this hotel H&S standards fall well below acceptable and it was clear the hotel prioritised profits over the safety of guests. I was injured quiet badly in my room from a faulty piece of furniture and when reporting this and asking for help I was left in the lobby for 3 hours unable to walk while a investigation was started. I was called a liar several times and asked to pay $300 to be seen by anyone medically trained. When my video evidence proved my version the teams scattered and went back to work still leaving me. My partner walked in on someone fixing this item without our knowledge but the hotel still didn’t accept responsibility. I was forced to use a a&e in Punta Cana and not helped by the hotel. My trips had to be cancelled and again the hotel failed to help so financially it was a costly lesson. We did see evidence of this tactic being used on other family’s within the resort as well and for the money it costs to stay at this hotel I would of expected better and somebody will get hurt again

We would like to extend our most sincere apologies for any possible inconvenience you might have experienced, in fact staying here with us, as soon as you reported that the towel draw felt in your foot toe, our Guest Service Manager approached to your room and corroborate that it perfectly works, but, it was not well used. Immediately we called the doctor`s office who explained you how is the procedure in this case, but a hit needs a diagnostic not first aids. You refused to pay a diagnostic at the premises. We did everything trying to assist you but unfortunately, you rudely demanded not to be assisted by any of our hotel staff. After this inconvenience we have being following up you and during your stay here, you said that everything was fine and even ask for room service, which was offered as an act of good will by the hotel. It is always important to give things the proper use, accidents can happened moreover if things are not used as they supposed to be used, this specifically furniture is a towel draw that was incorrectly used; we cannot be responsible for an action that you decided to do. Being said this, as a Customer Service enterprise that we represent, we always want our guests to have their best vacation ever meanwhile they are staying with us and we are deeply sorry that you will not have great memories as consequence of this experience lived. I’m currently on vacation at the Grand Bavaro Princess, and I’m already writing a review on this beautiful resort. I have to say that the staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone is so kind and funny, and they are a blast to be around. They remember everyone’s faces and names and make them feel like home. Guzman and Don Juan are absolutely stunning bartenders, I hang out with them every day even when I’m not getting drinks. They’re great at their jobs and remember everyone’s favourite drinks. They’re very professional and at the same time they also make everyone feel like their friend. Their ability to communicate with the guests even though some guests speak in another language is amazing too. Also, Chanel, Gucci, Jordan, and so many more people have made the trip stellar! I don’t remember every single person’s names, but I can say that the staff really really made the trip worthwhile! I would definitely come back again soon. :)

Myself along with my boyfriend, my best friend and her boyfriend recently visited the DR. Nothing bad to say about the resort! Staff were nothing but friendly, kind and helpful. Food was always great, loved going to the different restaurants each night, Sushi was the best with pizza and Indian coming in close second. Rooms were always clean. We had a birthday and they brought champagne and fruit to the room and decorated with balloons, they made a personalized cake and had a band come and sing happy birthday. Grounds keepers would cut open coconuts for you if you were walking past. The staff at this resort always found a way to go above and beyond. Beach was also super beautiful!

I have been to this hotel many times. The main reason is the staff is truly wonderful 💕. I always do the platinum, it’s worth the extra money. Everything is a ten on ten!!!! The only thing I would change is, make the platinum 12 and over. I have gone to other places in Punta Cana as well but this one is my favourite 😊😊
