The property has an enormous potential and the original idea was great. The views and the staff are awesome! Some of the nicest people I have ever met BUT the place was initially designed as a resort, they went bankrupt and sold the individual units to private owners and stopped construction midway... As a result of this, you have: - An entire complex of building (Piscadera Bay Complex) in front of the Piscadera Harbour Village resort that were originally designed as a shopping/restaurant group of buildings tare now abandoned, with graffiti, broken glasses, homeless people and stray dogs, all kinds of peole go in and out of these buildings at night so a huge safety concern! If we knew this, we would have never booked this place. When we initially arrived, I wanted to turn around and find a new place because the entrance in the resort is through this deserted complex of buildings. - On the resort property there are buildings thar were started but never finished. - The imdividual units are not properly maintained. Ours had windows that were missing the locking system (so the window was always open), the insulation of the windows was broken and the glass was making noises when there was wind, we've has water fosets that were not properly attached to the sink and they were wobbly, the bads were not confortable and were naking a tone of noize. Overall, I would not recommend this place...

This resort is a true gem in the area of Piscadera on the Island of Curacao. Modern and clean with incredible views of the ocean and the nature reserve across the bay. The staff were very attentive and professional and made us feel right at home. great beach and restaurants within easy walking distance. This truly was home away from home.

A must try when on Curaçao. Awesome place. Spacious living room where we with a party of 5 could stay easily. Big kitchen. Two large bedrooms. Sofa bed in living room. Flat screen with in house wifi. Digitel internet TV. Great view with nice sunsets. You can even sit on the roof. Pool nearby. If you havea car cool place to stay. The beach is in walking distance. The pirate Beach. It’s not always free. We had a wonderful stay. Around the clock security. Gated frnce with code to enter. Will be back again. Merry Xmas and Happy new year 2019.

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days and were happy with the accommodations. The bungalow was comfortable and had almost everything we needed. The management office staff was incredibly helpful and actually saved us, as they allowed us to check -in a little earlier than usual and we really appreciated it.. We were originally at the FLORIS , across the street for 1 day & were forced to leave after we found a rat in our room.

This was my second time back in Curacao. I wanted to stay in a quieter area... last year I was downtown Pietermaai... so I opted for Piscadera Harbour.... I'm so glad I chose this beautiful area. I was able to get to all the top beaches and I was close enough to downtown. The bungalow I stayed in was more than enough for one person but I'm so glad I splurged a little as the views and accommodations were great. Large kitchen with everything I needed. Every morning a family of kittens came by and of course I spoiled all of them. Renting a car is a must if you stay in this area but I was told that buses and shuttles are fairly easy to come by. Luisa and Shariluska are lovely hosts and the staff was great. PHV is actually a neighbor hood that was under development and lost funding so the condos and bungalows are now for rent. There were minor issues with electrical but overall it was no problem at all. I'll be back again next year....

The bungalows are comfortable and spacious with a nice kitchen area, big living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Located at 8 mins to town by car. My biggest disappointment was that our booking confirmation clearly states 3 king size beds. Not only the beds were not king size but we only had 2 full sizes bed. When asked, they said it was wrongly advertised and the bungalows contains two bed and a sofa bed. Pros - privacy - kitchen and living room area - plenty of light - gated area - 8-10 mins to town by car - Beach area across the street Cons - gated area but usually open - no room service. They cleaned our bungalow one time in 5 nights that we were there. No fresh towels and no made beds daily. - our bungalow had a leak when it rains.

We stayed at the Piscadero Harbour Village for a week from December 25 to December 31. We arrived there in a taxi where a security guard greeted us and gave us our keys. Since we had a large family, we booked two rooms: an ‘ocean view’ room for 4 people and a bungalow for 6 people. Luckily, the two rooms were only a 2 minutes walk from each other. The room and the bungalow were both large. There was toilet paper, hand soap, bowls, dishes, utensils and glasses provided but No shampoo or hair dryer. We were able to borrow a hairdryer from reception with no charge though. There were 6 towels for the bungalow. The bungalow had two bedrooms with double-sized beds and a pull-out couch that can hold two people. For the AC, in order to get it cool, you have to press the ‘Mode’ button until you see a snowflake sign on the AC unit. It took some time for us to figure that out. There is a small pool which we didn’t use in the duration of our stay. It is within walking distance to several restaurants, though the area wouldn’t be called lively as it was relatively empty and sparse. A rental car is a must if you decide to stay here as there isn’t much to do in the immediate area. We only decided to book a rental car after searching online if a rental car is needed here in Curaçao a month before. Unfortunately we were only able to book a 5 person SUV even though we had 9 people in our party. We didn’t want to rent another car (because it would’ve been really expensive) so we opted to take numerous trips back and forth from a destination, which was exhausting and irritating. There is a small beach that can be accessed through the Pirate Bay restaurant where guests are able to use it for free though we still had to pay $3 USD per chair. The place is about 30 minutes walk (10 minute drive) to downtown. The cleaners came on Wednesday afternoon. There is very good WiFi which allowed quick browsing of the internet. There’s also a kitchen for cooking which helps lower the costs of travel. Overall, our stay here was good. I would recommend this apartment complex to those who want to come to Curaçao.

Love this place. Got in around 10 pm and when we arrived at the gate we were handed a key to our bungalow. Had to check in the next day which was a breeze. Couple days later we requested some more washcloths and they had them delivered to our room. Room was cleaned twice during our weeklong stay which was very nice. Our bungalow also had a washer/dryer which was a surprise. I can not say enough good things about this place and the friendly staff. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re trying to get away from the crowds.

Piscadera Harbour Village is a very nice option for a family or group of friends. The room we stayed was provides with 3 rooms with large and very comfortable queen and king sizes beds. The village is very quiet and it also has access to a private beach. It also has a full kitchen in case you want to cook. While we stayed we had housekeeping each other day, where they provided, new towels and bed covers. The front desk was also very helpful
