Rooms: The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated and offer a stunning view of the sea.The bed was incredibly comfortable and the high quality sheets made lounging a real pleasure. The bathroom was equipped with premium brand toiletries and the cleaning service was impeccable throughout our stay.
Facilities: This hotel has a simply spectacular swimming pool! Spending an afternoon enjoying the pool and Caribbean sun was an amazing experience.
Gastronomy: Restaurants in the hotel deserve a separate mention. We tried both the breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and dinner in its restaurant of international cuisine. Each dish was perfectly executed, with high quality ingredients and impeccable service. The wine list is also remarkable!
Location: The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Santo Domingo. It is located in a central and safe area, a few minutes from the main attractions. 100% Recommended
Recommended to 100!

The truth is that this hotel is impressive, the atmosphere is very relaxing, it is also ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Gardens and common areas are perfect for lounging and unwinding.
The attention to detail in this hotel is admirable, from the decoration of the rooms, to the small details like the welcome with fruits, chocolates and rich cocktails, everything is thought to make you feel super special, plus we participated in several activities of the hotel and all were wonderful.
But Best of the Best is the gastronomy; its variety, good raw material, careful elaboration, the art and decoration of its dishes and above all the high quality, accompanied by a highly qualified staff in their respective areas and with personalized and first class attentions. I just ran out of words,
Thanks to all this, we were able to enjoy and have a unique experience...
Housekeeping not attentive. We had to repeatedly ask for towels and water which should be basic. Love this area but the service especially check in needs to be improved

I could not get an early check-in so we waited in the ample and luxurious lobby, while drinking our Presidente beer.
Our room was amazing. We had a nice view of the city resident buildings. We had a huge hot tub in the middle of the room, which separated the sleeping area and the rest of the bathroom. The tub also had an electric privacy screen.
Bottled water was available for the rooms. Housekeeping was very attentive and we exchanged towels when we needed to.
Hotel is not cheap, but is a first-class accommodation and has made for a very memorable stay.
There is a large supermarket located 2 blocks from the hotel, where we were able to purchase all the items we needed like: bottled water, rum, ponche, coffee, and any other grocery items we needed. There is a McDonald's 2 blocks the other way to purchase breakfast and coffee. Not much other shopping within walking distance.
Breakfast was NOT included but was available for $15 per person. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but we did make coffee in the room.
If you are seeking great Dominican food, check out the Adrian Tropical restaurants. My favorite one was on the Malecon.
Plenty of parking if you have a car. We Ubered everywhere.
The pool was large, really nice and in a beautiful setting. There is an outdoor bar and there was live music outside one of the nights.
We had a great 6-night stay and if I'm ever in SD again, that's where I will be staying. Highly recommended!

I want to highlight the attention of staff, it could not be better...

Breakfast, hearty and delicious, arrived at the table at its perfect point, with each bite full of flavor and warmth. In addition, the location offers an excellent variety of restaurants in the surrounding area, ideal for exploring and complementing the experience.
Definitely an unforgettable stay that I would repeat without hesitation.
