Ruth did an awesome job doing my daughters hair she is very friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable during the process she came to do them Pool side which was super convenient. Pool servers are very tentative and frequently check on you Genao and Elvido provided excellent serviced during our stay we always had a drink on hand or pool snacks if we asked for them. We love the Hard Rock they never let us down this was our first time in Punta Cana and it won’t be our last.

Jeffry & Johnfir front desk receptionists very professional. Thank you for making my birthday special! Enjoyed this hotel. The only negative was that the air conditioning in my room seemed to only work periodically. Water was always hot and lots of pressure! Will stay here again!

We found ourselves here completely unplanned. The day we were to return to the United States my father became too ill to travel with bilateral bacterial pneumonia and was admitted to the local hospital. We need a hotel that was closer to the hospital (about 2 miles away) and more affordable that the resort we had vacationed. NH Hotel filled that need perfectly for 5 unexpected nights. The biggest and best surprise was the staff. They were the most kind and generous hotel staff we have ever encountered. When they found out that we would be staying a bit longer than anticipated because of my father's illness, they helped us out by giving us a reduced rate to the hotel and a reduced rate to use the Now Larimar Resort in the evenings. We spent all day at the hospital with my father and it was nice to be able to spend a few hours getting a nice dinner and watching the show in the evenings. We got up everyday and had breakfast at the NH Hotel and then headed to the hospital until about 7 pm in the evening. The woman who tends to the breakfast set up was kind and attentive. Upon our return we would walk 5 minutes or be shuttled by golf cart over to the Now Larimar Resort. It was good to be able to relax a little bit in the evening with everything going on. Alexander, the manager, and ALL of his staff were completely wonderful. I am pretty bad with names but I do remember that many evenings when we returned from the hospital, Edwin and Johnfer were there asking about my father's progress. I am forever grateful to NH Hotel and all of the employees there. They treated us like family during a really horrible time. We were even given personal cell phone numbers in case we had a problem that we needed help with beyond the hotel! Many taxi drivers had a little bit of a hard time finding the hotel but once we were acclimated to where it was it was easy to point out to drivers. I would return in an instant to visit this lovely hotel, the staff and the beautiful well kept rooms. Thank you all again for everything, it did not go unnoticed or unappreciated!

Although the nH Hotel in Bavaro is listed as 4 star it is far from that rating. Very simple. Bed is hard as rock. Pillows small and lumpy. Sheets were damp. Disinfectant smell in rooms. Room is clean. No amenities. No pool. No beach. No area to sit. It’s for business clients who want in and out with no extras. Breakfast is available but no restaurant. No lunch. No dinner. No bar. I would not recommend. Alexander at the front desk was very accommodating and the only positive about this hotel.

I have been twice on different occasions and It has been both times a very good experience. Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean, good shower and with all you normally expect in a good hotel, incl free parking space. For beach seekers: you get access to Larimar Now Hotel during day time. Staff is very friendly and helpful, above all Alexander.

I enjoy literally everything about this hotel, the service, the quality and size of room, the design of the rooms are very well thought out. The parking and ease in arriving. You cannot miss the hotel from the road. Checking in is fast and the restaurant is superb in service, quality, and variety. The rate you pay is far less than what you receive. Well done NH!

When I chose to stay in a simple hotel instead of big a resort in Punta Cana for my last trip to Dominican Republic, I choose the NH- Hotel Group, in Cortecito, recommended by BookIt.com. And I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay at NH- Hotel Group for another four nights. And I believe it justified my rating of an Excellent Place to Stay of 5 Stars. The hotel is small, but cozy and very clean. It has a very professional and friendly service staff. It is not an all-inclusive hotel--it includes just the breakfast and all other extras are to be paid. But it is side by side with Now Garden and Now Larimar Punta Cana, from the same group, where can go to spend a day at the beach with a free bracelet, or with the purchase of another bracelet that includes consumption, we can also enjoy the amenities of this resort, such as restaurant, swimming pools, entertainment, bars, etc. And this is perfect for those who are not there on vacation, or do not stay all day just inside the hotel. On the other hand I really enjoyed being able to receive my guests and have my meetings in my room or in the hotel restaurant, accompanied by good food and drinks in a calm environment. I spent my birthday there and enjoyed my birthday breakfast with surprise slices of cake, for myself and my visitors, and blowing out the candles. I would like to compliment the front desk management and staff, the restaurant and bar staff, and housekeeping for a very good, prompt and friendly service. This includes Ms. Alma Piqueras and Mr. Mannalis Sanchez, from management; Julio, Edwin, Alexander and Benito, from the front desk; Yeuri Pache, Aljona, Ricardo, Honsell, Roberto, Carlos from the restaurant and bar and my two very nice housekeepers. I hope to be back another time. I also would like to compliment, for a very good and friendly service, the staff of the Now Garden and Now Larimar buffets, Japanese restaurant, main bar and plaza bar, and the entertainers. I enjoyed spending my free time in cultural and entertainment activities, having some meals and drinks there, as well as taking professional pictures with Mr. Elvin Familia. My appraisal and thanks also extend to him for a great job!

The NH is a great non-resort hotel in Punta Cana. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and centrally hotel that is not a resort, this is it. If you do want access to a resort, however, there is a partnership with the NOW Larimar located right next door. You can get a bracelet at the NH to access the pool and beach. If you wish to have the all-inclusive option at the NOW Larimar, you can arrange that as well via the front desk. The NH is clean, modern and the rooms have everything you need. Breakfast is included and they offer made to order eggs, continental buffet options, fruit, yoghurt and hot items. The staff here was excellent. I saw business travelers and flight crews and is close the the PUJ airport (20 minute transfer). You can walk to nearby restaurants and food truck parks so the location is very central. The sleeping rooms have King beds, a shower, refrigerator, tv and safe. All the essential amenities are there and it is very comfortable and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
