We stayed from September 4 to September 7. we were a party of 6 adults and 1 toddler. We had a blast. It was an amazing experience.
Our toddler enjoyed the pool and play area, playing on the beach, the food.
We as adult enjoyed the pool also and the water slides. It was really FUN-tastic.
if you don't like the pool you can swim in the beach.
The staff was very friendly, always ready to serve you and help you in every need. The buffets were AMAZING. great variety, something for everybody to eat. so many options to choose from.
We don't drink alcohol, so we really appreciated the wide variety of non alcoholic beverages like:
virgen mojito
smoothies (pina colada, strawberry, margaritha, coffee)
Milk shakes (caramel, vainilla, strawberry)
4 different types of mocktails
Juices (orange, apple, lemon, fruit punch, pineapple)
Soda (cola, sprite, banana, kolita)
The rooms were very clean, all rooms have a private balcony. There is a big pool in the middle of the hotel with a pool bar, where you can enjoy your drink while swimming. The have 2 other pools for you to enjoy in a more quiet area, next to the rooms.
They had hand sanitizers in some areas so you could clean your hands. At the restaurants they provided plastic gloves before you could pick your food. The waiters clean the sitting area regularly. So they took extra care for hygiene.
All by all we really recommend this hotel and will be staying their again soon.

Room was free and well prepared before we reached there.
Room was clean and we got everything we need in the room (soap,lotion, sewing kit, etc) the only one thing we missed was a small handsanitiser tube and a steam iron.
The restaurant was clean, the dirty plates didn't stay for long on the table. The restaurant employee took them fast away. You need to wear gloves and mask in the buffet area.
They had a good variety of food. There was enough choice for all diets: for the vegetarian, the vegan, the keto Paleo and a lot of choice for the carnivore
Although we didn't notice a kids club, there is a lot to do with your kids. The waterpark outside (for the toddlers and the adults) it's save and fun. There is no employee at the small one (so you need to watch your kids yourself) at the bigger one you find a waterpark team to take care of the safety (they were doing a great job, you just need to follow the rules and you will be good. There is also a pool inside where little kids can stand. There is also a playground outside where the kids can play safely.
There was also nice options for games around the pool. Did not noticed much options in tablegames for the older people but am sure they have. The music around the pool was not loud.just good so we could still talk and hear each other.
The beach is very nice and clean. We didn't need to wear our swimshoes. There is enough chairs at the beach so you can relax away from everything that's going on around the pool. You can always get something to eat and drink at the bars at the beach and the pool. They were very kind and fast.a lot of option. The piña colada was very good.
It's a nice place for honeymoon or for vacation. All by yourself or with children.if You like to be busy you won't get Bored and if you just want to relax, you won't get disturbed.
Service is my nr 1 priority and A special thanks goes to the front desk team. Great service.

My sisters and I stayed at the Corendon hotel for 7 days and I can't wait to go back with my family. The staff was so helpful, friendly and so down to earth. I'm from New York, so it's been awhile since I have been around such friendly and genuine people. Check in line was a bit of a wait but I noticed it was due to the staff giving their undivided attention to the person they were taking care of. One staff member, Angelo definitely kept us company and occupied as we waited.
Once we were in the hotel, the view of the amazing pool is the first thing your greeted with. The room was in perfect cool condition to get us out of the hot humidity after traveling. After that, it was a party until the day we left!! The bartenders Phil, Edwin, Tahir and Rey looked out for us and made sure we had our drinks each time we were at the bar. The resort can definitely use more bartenders being that it would only be about 2 or 3 bartenders serving about 20-25 people at a time, but these boys held it down and had such bright spirits every time! We shared lots of laughs with them.
Housekeeping made sure to sanizite the rooms and provide what was needed for the room. The good thing I liked was that Housekeeping was always on the floor during the day so instead of always calling the front desk, I can just go in the hallway and get faster service.
However, my sisters complained that they did not like the buffet food being that it wasn't as fresh as other countries they visited but the food in the restaurants they have in the resort was definitely superb!! My favorite was the seafood restaurant where I met the most wonderful staff member, Jennyffer! The most pleasant person I've ever met in life!! I'm allergic to shellfish but my sisters wanted me to join them and Jennyffer definitely made sure to include meals that i could have that I wouldn't have to worry about getting allergies to. She recommended amazing places that we can go to outside of the resort such as cabana for dancing and every recommendation she gave, we had the most amazing time!! Jennyffer was definitely my most memorable staff member because of her genuine hospitality and joy. The barbecue restaurant was also good with tons of meat to eat and our server was so kind and taught us the meaning of their word dushi!
The resort had a variety and affordable excursions for singles or families.
This resort was recommended by a friend of ours and I am so happy we went. You feel so safe and comfortable. They definitely always wanted to know what they can do better and was very accommodating. The only thing I would say they could do better is having better shows in the evening. It was limited to singing and karaoke the nights I went but the staff member Dylan was definitely enthusiastic about his work. He definitely is a party within himself and made me want to show up to the evening events because his energy alone was so amazing!! The 2 things I missed that I hope I get the chance to do when I go back is they had a night about their culture and papimiento lessons which is their language. It sucked I missed those! They should really keep those!
However as you can see, I really enjoyed it here and we met so many amazing people and staff members that made us feel welcomed and at home! Thank you Corendon!

