    There is nothing all inclusive about this hotel and I refuse to call it a resort. I have lost faith in trip advisor because I cannot imagine a universe where anyone would give this five stars let alone three... If you expect towels, toilet paper, water, I recommend you stay elsewhere!... You get one for your entire stay and you have to ask for it at the lobby... No poolside or beachside food service... Bummer because Punta Cana is beautiful...

    ...We were upgraded to a huge suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living area, kitchen, washer/dryer and very large balcony with a table, four chairs, sofa and two comfy chairs... The beach area was lovely, had good security and we were not approached by the few vendors that walked the beach... Henrry and Ramon were excellent at making drinks and refilling our glasses Ramon made me fresh brewed ice tea almost daily... We took Yetis to keep our water/drinks cold... Raquel was an excellent waitstaff, always having a smile and making sure our wine glasses were refilled... Service was excellent, this is an all inclusive but please remember to tip!... Not only will you receive excellent service but increase the income of staff a bit...

    ...The people who work here, like Maira, one the main hostess/server and Felix, always make sure you are served with class without ever having to wait long for anything... The crew wash the floors inside and out, every day, the tables are cleared promptly, the poolside is immaculate, and the buffet is pristine... Oreibis is a classy and efficient server and kind man... The food was delicious and Josie, the main chef, was always willing to help me with my food restirctions with a smile and a variety of amazing dishes...     ...Shanays was our wedding planner, and both she and her assistant Angela did a fantastic job of putting our minds at ease by taking care of the details. They sat down with us for two hours to go through everything, and were very clear and up front about any costs... Even though rain was in the forecast on the day of the ceremony, they were able to get everything set up so quickly that we were able to take advantage of the one hour in the evening when it didn't rain and we got the perfect photos with our families... The resort itself is very pretty, and the service was great... All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and and my family was all very impressed... Overall, the experience was really good, and I would certainly visit again...

    We stayed for a week with two other families and we had an awesome week. The staff was super friendly that by the end of the week we knew everyone... Claribel was so sweet with the kids and I felt comfortable leaving my daughter while I would get massages... Also, Jesus and Abelardo made sure we had an awesome time...

We asked six times to have our hot tub filled and each time we were told “right away” to it never happen... The temp in our room was 80 degrees and maintenance kept saying it was fixed... This has to do with poor customer service and terrible corporate oversight... Prepare to see the same bread selections trotted out for breakfast lunch and dinner... Website states fridge will be filled each day… nope... You get one for your entire stay and you have to ask for it at the lobby...

    ...From the time we arrived at the resort, until the day we left, we were treated with such warmth and kindness. The front desk greeted us and took us to our room right away... There was champagne and chocolates on the island in the kitchen (classy touch)... The suite was cool and inviting when we walked in... Everyone we encountered during our stay at the resort was very attentive, kind, and always willing to assist with whatever we asked... We tried to cut our trip short by a day to beat the hurricane, but ended up having to return to the resort when our flight home was canceled, not once, but twice, and we were welcomed back with open arms... They sent a shuttle for us right way to take us back to the resort... The managers were so gracious and gave us a discount on the extra days, which was a blessing... We received excellent service from the front desk, the servers, housekeeping, the groundskeeper, security and management...

    ...First of all the staff are amazing Dorling ( best bartender )Maria , Avelardo, esther , kelvin, brangely, Josefina ( her coffee so good) , david, francisco & cesar the chefs now they throw down in the kitchen. My girls from the spa can remember their name but i remember how i felt after the massage ... This hotel is small but homey I met so many travelers from different part of the world and it nice...     I brung my daughter and a few of her friends to the Radisson Blu for her 16th birthday... The staff was great and made us feel at home... Although the room and refrigerator was always stocked, we had to constantly call to extra towels and wash clothes to accommodate everyone... I want say thank you to Kelvin and Luis for going above and beyond to meet all of our needs... Also, a special thanks to Esther for making sure my daughter's birthday celebration went off without a hitch...

