We were at the resort for a wedding and stayed in the Royal Service Section. Our Butler, Enrique took great care of us (3 people) the moment we arrived until we left. Enrique took care of bringing us to our room and made sure our bags were delivered to our room shortly after. All restaurant reservations were made through Enrique, he took care of a few of our requests and made sure during the whole week, that all was going well. Our room was great and really spacious. It was like I had my own room, as I was down in the living room on a cot (good way to go if you are 3 people). This resort was pristine. The gardeners were amazing. We never looked for service, we were always served as soon as we showed up at our chair, bar or restaurant. The workers of this resort are all very friendly and welcoming. Make sure to bring bug cream or spray - not sure the spray in the room is effective. So many of our group were bitten, I had no bites (which is unusual for me). Thank you to all for a great vacation. The wedding was held at the Jolly Fish Restaurant - off the resort and everything there was exceptional and professionally handled. The venue is a beautiful place to hold a wedding. Hotel's Favorite
I had my hesitations about an all inclusive. But if I was going to do it, it would be with friends or for a special occasion. This time it was both! Everyone who helped me was kind and professional. The facilities were clean. I loved the royal service upgrade. While the resort itself was beautiful, the service really hit the spot for me. I felt cared for and spoiled. My butler, Sigfredo was the absolutely best. He checked in with me EVERY morning and often times throughout the day either in person or text. He paid attention to what I liked and didn’t. The first day I noticed he left a small bottle of local rum and chocolates. I found guaranà soda in the mini bar and told him how much I loved the soda and local fruit when he checked in on me later that day. Second day I came back with a surprise bottle of brut, two more bottles of guaranà soda and a gigantic plate of fruit! He was on top of all my reservations for dinner and the spa. He constantly ensured I was happy and enjoying vacation. The last full day there, he found me at the pool and brought me guava (another fave I mentioned)! When I came back from the wedding later that evening I had rose petals on the bed. The morning I left he joined me in being shuttled back to the main lobby. Midway, he asked if I ate anything yet and if I wanted fruit to take with me for my ride back to the airport. Couldn’t say no to that! He had the driver reroute to the buffet. When I told one of the servers I was leaving but wanted to take some fruit, he came back with a to go box! It was really top notch and the service really did make the stay all that much more! I highly recommend going to the Michelin star restaurant - Passion - it’s not included but it’s so worth it. I really enjoyed the royal service only buffet and the royal service lounge (the best snacks). Pool and beach were magnificent. Great place to really relax. Thank you to all, and especially Sigfredo!

I have stayed at the Royal Service several times. 10 days ago while making a reservation with Melia I was given a price and 2 minutes later when I told them to confirm the reservation I was told that the price increased over $300. I was so frustrated that they told me that there were no management /supervisors to help. I made the reservation on line myself. I have emailed both Circle and Melia numerous times and 10 days later no response!!!!!!!!!!

We're back to the Paradisus Punta Cana Royal Service for our 4th time. Fast, easy check in. We chose a garden view room this time (last two times had an ocean view) to save some money. The room itself is exactly the same as the ocean view room we had last time, only the views are different. We aren't in the room much; so, we find that the view is not as important. The food is very good. Our favorite restaurants are consistently Bana (hibachi) and Fuego (fusion). Our room was cleaned and stocked every day, sometimes twice daily. A special kudos to our amazing Butler, Victor Agramonte, who checked in on us every day and most days twice a day! He added special touches just tailored to our preferences. We really appreciated it! Really, all of the service team and groundskeepers are very friendly offering smiles and say hi/hola. We feel welcome here and will come back again. Thank you for another amazing visit!

We just returned from our week in Royal Service, and it was everything we were looking for. Our butler Junior was attentive, helpful and downright great to be around. He was sure to check-in with us daily and stop by for a chat. When we had a small maintenance issue in the room and maintenance had not addressed it, he himself remedied the issue and it was much appreciated! While Junior was our main concierge, the rest of the staff was nothing short of spectacular. I believe in tipping for service and I was almost out of cash by day three because everyone exceeded expectation. From Jose at the Royal Service Pool bar, to Juan at the Wine Cellar, the service was absolutely excellent. The facilities were also excellent. Beach stunning, and the royal service pool was a hidden oasis with no kids, no outside guests and great palapas! The food was exquisite. La Palapa was elegant and tasty, as were the rest of the specialty restaurants. While we did eat at the buffet daily for lunch, we were blown away by the quality and freshness of the items offered. All in All we had an amazing time, we would highly recommend Junior to anyone staying and well be sure to request his services the next time we visit the resort. Enjoy paradise.
