Colonial and quiet hotel. Staff very friendly. Receptionist went above and beyond to get us a better room after the one we had, the air conditioning and refrigerator weren't working. I will definitely recommend it!
No towels. Wrong sheets. No hangers in the closet. The air conditioner stopped working. Although gluten-free pasta was offered, nada. And no surprise. At breakfast there were no forks. And the omelette tasted like it was made on a dirty grill. This place was awful.
I have just returned to the UK after spending 28 days in this hotel. The hotel is set out with pool, gardens and restaurants with a small shop and spa. The management of the hotel is excellent, the manager is at your disposal, his excellent English ensuring no problem can be unexplained and his attitude is reflected in all the staff, the cleaning and maintenance who help if ever a device does not function or you might need assistance with carrying or operating anything. In all my years of travelling I can safely say no hotel has ever equalled this one in meeting my needs as a guest. Trips are arranged with an on site agent. Two restaurants literally yards away, provide grills of steak and chicken, pizzas of great quality and pastas that are as good as those of Italy. This is not strange as the cooks, Chiccio and his brother, are originally from Naples. They will satisfy even the hungriest guest. What else can I say? I will be back as soon as my humble Brexit pounds can afford for me to go. …
We really enjoyed our visit to The Seranta Brisas. The room are nice size, good air conditioning and adequate breakfast. The employees at the restaurant are very friendly. Aldo, The manager works very hard and he is present at all meals. Madonni speaks very good, English, French and Spanish. The ladies at breakfast make very good omelet and the pizza is very good. The garden is very well maintained. My only suggestions for the breakfast will be to have refill done sooner, at time at 8:00am, everything is running low and employees at the front desk to answer customers requests faster.
Booked and cancelled a room via booking.com. On their site it is marked “ at no charge” I called them and they confirmed cancel was free, well I am still waiting my 626€, called them many times,,, always something...be aware
Changed room 3 times. the last room is the smelled. No hot water. Problems for breakfast when it says it included. No room service came for the room. Had to ask. The only good thing was the staff and the food in the parking.
The hotel is great because of the people who work there :) Special thanks to Receptionists: Chanil, Johanna, Johnathan and the guy working nightshifts. The girl with white hair had taken care of our room very well and staff in the restaurant was professional as well.
Worst hotel ever. No hot water Air conditioner noisyyou cannot sleep. Not enough towels. No clean pillow slips No ice. No glasses. No bar soap or cologne or shampoo. Cheap on toilet paper. TV did not work. A Hotelfrom hell
It may be an economic choice but....1) they charged my credit card twice! They may have admitted their "mistake" but still they returned less amount of money than they charged me... we have to recognize though that they offered us a suite, which was very spacious. 2) they didn't clean our room, in which there wasn't any basket bin apart from the one in the toilet... 3) the breakfast was adequate but they didn't replace what had finished, you had to ask for it 4) Among all these, the receptionist Rosa was very polite and willing to help us and offer us what we needed!!!