We stayed for a weekend in August at the hotel and it was a truly great experience. The rooms are spacious, clean and everything works. Free wifi is available and you can cast to the tv’s which meant I could enjoy my own content from my phone. The swimming pools were nice, specially the quiet ones as you can enjoy a quiet and peaceful swim. The slides are a great experience, specially cobra. Bars have good variety and they could make drinks on request if it wasn’t on the menu. Cocktails were so good! The food was good, we ate the whole weekend without repeating things so there is definitely enough variety. Also the vibe at night is cozy and relaxing as you can sit next to the bar and listen to live music. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Dear Viewers, I stayed in Corendon from the 21 st of October thru 24th of October.
When we arrived at 3:00 pm (check-in time) they told us that the guests had a late check out request and that our room was not ready. They promised us a upgrade in room which we never got. The time we checked in our room was 6:30pm. They also promised a fruit basket, and bottle of wine and had to remind the front desk that they promised this. We had 2 connected rooms and one of them did not have blankets. The next day we called the front desk to ask for blankets and Mr. Gerwin lost patients and responded annoyed towards us. On the 22nd of October we went to remind the front desk about the fruit basket and wine bottle and told them that about the incidence with Mr. Gerwin. At this time Mr. Memhet told me that he is the manager and he will make sure we get blankets and the promised fruit basket and wine. (which he did). He in turn wanted to give us an extra day and a free dinner at the bbq restaurant. On the 23rd we went to the bbq restaurant at 6:30pm (reservation was made) and the restaurant was closed. I also have complains about the alcoholic beverages at the pool bar that claims that the are serving liquor that does not taste like the original liquor. In other words 500 dollars a night for 2 connecting rooms are a total waste of money.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and everytime my experience gets even worst. The first time the hotel was brand new the ac and the elevator wasn’t working but I gave them a second chance to develop their potentials.
Second time we had a few bumps on the road but we were eager to eat at the sushi restaurant so we paid to extend our stay and also paid 18$ per persoon so we can have the sushi restaurant experience which on the other hand they knew the hotel was fully booked (hey more money right). They or someone thought of the awesome idea to use us as their test dummies for their new rooms in building 1 without telling us. We got our rooms at 6pm, in the middle of the night the Ac stopped working, the rooms were dirty, the water in the shower was boiling hot and the toilet didn’t flush. We went to file a complaint and they told us they’ll call back.
Well they called back they sold us roses and red carpet. Free dinners, early and late checkin/-out for my next stay. Hunted me down to write a good review on trip advisor and they’ll make sure my next stay will be good.
Well one word DISASTER.
I booked again and gave them the last hope I had in them. It started on the wrong foot when I got there and the security tells me I cannot get in because it’s not check-in time. Meanwhile they told me I have early check in. I had to send emails and make phone calls to get in.
Our sushi dinner reservation they forgot to book it and the restaurant was already “full”. Instead of treating us good now the GM Mehmet wants to charge us for the late checkout they offered us. I made sure to pay it and this time ill make sure to write a bad review everywhere.
Corendon doesn’t have compassion for costumers and it starts at Mehmet’s behavior. If he can treat his workers like peasants in front of everyone, us costumers are easy. Our local people have such more potential to be working for people and to be threated this way. In my honest opinion everyone is working under pressure and they’re not enjoying their job.
This is not a five star hotel, starting from the GM, back office, front desk, beverage/alcohol, food, costumer service, house keeping, amenities.
Corendon has ALLOT to learn and fix.

Mangrove resort by hilton needs alot of work when is comes to service. To many kids working that really dont want to work or offer service. My group of friends are hispanic and not white we definitely felt it when white people were treated as privileged and we were not. The food quality was very poor for a hilton and definitely drags on the hilton name. The room service is charged which is insane at a all inclusive hotel. We asked housekeeping to clean our room and changed sheets after a indigestion issue and we had no sheets and a dirty room after asking the cleaning lady to please come. Definitely not the experience we thought we would have in Curacao.