    We are finishing up a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Punta Cana... Some pros/cons and tips: Pros: *small resort where it never feels crowded and there is always tons of space at the pool or beach *food is very good in our opinion *Jesus, Avel and the entertainment staff are phenomenal and will keep you having fun your whole stay... The balconies are very nice for hanging out as well... *the staff work hard to keep everything clean and make your stay very nice... Tips: *join the Wi-Fi and then scan the QR code right when you arrive... The website is very helpful with dinner nightly, daily entertainment schedule, etc... Overall- highly recommend this resort if coming to Punta Cana!... Dorka was attentive with our drinks and friendly...

Service was top notch, peaceful resort with no crazy partying. Exactly what we wanted. Breakfast had a large selection each day and wait staff was very friendly. The beach could be a little cleaner, but it didn't detract from our stay. The pool was pristine. Would definitely return!

It`s a small hotel located on the beach, the personel was mean, like they didn't want to go to work. Minimum variety of food, only one restaurant working per night. When ypu asked to make reservations on a la carte restaurant, they would send you to the restaurant where breakfast was being served, so that they tell you there was no need to make reservation since there was only one type of dinner per night Room was pretty but smelled funny all the time, there was a "king size" bed, that would come apart by te middle. Lobby was extremely hot all the time. The hotel was annoyinly boring, nothing to do at night, just a member of the staff trying to do something but had no tools Woldn't recommen and definitely not coming back

I absolutely loved this hotel. The size was perfect as everything was close. The pool area was not far from the main hotel or the beach. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable, the robes were a nice touch specially after a day of sunbathing. The buffet was excellent in my opinion. Everything was good at every meal. Although is not the biggest buffet. What they cooked they cooked well. Every night there was a variety, beef, chicken or pork and salmon or Mahi Mahi. They also had a pasta station that was a hit with the kids. In the mornings they have traditional Dominican breakfast items as well as a America foods. There was also a self serve mimosa station and fresh Juices too. I did not eat at the restaurants as we were a large group and the buffet was perfect for us. But the best part was the staff. They were all professional, friendly and helpful. My favorite staff was Jesus, he is as he called himself a utility guy. He did hosting duties, kid activity, games on the beach as well as just being one of the funniest and welcoming people at the resort. In closing what can I say about the beach, it was beautiful, the loungers and cabanas on the beach were plentiful. I felt save and comfortable at this hotel and would recommend it specifically for families that and want to spend a nice time with family or friends.

The good, the bad and the ugly. THE GOOD. They let you park your car right next to your room. As a result the pools are easy to get to and so is your room. The rooms are like a furnished apartment. They are spacious with good AC and, get this, there's a kitchen with all the amenities, including a washer and dryer. This was the best room I've stayed in a long time. Each room also has a balcony with furniture. The beds are to die for and the pillows are a dream. The food is average but acceptable. THE BAD The staff tries to do its best but they are overworked it seemed to me. In fact while I was being checked in, there was a gringo asking to see the manager since he was "waiting for an hour" to get something fixed in his room. This may have caused some of the waiters in the buffet/restaurant to have amnesia. While the AC in the room is fantastic, they did shut off the AC in the lobby and in the restaurant (Keigan) we were in. We had to ask for them to turn the AC on as we were uncomfortable. Were they trying to save money? The entertainment was non existent, unless you enjoy watching staff dance bachata. Some of the food descriptions were wrong and had to be corrected. THE UGLY For me personally, I will not recommend nor visit again because I was quoted a price and then when I got there it increased because "the dollar (USD) exchange had changed against the peso (DOP). I paid about 1400 pesos more than what I sign up for. For me this is unacceptable. While shopping at home, I hit the enter button on my computer to buy based on that price. You really can't choose a restaurant as an option. They force you to go where they want to have meals. For some reason on the second night, the person in charge of events set up a food event OUTSIDE. Guess what happened.: all the food that was not super hot or covered was attacked by flies. I was embarrassed for them (the person(s) in charge).

Not an All-Inclusive property, go to another hotel. Staff is making the most to be attentive; but management is terrible. Didn’t resolve issues promptly. Concierge is awful, I asked to make some welcome for my husband and didn’t receive response before arriving the property and when arrive asked for it and didn’t do anything special. The locks of the doors were damaged two days with a response time of three hours each and didn’t compensate. The food is limited and doesn’t have options for all day, cleaning is poor and kitchen higiene terrible. Book another property.

