Be live dated dilapidated, bad booze, bad food bad service rude front desk, and many bartenders don’t know to put ice in the drink they don’t know what limes are they don’t know what soda water is the air conditioner? Didn’t work proper the toilet didn’t work. I had a better time in Cuba Cancun, Mexico, Manzanillo Mexico even porta Plata. Dominican republic was better than this place.

Having just stayed our experience was one that I would not come back to this hotel again. Some of the Receptionists need some customer service as they are not interesting in talking to you and are very abrupt. Rooms are not as shown on website .. desperately needs updating kettle would be better than coffee machines. Cleaners only do the minimal do not wipe surfaces or replace towels with required amount when there are two people in a room. Buffet food is ok but too repetitive same lunch as for dinner needs changing more often after 2 days it is back to the same again. Breakfast is the best meal. The other restaurants you can use once for each on a visit are very nice. Beach is fab just need more sun beds and less broken ones … same round the pool… people are getting chairs from the beach restaurant to sit on. Entertainment is fabulous and the daily activities. Certainly is not a 5*

Review Resort Be Live Collection Punta Cana - By far the worst hotel we’ve ever been to. Everything is falling apart. Leaking ceilings, no hot water, not enough towels, broken toilet, terrible house keeping (old garbage after the previous guests under the bed) in the lobby cafeteria you get the coffee and other drinks served in plastic cups, everyday same food, in many cases way too salty, waiting time for a ready table way too long, arrogant manager who doesn’t care about your complaints. Staff in the buffet unorganized. I do not know who gives them good reviews and 4.5 stars, because when you talk to other guests they have the same problems and opinions. Do not waist your money and time for this hotel. Not enough sun lounges, wifi is on and off all the time even in your room.

The resort itself is absolutely amazing and beautiful but what really makes this place stand out is the staff! More specifically Nicolas stationned at pool-side bar near block 14 and Richard (Big Papi) who works the beach bar most days. Show these 2 a little appreciation and I can guarantee your trip will be immensely better!

Seen a lot of negative reviews, we are two days into 14 day holiday and have the following observations from the adult only section Lovely staff in particular Jorge a fantastic butler It’s a small village fantastic beach , we have a good room after paying for upgrade , it has niggly problems but the staff try hard to sort out Food is ok buffet good though some restaurants seem to just get food from buffet , last night most was only warm and the drinks are not strong but that suits us It’s a happy safe place Sunbeds need better management, not the staffs fault that 80% of beds get reserved at 6am and lay empty for hours some all day We were faltering but Jorge came to the rescue and now we are very happy

*Pros Food was okay *Semi Pros 8 out of 2000 Staff were kind * Cons Dirty rooms Dusty beds Moldy bathrooms Stained countertops Dirty refrigerator Non-working coffee maker Non-soft towels Old building Repainted old furniture and not painted well Stained sheets upon arrival Was told sheets are not changed until every 3 days regardless how many times how many days you stay-Maids got rude and argue back with us there telling us that we are absurd asking for such a service. Limited food choices including fruits and vegetables Not kid friendly on the family side Not all items are inclusive as they say-False advertisement Beach is dirty it's next to the Bay Area where all the boats are. Pools have missing tiles it's dirty You have to fight for beach chairs Beach chairs are unsanitize and cheap Plastic tables and chairs on Terrace Room service does not work Key cards don't work have to consistently have it recalibrated to open your door Limited time on beach towels regardless if you have a beach card and if you lose that there's a charge for that They consistently have people here trying to scam people into timeshares as soon as I ask for a price they told me that they would email it to me but had never received an email: therefore we never qualify for the free voucher that they were offering to use in the Hotel after hearing their "non-committable presentation" Final comments I never wanted to come home so soon after stepping into this hotel my son got a terrible rash after sleeping here one night and I never felt so unwelcome after we had declined their sales or opportunity of a timeshare that they didn't even say it was a timeshare but I figured it was. Long story short even if you are a VIP you still get outdated stuff nor the best commodities. I really don't recommend this Resort I feel bad for the nice people that are genuinely nice in this Resort that work there: Wish those 8 can find a nicer place to work at.

Stayed at Be live adult for twelve days.My wife got sick from the food on day three and I got sick by day five.We had to go to the hospital overnite to be treated for dehydration on the seventh day.The treatment at the hospital for one day came to $3700 each, thank god for insurance. We got sick from the food at the hotel as we don’t drink. The hotel is old and neglected and by no means a four star.

Our intended trip was with friends in March but we were unable to travel. When the hotel/resort actually answered the phone, the telephone operators and the customer service people were absolutely terrible! I think they deliberately hung up on me when I asked about a cancellation. The website has an email address that looks like it is spelled wrong "relationswithclienteshoteles@belivehotels.com". I sent an email and received this message "Address not found" so I corrected the spelling to "relationswithclientshotels@belive.com" and I received this message "Message blocked". Please use careful ...

The hotel is fine, not worth 5 stars but the employees and bartenders made the trip amazing!!! We spent most of our time at the Pool Bar and saw Nicolás (the bartender) almost everyday of the trip. He is so fun and nice to us!!! He’s the kind of person that makes your vacation memorable. This and the employees in general made the trip great.
