My husband and I stayed here 12/7-12/11. The resort is very nice and the staff members were friendly. We stayed in Room 7 which had a very nice layout, but both bathrooms had a mildew-like smell to them. Also, the hotel is doing construction and it was quite noisy at times, as this room faces the parking lot. The gate that leads to the beach and restaurants is broken and you have to stick your hand through the hole in the metal gate to open it. This is very unsafe and can potentially lead to an injury. The path that leads to the beach is not paved, nor is well lit in the dark, which can also lead to a mishap. My husband requested an iron on several occasions from two different individuals. Each time they stated they would bring it to the room, yet he never received an iron throughout our entire stay. Another thing to take into consideration is the outlets. They have European style outlets, so you have to request an adapter from the front desk. The adapters are not sturdy which make it difficult to charge your devices. Please keep in ming, they charge you a $10.00 fee for the adapters, which is held on your credit card. When the adapters are returned, they release the hold. The room was large, with 2 separate bedrooms and a large balcony with side view on the beach. Room was nice & clean. Every other day clean towels and enough cleanings. Directly on the Mambo Beach, so this is perfect!

We should stay at first in another hotel, but it was horrible. Fortunatelly we found The Beach house available and had a perfect stay with a bueatiful terrace and a magnificient sunset directly at Mambo Beach!

Beautiful appartement. Really spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a lovely huge balcony. Right at the best beach on Curacao: Mambo Beach. Very nice people also. The music is loud in the evening, but we were okay with that.

Visited Curacao for the first time in July. The Beach House had phenomenal customer service with attentive, friendly staff. The 2 bedroom apartment with ocean view was spacious, clean, close to multiple restaurants and walking distance to the beach (less than 3 minutes). Plan on returning and staying at the same resort!

The staff is wonderful, there is great access to Mambo Beach, and the views from the top floor are amazing!! Just sitting by the pool and getting a tan was great. The rooms are clean and beautifully designed. We will continue to stay here when in Curaçao.

Finally after two years of waiting and a couple of re-bookings due to Covid restrictions, my wife and I made it to the Beach House. First I want to thank Desiree and the management for honoring our pre-paid reservation for over two years. That was amazing!! Our 15 nights (just got back this week) at the Beach House was just the perfect way to get back into vacation travelling again. This is a great facility in a perfect location and is spotless. I couldn't believe how clean this property is all the time. A special thanks to Paul (maintenance) for keeping the pool in amazing shape as it's probably the cleanest pool I have swam in in the Caribbean. Paul also swiftly fixed a couple of minor maintenance issues in our 2 bedroom sea-view suite on the 2nd floor. Also thank-you to the great housekeeping staff!! Our unit was huge with a massive private balcony. This is basically an extension of the living room as you always have the big doors wide open. So A/C wouldn't be practical since you want the doors open. The bedrooms have great A/C so it's all good. Modern bathrooms (2 full) and a fully equipped kitchen was just perfect. We did many meals at the unit. Best to have a car the whole time, not just for daily trips to other beaches and stuff, but to pop up to the Supermarket which is a 4min drive from the Beach House. Very handy! Also a special thanks to Pamela at reception for all her hard work and kindness. Great staff at the Beach House!! Definitely recommend this property! No shortage of excitement and things to do at Mambo Beach and the Mambo Beach Blvd. Great restaurants and beach bars. You will not be disappointed.…

The Beach House was an amazing stay. The ladies in the front were extremely helpful ensured that we had an amazing experience. We were only there for the weekend and needed to rent a car, and they went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated. The room was comfortable the only advice would be to turn the AC on prior to guest arrival. We will be back again.

Very clean and modern condo. The huge balcony was also a big plus. 2 min walk to the beach. Several bars and restaurants is within walking distance on the beach. Gated parking, and a swimming pool was also available.

This is a first in all our travels. We booked the top floor suite that is advertised as air conditioned. It isn't. We checked in to find that there is one AC unit in the cell-like master bed (a complete misnomer, it's tiny, and has no view at all) that did nothing to cool the enormous main room. We have been attempting to get a refund since September with no luck as we checked out immediately as the room was not habitable in the hot, humid and very windy Curacao climate. A complete disaster and appalling management. A con through and through

On all booking sites, we mention that there is air conditioning in the bedrooms. Nowhere is it written that we have air conditioning in the living room. Of course, we understand that this is a disappointment if your expectation was that there is air conditioning in the living room. We have delivered what is published, A Royal Seaview apartment with a full sea view located on the top floor, and we regret that you are posting a review that is not quite the truth. You are also giving a bad review for hygiene and service, which we either don’t understand. We have cleaned your apartment with the utmost care, have acquired special products in connection with your allergy for the cleaning and spent much more time to make everything as good as possible for your stay, as the best service is very important to us.
