.a. May have been too long, about a page typewritten?? I wrote about 30 and 3 went through. They gave us a new router twice. You have to sit in the far corner of the gazebo to use email. In our apt we got ads on our email every few days, but could not send email to USA. 1 mos. after getting back I did replace the battery in my tablet, a factor ?? Other people there were also having trouble. Great place to stay, if you’re not dependent on emailing. Very clean, super helpful staff, very large room, maids wonderfull (they deserve a bigger tip). Stayed at Bavaro Green 33days. Thankfully not too many smokers stayed there. Kitchen had more than enough cookware for living there. Very safe, locked gate & security guy. Being Jehovah’s Witnesses we went to lots of homes in the neighborhood and felt very safe. The little stores & pharmacy close by we’re great, regular groceries, not just snacks. Highly recommend it, other than WiFi.…
