Welcome to the most exclusive resort destination in the Caribbean—Casa de Campo Resort and Villas—a stunning 7,000-acre hotel, resort, and residential community in La Romana on the southeastern coast of the Dominican Republic.
Our tropical playground features a unique array of amenities, including an expansive marina, tennis courts, and polo facilities. Casa de Campo is also one of the most sought-after Dominican Republic golf resorts featuring three championship golf courses — including Pete Dye’s masterpiece, Teeth of the Dog, the #1 ranked course in the Caribbean and number 39 in the world.
Reservation desk took so long for check in. They are things are not well explain and you find out when you are there. Will I come back it's going to be a very long time. My experience was good wish communication was better
Unique experience, Wander, Manuel, Jenifer and Celeste made. Our experience 5 stars at the Caña restaurant. The view of the beautiful pool and palms trees outside this terrace on this April evening made our stay amazing. I have traveled to many places but this is a journey apart from any other. The people here really enjoy making all welcomed.
A luxury resort that’s not so well known because it’s away from your typical Punta Cana tourist area. Took only 45 min by transfer from PUJ airport to get here and same cost as a transfer to a Punta Cana all inclusive. Resort offers both all inclusive or room only rates. We found the food and drink prices to be on par with anything at home. We opted for room only and based on food/drink prices and our consumption, we came in lower than the all inclusive rate by the end of the week. If you book directly with the hotel a golf cart is included. You NEED that as the beach, marina and restaurants are not within short walking distance. If you book with a third party be sure the cart is offered. You are not going to walk out of your room and hit the sand of the beach. You will have a 10 min golf cart ride, but it’s easy and beautiful. You’re in a private, secure resort compound the entire time. The beach and water is amazing! Crystal clear with a beach club and pool adjacent to the water at no extra cost. Service was top notch, but also typical of the country and probably a little slower than what most U.S. visitors would expect as compared to home. The rooms are clean, comfortable and recently updated. That said, they are the only thing that could use some updating. They’re current, but just don’t feel as luxurious as they should compared to the level of the resort. The casita and Elite rooms are marketed as different “levels” of room with different rates. We had both and in the end the rooms are identical, with the Elite having a slightly preferred location according to the resort. If you want a true 5 star resort, excellent golf, restaurant choices and beach, but don’t want your typical all-inclusive chain experience then give this a try! …
This was Excellent. Our favorite meal at the resort by far. Our waiter Franklyn was great. The sushi was very good and fun spot at the marina. Would highly recommend you check it out while at CDC! Yada yada 200 characters to complete the review, EASY trip advisor!!!
Casa de Campo is one of the top hotels in the Dominican Republic. I have stayed there two times now and each time was magical and perfect. I love this hotel and will definitely be returning next year for another vacation :)
Fantastic family vacation, best resort in The Dominican Republic, we had a blast in the beach, the service is awesome!! Alexis in playa minitas made us fell very welcome. Thank you for the excellent experience, exceeded our expectations!
I am impressed with the high level of service and attention to detail the staff have. There are so many options for restaurants and bars, although they are highly expensive like Norway/Switzerland expensive. Casa de Campo, it's a world of its own. I certainly cannot wait to come back again.
Our stay at casa de campo was amazing! We came for a wedding and were very impressed by the service and the food. We ate at least once a day at Lago Restaurant which was delicious for both lunch and dinner. Jinny, Lennins, Samuel, Antonio and the whole team were always so welcoming and took very good care of us! We spent our days at the La Caña Pool Bar and we had a blast! The bartenders really made our stay so much fun. I also highly recommend eating at La Pizzetta at some point in your stay because the food was delicious!!! This was my second visit here and I would come again.
Really enjoyed the peacefulness and great service of Casa de Campo! My first time here and definitely plan on coming again. The service was A1, big shout out to the staff at Lago Restaurant. Jinny, Lennins, Antonio, and Samuel were always very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely recommend checking them out if you come to Casa de Campo!
On our last day we went to the pool and to our surprise Arisleyda & Sandy C. went out of their way to serve us and assist us even before the bar opened. Their lively energy and amazing spirit was an absolute best highlight on those few hours before leaving Casa De Campo. Thanks to their amazing service and kind words we are sure to come back many times! ¡Gracias
