Stayed at Sirenis tropical side April 2018. The other side was closed for revocations.

We had 2 rooms , both newly renovated and were very nice and comfortable.

Food was just ok.. I came down with a stomach issue, I know was the food but no one else in my family did.

Sirenis need update everything, bed, room, restaurant and customers services. 4 days trying to eat something good but was impossible. I do not recomment Sirenis for vacations. Prefer other other in Punta Cana.

The resort is amazing and beautiful. The staff there is also very friendly. You are very lucky if you get to meet Jimmy and Gysel (concierge) and the waitress Giovanna! The rooms are very clean and so is the beach. I would definitely go back! Have a good trip! ✈️

Are all inclusive food and drinks included at the waterpark
Can someone inform me which parts of the hotel are still undergoing refurbishment. Are the rooms in the refurbished side modern as in the pictures.
I am considering this hotel for our first trip to Punta Cana. I heard that there are a lot of sellers on the beach at Punta Cana trying to get you to buy stuff. I see that the beach of the Sirenis is marked private, does this means they are no sellers? Also, how frequent is the algua problem and how bad is it? Does it get resolved in the morning after it gets picked up or is it as bad as you can't swim in the ocean. My only other reference is Cayo Largo where there are no sellers and not algua but lacks activities to entertain teens...
