Where do I begin? Check In… the room wasn’t prepared for another 45 minutes past check In time, when asking for updates they make It seem as though you’re being a bother! I stayed in a Swim out master and for $250 a night I would hope to receive all the amenities as promised. The sheets smell like mold and you never get fresh sheets, you don’t get wash cloths unless you request It and even then you may not. I was told give them 10 minutes 3 days ago I checked out and flew home I doubt It ever made It to the room. The mini bar remained empty for the duration of my stay. There’s no hot water. The swim out pool had leaves and dead flies every attempt to go in, the hot tub spewed dirty water and had hair leftover in It. There’s a plumbing issue so the room smells like a sewer throughout the day! On the booking site It says you get a butler to help you but when you ask about that no one understands. There are no clear instructions given, once you check in you have to fend for yourself. I was there 5 days and didn’t get into a restaurant. The reservation system sucks! Everyday I went to the reservation desk It was a different story. One day It was past the time, then It was full for that day and then the last morning they mentioned It has to be done a day In advance. Everyone gives a fake smile then speak about you in Spanish! Little did they know I understand Spanish. The only people that would help you are the ones that remember you for tipping them so it’s not genuine help to begin with. The beach water is brown on that side of the island and you will get bombarded to take pictures with parrots if you stay out there long enough. If the excursion members in the lobby weren’t bad enough you have to deal with the ones coming on the resort pressuring you to purchase with them. Security sucks as well if safety plays a factor in what I look for while staying in a resort. If you want to safely be at a resort that’s all inclusive and expect to relax and eat the food from all the restaurants advertised on the website and treated fairly while getting the bang for the bucks, This is not the place for you! False advertisement all around, It a getaway location for locals only! This place ruined my vacation and my wife’s birthday. All the times I’ve been to Punta Cana I’ve never had an experience like this. And another thing staying at the “Adults Only” area doesn’t get you anything different other than a buffet marketplace and a pool that I’m sure just anyone can walk into because there’s no separation between the two resorts, you pay an extra $100 a day just for the name. Save your self the trouble! You’re welcome…
We had the best time at this resort, everything was perfect. Jorge helped us so much we reserving restaurants for us every night to try a different cuisine each day. Room service came 3 times a day and left little goodies for us. Overall is very big and very fun, the staff is extremely friendly and there is so much to do and explore!!
This experience was amazing! It was a great way to spend my birthday with my girlfriend and my closest friends! Definitely a place I will visit once again! I recommend this resort to everyone! Great people great atmosphere and an amazing experience! Thank you to Braudilio from Guest services for helping with basically everything we needed and being very friendly and supportive! Thank you Be Live and see you again soon!

Wife and I (40) stayed in ocean view room that surprisingly had a butler. Enjoyed ourselves and service was great. The buffet and had some spots that were good and some points that were bad. Overall, just ok. Restaurants need reservations and food was hit or miss. “Lobster House”-least favorite. Pay $25+ lobster/shimp, rest of menu is all-inclusive and was basic and ehhh. Didn’t care for the steak house either. Most the steaks had to be purchased at $25+. Rest of menu is all-inclusive. 4oz filet ordered med-rare, came out well done, very chewy. Japanese, Mediterranean and Mexican restaurants were better. Japanese and Mexican didn’t charge for a food. Food here were good and tasty and we left full. The beach was very relaxing where we were. We always made it out early to save a cabana. The area we were in was also roped off to keep the constant line of people trying to sell things at a little bit of a distance. Water has barrier to keep seaweed from drifting in; the beach would be useless if not. Service there is friendly and helpful. Spent most our time there. Went to the main pool couple times, there they had kids and younger “adults”. DR you could be 18 to have alcohol, it did bring in some younger “adults” that were ready to party. They mainly stuck to the pool with the swim up bar. Be aware of some people who work there that are there to sell you memberships or timeshare. Gift shop was expensive. The cheapest sunscreen $27. We really enjoyed our time here, noticed a few things to be aware of. Very relaxing and very friendly service. Wife and I both rated it at a 7/10.…
We went from June 4 to June 11 2022. We arrived at the VIP lobby and we were upgraded for a master suite with a king size bed. We were very happy with that! Our room (1213 in building 1) was very clean . The shower leaked in the bathroom area and they offered to come and fix it right away but we didn't want to bother with that so we said it was okay. We had to call in the first 2 days because they forgot to bring water bottles. After that, they left us at least 3 huge bottles a day, that was very nice! The beach beds on the VIP side are a must! Thankfully, my hubby wakes up very early in the morning so I always had a nice bed during the day to chill at the beach! The VIP buffet was disappointing. It was very small, not a lot of choices and it was so hot inside! We ended up ditching the VIP buffet for the regular buffet all week, where there was more choice and it was cooler in the regular buffet. A la Carte restaurants : Meh! We preferred the regular buffet to be honest. The airport is close by, that's a huge plus. The service was AMAZING! A huge shout out to Jose Luis at the VIP lobby. We enjoyed our chats every time we came across him and he took really good care of us! All in all, a really nice vacation :)…
Perfect place to come to have fun and relax with family. The animation team is really nice and kind to people. The shows are funny. The food is good like you can eat it all day and still crave it. We will come back for sure.
Disappointing! Hold on, this is a long one. - Our group of 22 people arrived at the check in time of 3pm where we waited for over 1.5 hours to be able to check in. - Our rooms smelled like mould and pee. when we asked to change rooms we were told to come back at 8pm. Went back at 8pm only to be told to come back in an hour as the cleaners weren’t finished. We went back to which the staff said they are unable to change rooms as the resort is fully booked. We had 6 young children so this was far from ideal. At 9pm we finally settled into our rooms. - The air conditioner doesn’t cool the room, so the nights are very hot. Between the smell of the rooms and the humidity we couldn’t sleep. - Out of 5 restaurants only two were operating, to make a reservation you need to book a day in advance which is impossible if you only have two nights so we missed out. By 8.30am, there were only two spots left for the next night. If the resort is full, why not open up the 5 restaurants that were advertised? - After 10.30pm everything is closed except the “Snack bar” they only served chips & hamburgers and the drink machine is turned off. 3 days and only snack option was hamburgers and chips - At 5pm on a Saturday night all food places were shut. Instead there was a BBQ on the beach, where we needed to wait 20 minutes in line for sausages and hamburgers. When we got to the line only sausages were available and shortly after that they began sending the people who were waiting to the buffet as it opened at 6pm - Limited bartenders were working, so getting drinks always took a long time - Alcoholic drinks are watered down and make you feel sick after a couple. Do not drink the water they serve, tastes like bleach. In your room there is bottled water which is safer. - There is a club at the adjoining casino. Open bar for resort members until midnight, after this the drink prices are ridiculous. I do understand after covid they need to recoup prices but $250 for a bottle of vodka is just beyond me. - The staff are friendly and helpful - The pools are beautiful and nice to hang out at, the beach is well maintained but get in early to claim loungers. The entertainment team and shows were great. They had a blow up slide for the pool which was great for the kids. - I write this in the hopes that you take this feedback into consideration as it really has potential. My father has spent 30 years going to resorts and this is the worst experience he has had due to not providing the basic requirements of an all-inclusive resort. Do not stay here if you are used to 3-5 star resorts.…
