The food at this restaurant was very good. They have a fairly large menu featuring local dishes as well as French and Asian food. The night we were there they were terribly understaffed. Services was very slow. It took a half hour to get the check. If you can take the wait, the food is worth it.

Curacao has many estates. This one is reasonably renovated and still under renovation. Simple bust very tasty food for reasonable prices. It worthwhile to stop for a coffee or a lunch. They surf diner too, but it out of willemstad and therefor depends where your accommodation is.

After reading several very good Trip Advisor reviews of this restaurant we decided to try it out. Boy, what a mistake. I made reservations as recommended, and when we arrived at the restaurant, we were immediately guided to our table. There was only one waitress, and on top of that, she was not in a too friendly mood. Anyway, after...

This restaurant is located in an old plantation house. The ambience is nice. The service is good. The drink and food are good and presented well but the quantity of food was lacking. After eating at this restaurant I had to go home and eat.

As others have suggested, the hotel comes in behind the restaurant in emphasis. Yet we enjoyed our week there in the large, airy double with room for 4. We didn't use the AC as the trade winds are steady - most of the time. One day they stopped, the windmills didn't turn, and we had a 2-hour rolling brownout. Finicky...

We stayed here on our visit to Curacao and it was a wonderful base. Friendly service. Awaken by the song of the birds, great food for breakfast and dinner, nice strolls in the gardens (they grow their own produce) and a hiking route that starts right in the backyard. They keep the history of the building alive with before and...

My wife and I visited Daniel for brunch on our way to the airport at the end of our honeymoon. We were in for a treat. Daniel had a pleasant outdoor seating area with fans above that kept us cool while we ordered. They plainly engage in a bit of small farming that was fun to check out while waiting,...

This week my mother and I dined at Landhuis Daniel for Restaurant Week. Their menu was very varied and with all sorts of delicious options. We got pleasantly greated at the entrance and seated. The server immediately asked us what we would like to drink and our drinks were served quickly. Before our appetizers arrived they surprised us with a...

What an amazing restaurant. Make sure to order the local lemonade, very yummy. The food is delicious. The salads are nice size and are made from greens from the garden, the pizzas are delicious and the Bonilla base is excellent.
