I booked just one night their smallest room for a single person on hotels.com It was rather inexpensive for a room in Zona Colonial, with A/C, free wi-fi and breakfast included so I wasn't expecting much. The reception area was a bit depressing and not telling how good the rooms and service are. My room was in the second floor,... More

The hotel is a little hard to find because it faces a park, not the street and it only has a small sign with the hotel name. Upon arrival the only option we were given for parking was a lot close by for 200 pesos a night but you have to get the car out by 6:30am. We ended up... More

The location was good and the room spacious, but for what you get in terms of comfort, service, this hotel is massively overpriced. The bed linnen wasn't even clean and we had to go down late at night to get it changed.

This hotel does live up to expectations. I walked into my room to find high ceilings with a colonial feel. Clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had a bidet! The outside grounds in front of the hotel could have been a little more kept. I walked outside to find that not everyone cleans up their pet droppings.

if your into sightseeing and not the party life this b&b is perfect ! Clean, comfortable, inexpensive and centrally located. Breakfast was also incredible ! Early evening clerk was Haitian and had a very thick acent. He could't understand us and us him. No band aides or first aide kit available at front desk after my girlfriend cut her hand !

Again, location is great, walking distance to the center of zona colonial. Lots of restaurants, gift shops, street entertainments, fun!!! Hotel itself, we'll it's an old building, a little fragile. Our room was pretty small, but comfortable enough. There was a leak on the ceiling that the water actually was dripping on our bed. Not sure where it came from,... More

It is in a good location, near corner of calle Portes and Isabella la Cattolica. The room was fine, but not super. In front of hotel is a small public garden. The service was fine. Overall a good value.

I've never been treated so irresponsible in my life while traveling. I booked a room a couple of months before the date and checked a day before that everything is fine. We were going to spend our wedding night in this hotel but when we show up, me in my wedding dress, they don't have a room for us, they... More

Very good location, in the very city center and in the same time far away of the hustle and bustle of the busy central street. It needs some improvements but it's almost good. The area is safe, more or less, the staff is helpful. They serve a good breakfast with fresh fruits. Good point for this. Not big hotel, it's... More
