The entire staff was attentive and friendly. We were there for my birthday and everyone was accommodating and had great suggestions of things to do. Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a good walk to El Malecón and the colonial area. I enjoyed my stay very much

Perfect location, infront of the Malecon. Staff are a + very helpful, just loved this Hotel. Food delicious, communication no problem, rooms very clean. Breakfast delicious, will recommend, will stay again. Loved the decoration of the Hotel. 5 min walk to a good restaurant Adrian Tropical

Comfortable place Short unexpected trip that was delightful. I used sauna service and was enjoyed room service. The sancocho is sooo yummy . It rained while there so it felt empty but it was nice to enjoy pool and sauna to myself and enjoyed various Dominican dishes . Kudos to The chef and price reasonable if you nearby restaurant Near malecón they charged more and found the room service food better . Bed was comfortable and all in all woke return

From the moment I planned this birthday getaway with this hotel. It has been nothing but EXCELLENT SERVICE. My group had 14 rooms, and ALL rooms were 150% clean. The front desk, bell man, and of course the HOUSEKEEPING department were giving great customer service. I was very impressed with the breakfast restaurant, especially Maria. I love this hotel. I give this hotel 10 stars. The pool area and food was EXCELLENT. IF you are ever in Santo Domingo. Please don't hesitate and make your reservation with this hotel. Great rates, great location, and GREAT STAFF. BOOK NOW!!!

Stayed March 17-21 with a group of 20+. Everyone was 100% satisfied. The ENTIRE hotel was clean, emacculant. The staff was extremely polite and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was great. The waiters and waitress customer service was excellent 👌. OMG, our last day , pool party on the second level pool deck was nothing short of amazing. The service, and ambiance made me want to extend my stay. Not to mention the FOOD by the pool was mouth watering, ate so much had to detox when I returned home, lol. The Crown Plaza did not disappoint. As a first time traveler to Santo Domingo, I was pleased with the hotels location and proximity to various sites/restaurants. The staff was amazing. There were 23 people in our party and the staff made sure we were well taken care of from the welcome reception, private dinner, lunch at the pool and covid test accommodations. I would definitely stay here again!!

This is a great Hotel and the entire staff is second to none. From day one The staff was nothing but Amazing. the sparkling pool and Bar was top notch. The breakfast was wonderful and they had a whole selection of food ( omelets, waffles, juices, fruits, salads, and muffins). The breakfast staff was attentive and made sure everyone was served. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The housekeeping team is/are AWESOME. Overall this is a great hotel and I will definitely stay here again. Kudos 🙌🏼