The bottom line is, this is nowhere near a five-star resort. Most of the guests are foreign and I hate to say it, but they probably aren’t used to a US a five-star resort. It may be a three star. Front desk is worthless. The manager is nonexistent he’s never available if you need real help. We booked six nights after three nights we couldn’t take it anymore. Shower ceiling fell in on my daughter place smelled like mildew. Hotel rooms are very hard and cold and smell terrible if you opened up the walls or ceilings, it would be terrible. You just feel it. Front desk said the manager promised three nights refund since we only stayed three of six nights. Of course it never happened, so not only is this hotel 3 stars - management doesn’t care about promises made to guests. The food is terrible. Flies everywhere it’s just not American quality food. If you really really like Golden corral, you might be able to handle this food. I would suggest closing this place down cleaning up.

This is a nice, small resort located right on the beach. The suites are spacious with well functioning AC. Housekeeping is excellent. It is a family friendly resort and there were a lot of kids around during our time here. There are daily activities to keep them occupied. We generally go to adult only resorts but this was not a problem for us at all. There are two bars and the bartenders are overall very good. More so if they have received a tip. It is clear that certain families (perhaps frequent visitors/tippers) are given preference with regards to service. Breakfast has a decent selection with self serve mimosas and a selection of juices. The buffet restaurant is generally good with a selection of seafood, meats and sides. There is no self serve alcoholic drinks/water at lunch or dinner. The wait staff fill up your water glasses. However we found that this was inconsistent and at times we were not offered water. They also have wines and will offer those, again, inconsistently. This is not what we are used to at other all inclusive resorts. There are three restaurants that require booking for dinner (Mediterranean, Japanese, Steakhouse). Unfortunately you have to reserve dinner between 7-8am in the morning which is a little inconvenient if you would like to sleep a little later. The pool facilities are good. There are a limited number of parasols and four cabanas poolside which provide shade. The beach is beautiful with plentiful loungers and cabanas. Staff work to clear seaweed and there is security and police presence at all times. There are some local sellers who will approach you with their goods - a polite no usually suffices. On one occasion they made derogatory remarks towards me. We found that they were less likely to approach us when we chose loungers further back on the beach. Overall the resort seems secure with high walls and security personnel 24/7. Unfortunately, local vendors are allowed to set up tables beside the bar/buffet to flog their fares. They make some comments and it is a little uncomfortable considering you are within the walls of the resort. ***The most unsettling part for us was that the resort allows an employee of Royal Holiday to do business on site. (Please google for further information about this company)*** Unbeknownst to us, we fell for Robbie”s offer to “tour” another, what we thought struggling resort. We should have been suspicious of his offer of a $100 dollar gift but his good manner won us over. Naively, we ended up sitting through a tortuous and quite frankly ridiculous three hour “presentation” about this timeshare where we were strongly encouraged to spend anything from $2500-$15000 to secure vacations for the next 30 years! High pressure sales tactics were used and it was a and pointless endeavour. It damaged our experience at Radisson Blu and we are appalled that Radisson would allow such dealings to be conducted on site. Overall, we had a good experience at this resort but would not return due to the aforementioned service issues and links with Royal Holiday.

Resort was nice and food was good but service was really lacking. Felt like you needed to beg for basic things such as towels or drinks at the bar. Many locals also come to the resort and are given preferential treatment which was frustrating. House keeping was not great. Black marks in shower and literal poo on the toilet seat when we first got there. Room itself was large and nice but cleanliness was an issue. Merchants were also very pushy at the resort and swore in Spanish about us thinking we did not understand when we did not wish to purchase anything. Overall a disappointing experience, especially for a Radisson.

Great Vacation ! The daily entertainment team makes everyone feel welcomed, Fernando hosted our group in many activities from morning to night with a big smile. The bar tender remembers your drinks and keeps your cup full. All the meals have a good variety and flavor and freshness. Be back in 2024 or sooner !

Fernando in animations is just the best! Wonderful at including all guests in all activities. He and Jesus and Kimberly work with such enthusiasm to decorate, plan events, and make every guest welcome. This is a sophisticated family-themed resort.