My wife and I went to Corendon Mangrove to celebrate her birthday. Usually we travel to the USA during that time, but due to the Covid-19 virus and traveling restrictions we decided to stay put. We were gladly surprised during our staycation. Food is good, service is excellent, rooms are very clean and there are plenty of things to do, but definitely our most special night was the 6th of October. We went to the Dushi Sushi Club. Our waiter Gilman Ferbuis went far and beyond to please us, the sushi was excellent, the meat so juicy and tasteful. Kudos to Maribell Cruz, The cook. Keep up the good work in that kitchen.

We arrived in the afternoon with the intention of having our lunch which was already paid for as part of our all-inclusive rate, but were denied access to the property by the front gate security guard at 1:45 pm and told supplemental payments would be required to enter the property at that time to eat the lunch that we had already paid for. So we never received the service we had paid for, nor compensation for this dishonest act by management of trying to extract money from us to which they were not entitled. It did not matter to them that we were Hilton Diamond Members for 15 consecutive years, the chance to extract more money from us in return for nothing was the only thing they cared about.
The disaster continued the entire time we were there. At check in we were given no basic information about the property such as restaurant availability and operating hours. Our dinner reservation was lost by the property and the restaurant had no record of it and forced us to waste over 30 minutes walking far to the reception and back to prove we had valid reservations. The food quality was poor including highly fatty and rubbery meats and no coffee or tea available with dinner. There were many intoxicated guests behaving in disturbing ways in the swimming pool for many hours, and the bar kept serving these intoxicated guests more alcohol. The beach was not maintained with huge depletion of the sand level and guest garbage everywhere with birds fighting each other over which one would get to eat the uncleared garbage food pieces. The room balconies are not secure and easily entered from adjoining rooms, the corner balconies on each floor are fully exposed to the public with no protective dividing wall. There is no one assigned to the front driveway to help arriving guests with luggage. The other all-inclusive properties we visited in Curacao and Aruba treated us extremely well, provided all the services as expected, and do not have the obvious deficiencies that exist at this property. We strongly suggest visitors to Curacao looking for an all-inclusive resort to avoid this terrible property and instead utilize the absolutely gorgeous Sunscape Resort Spa and Casino where we were treated extremely well and the facilities and dining opportunities are far superior to Mangrove.

The overall hotel is clean and beautiful pool, staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, especially in the restaurants. However, the check in process is not effective; only 3 check in desks and have to keep going back and forth in order to verify if your room is ready. It took 3 hours to get a room; process needs to be streamlined by either emailing guests when room is ready, offering a list of alternative activities while waiting, including places to eat before they close! In addition, they need to notify people at check in about the requirement to book a restaurant no more than 1 day in advance (set times). First hotel I have been to that does not provide wash cloths in rooms; first family hotel for us that does not offer ice cream, sorbet, or gelato as a dessert for kids or chicken wings at a pool/beach bar. The waterpark only offers about 15-20 tubes in the water park. The restaurants(that you book) were decent, barbeque and seafood restaurants are the best. Buffet, was generic and repetitive each night; there is also no labeling of the desserts (all multilayered cakes) and only children friendly items usually were chicken tenders and fries.

I'm sorry, but I can’t help you much with #1. The water on the island wasn’t an issue, so we drank sugar-free Iced tea. Bottled water is available if you are concerned about the island’s water. The Resort's Sundry Shop had sugar-free sodas, so I believe that sugar-free drinks are available in the restaurants I just didn't drink any while I was there.
WIFI was never a problem, and I worked remotely from the resort. We used the ATT International Plan for my cellular calls. We rented a car and created our excursions using Google Maps for turn-by-turn directions to the locations we wanted to see.
It would be best if you packed sunglasses, suntan lotion, bug spray, snorkel equipment (we packed our own snorkel equipment), water shoes (the beaches are a bit rocky), a Reusable Bottle Protector for packing Rum, and Blue Curacao bottles are a unique shape, so you will want to bring several bubble wrap sheets for packing. The Resort has a Sundry Shop for buying most of these items are the Resort. There is a Drug Store located a couple of blocks from the entrance to the Resort.
Some advice: The water clarity of the main pool was a primary concern, so we used the side pool. When you check in, make your specialty restaurant reservation before you go to your room. Check the Cruise Ship Schedule for their port days in Curacao; many cruisers get day passes for the resort so it will get busy at the pool/restaurants on those days. We went to St Lucia this year, and in comparison, we enjoyed Curacao much more.
Yes, you will need a European to US adapter. Look for a "Type C/F to Type A/B adapter" on Amazon that supports 110V.

As of 2023, the Resort didn't have a casino, but three casinos are within easy walking distance of the Mangrove Beach Resort. The Casino at the Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao Resort is the nicest.
No bottles at the hotel; glass is forbidden outdoors so beer in plastic. At the restaurant you can take your own beer from the beer tap. I thought it is Amstel.
The Meals and Drinks are all included in an All-Inclusive package. We stayed there in 2023, and elements of the package did not appear to be optional. It's an excellent deal.
